Chibi Super Anser, Senshi of Geese DMG: 3 + 4 BUFF = 7
Her brother took on the task of protecting a newer senshi, and Anser took on the task of focusing her attentions entirely on the monster. When it appeared in front of them, she was already ready, lifting her hand up to call upon the geese that lent her their sphere. "Mothers' Geese!"
She dashed forward, swinging at the shadows without any fear -- fear she honestly probably should have had, considering.
The enhanced reflexes gave her a boost, and she was fairly sure she smashed that toe considerably harder than she would have otherwise.
Quote:
Super Sailor Scout Attack:"Mothers Geese!" Geese are known for being great guards. Anser says her attack name and a couple ethereal goslings appear in front of her, honking. After the gosling honks out its warning, Anser and other allies within a five-foot radius find that their reflexes are enhanced, allowing them to either better fight back physically or put some distance between themselves and whatever danger there may be. (Usage: Twice per battle Duration: 20 seconds Range: 5ft)

Super Sailor Athalia, Senshi of Hercules Beetles
For now, Athalia saw no reason to release his magic. Until the beast started to attack in earnest there was no need for a shield of any significant strength. However, it was safe to assume that when it did start to turn its attention to any one individual, or group, then he would stand in the firing line and make sure that those who could attack, could do so safely.
With his lips pursed he reviewing what did happen to be before him with a surprising measure of displeasure. It didn't instill fear, no, while the oppressively aura was certainly there... He didn't find this thing particularly frightening. His career as a senshi and the experiences he had had, had already desensitized him to what lay before him. It was still a threat but in terms of how it looked? Suffice to say he would probably have been more disturbed by something cute at this point.
A flex of his fingers and he approached the beast in a methodical manner, only bouncing up in the air to slam his fist back towards the ground (and the carapace that lay before him) when he was within touching distance of the beast.
If it swung round to respond in kind then he would handle it, but for now...things were just getting started.
[Athalia will cast shields eventually but until people start taking damage he won't use em, will highlight whoever he's targeting and tag them when he does cast though. <3]
Mizuki turned to Encke and nodded, hiding behind him some. So they were on a homeworld of a senshi... senshi had homeworlds?! Wait did that mean they were in space, she couldn't be in space, you died if you went to space!! And there was darkness and how could she even breath an--
The statue came to life.
"EEEEEK! Li-Lilac PETAL D-DANCE!!!" she screeched from behind Encke, shoving both hands out and letting lilac petals flutter towards the monster. At least her instincts were to use her magic... even if it wasn't particularly... offensive?
Quote:
Sailor Scout Attack: Lilac Petal Dance
When Mizuki calls her magic, purple lilac petals fly towards her opponent. They dance around her opponent and bring a sense of longing towards a first love, innocence lost, or something else the person has lost. This disorients an enemy for 15 seconds, has a range of 15ft and can be used 3 times a battle.
If the enemy has nothing to lose or has not lost anything, this magic is ineffective.

Sparta Page of Mars Damage: 6
Oh. So she didn't know what Bloodborne was. "No, I mean like the game Bloodborne? The Souls-like? No? Nevermind," he said the squire who wasn't thrilled about blood borne diseases. Not what he meant...
Oh it was on now. Caliban explained what was going with his world - seemed a little like he just needed a sword of sealing and the power of gods but you know - and Sparta was ready for this. The fact that he could fight monsters in real life? Best part of this ENTIRE knighthood business. He got to be a damn superhero and it was great.
Though, he could do with having something other than a wooden spear as his weapon. That would get better, right? Hopefully something more stabby than this. That said, his spear was useful and he'd stab that monster good.
"Well aren't you ugly," he said to the monster, stabbing out with the spear in a thrust.

Lepus, Eternal Senshi of Rabbits
DMG: 6?
Wow, what an ugly, yet interesting monster! Lepus wasn’t sure whether to think it was cool or just lame. The big boss fight had started, though, and Lepus was eager to show off use her cool new attack on the monster. Who cared if it was much bigger than she was? She was pretty sure she could distract it just as well.
“Meddlesome Rabbits!” She called out, though the voice seemed to come from… the decoy Lepus she created, “Hey, ugly, over here!”
Nobody said Lepus got to Eternal by being smart.
Quote:
Eternal Sailor Attack: Meddlesome Rabbits
With the power of magical ventriloquism (sort of) to make it seem like she is where she's not, Lepus tricks a single opponent into looking behind them, where she has created a decoy Lepus, tricking them into attacking the fake. After a few hits, or after thirty seconds have passed (if not attacked), the fake Lepus 'dissolves' into a bunch of bunnies, who swarm her target before disappearing, leaving her opponents temporarily too confused to take any action, while the real Lepus delivers a sneak attack from behind in the meantime. This can only be used once.
It had taken some time, but Etoile had grown accustomed to her humanoid form by now. She still preferred her 'default' four-legged form, of course- it made it so much easier to con small children into giving her treats- but walking around as a human had its advantages. For one, she could accompany Alise to places without having to hide away, including to her new part-time job, where she was introduced as being Alise's cousin from France. For another, she could buy her own candy, without needing Alise to accompany her, which was the best.
When they had gotten the distress call, they had of course, been shopping for candy, as one would expect a food-motivated Mauvian to do. She'd been disappointed that they wouldn't get to enjoy their candy right away, but seeing as she and Lepus were supposed to be a team, and also seeing as she couldn't get back home on her own (since Lepus had the house key), she had accepted the call as well.
Things on Caliban were pretty dark, though Lepus seemed to be pretty enamored by the aesthetic of sorts that was going on. Etoile, having switched from her civilian glamour to her mauvian humanoid form, thought she heard some familiar voices, though there was no time for any reunions as right after Caliban started explaining things to them, the monster showed up and attacked. Scary! If there was anything Etoile had learned from the bottle world adventures with the t-rex, it was that being a tiny kitten meant there was a danger of being stepped on and smushed, and so she was determined to stay on two legs for as long as she could manage it.
"Bad monster, bad!" she cried out, as she rushed at the monster, slashing at it with her 'claws'.
Aogashima wasn't necessarily against fighting, per say- AKB0048 had been all about fighting a war as space idols in a dystopian future where music was banned, requiring the space idols to perform guerilla lives on planets where the bad guys had... banned... music. At the same time, she really was hoping she'd get her opportunity where she could win the enemy over by singing to them, like Chieri Sono did at the end of 00, when she became a Center Nova. She had a dream, and she was stubbornly sticking to it, okay!?
So... when the monster started attacking, as much as she wanted to sing, she ended up having no choice but to join in on the fighting.
She was fine with the darkness, especially as the seconds passed and her eyes began to adjust to this strange world. She was fine with the concept of a monster. If the Chaos haunting these worlds took physical forms that could be destroyed, then that made it all the easier to destroy them. The statue before them pulsed with some sort of dark energy, and she watched it closely.
She was not fine with the way the floor dropped out into nothingness beneath them. Caliban's cry had her scrambling backwards, towards the columns, before she even looked down, and that was a good thing.
When she'd found herself on the floating island on Scylla, the drop below had seemed like an endless void. This truly was one, and she'd just been standing there. Her breath quickened. Her eyes dilated to points. She found herself careening very quickly towards a full panic.
Then, all at once, it was gone.
There was a monster in its place, terrible as all the others, but at least it was something solid.
There were lights at its feet, something to focus on. Cybele sprang forwards.
Squealing as the monster appeared, Charybdis bravely prepared to do battle against this naughty nemesis not from the negaverse. It was just-- so ugly!
She ignored her sister's attempts to keep her back, naturally, rushing forward and firmly planting herself against the badness, like a brave, grown up senshi.
"Shiny Pup!" she cried. "Let there be light!" Burn away the darkness in this monster's nasty soul, little light!
Quote:
Chibi Super Sailor Attack: Shiny Pup! The Seal pup that Charybdis makes, once it has some attention (defined as being within/having eye contact with an enemy within 5 feet, or being within 5 feet of 2+ Chaos agents), essentially turns into a flash-bang; It shines incredibly brightly, the brightness reaching out to a 10-foot radius, and the sweet little whiny orks and grunts it was making as it wriggled closer to the Chaos members turns to a high-pitched shriek that affects anyone in a 5 foot radius. Unfortunate allies may be affected by this, though Charybdis herself will not- it is her escape mechanism! The seal can remain for up to 15 seconds before it goes off; this attack can be used 3 times, and causes no damage. (TL;DR: Look! A small screaming sun!)
This monster was a surprisingly big boy, Imbrium reflected, not actually sure (or caring) what gender the monster actually was. The darn thing probably didn't even speak English, much less give a damn about pronouns.
But such train of thought was simply a distraction for the bigger issue at hand, and that was how the ground seemed to be fading into darkness. That was bad; bad, very bad.
But the monster's fixation on Caliban informed Imbrium where her efforts would lay, and as the creature attacked the senshi of sealing, he was protected by an ice wall. Instead, Imbrium would feel the pain in his stead; and as the wall thrust forward, the monster would hopefully feel the pain of her Wonder's icy.... ice.
Yeah.
Quote:
Squire: Buckler shield -- At this stage, Imbrium can shove her buckler forward and create an ice 'wall' in the direction she points it. Enemies hit by this wall are damaged or staggered; as a sign of her devotion to Castor, (and the fact it's kind of a mini-wall) allies in that walled area are protected from ONE hit, the potential pain/damage for which is taken by Imbrium. The wall will last for as long as Imbrium channels, though the protection is only redirected one time per "burst" of her channeling; if she only holds the wall once, only one hit will be redirected to her. A second burst of appropriately-timed channeling would redirect one more hit and so on. She has a 30 second pool.
Caliban said to get away from the monster and seek cover, and the senshi of the Kraken had no problem with that. Not at all. She tried to grab at her chibi companion, but the Chibi of Seals had other ideas, and the best way to deal with Giulia's attack was to stay out of range, and use her own from a distance to keep it from hurting anyone else.
It was distracted by Caliban, and so she called out to her power, sending a tentacle slamming its way across the courtyard, to crash into one of the weak-looking points.
Quote:
Scylla's Hunger Sailor Scylla is able to create what looks like tentacles, but instead of suckers on them they appear to have tiny teeth. These tentacles can either grab and hold the opponent, the small mouths tearing at the enemy's flesh, or strike the opponent. Scylla can create up to 12 of these tentacles at once, an absolute maximum. One tentacle can be maintained for up to a full 120 seconds, each subsequent tentacle draining time off of this maximum. The full 12 tentacles averages 30 seconds and leaves her able to walk- they could last for longer, but the effort of maintaining them would leave her severely drained from their use and therefore completely helpless when they wore off. Maintaining them longer would therefore be a last-ditch resort, only if she knew help was on the way. She can use her maximum number of tentacles once per day, and any mix of the other tentacles would vary on usage and stress.

Sailor Beira, Senshi of Loneliness Damage 5 (+3 for using senshi magic) = 8
Oh. Yes. Beira could see why Caliban wanted a little backup for this. The hair on the back of his neck stood up a bit but Beira himself didn't seem fazed by the monster suddenly in their midst. He didn't know what it was, or what it could do, but he was here and that meant that he didn't have very many options.
He wasn't even sure if there was a way to get home with this thing out like it was.
...But running really wasn't at the top of Beira's list for 'how to respond to monster attacks.'
He didn't trust his magic. He hadn't been able to use it effectively since he'd first realized he had it. But, he didn't think he could risk waiting so he just hoped that it worked.
When he targeted the monster, he held his breath. He waited for everyone to drop like flies, chilled to the bone. He waited for his heart to cover in ice and stop. He waited for something to go wrong.
And yet, besides some very cold fingers and a rapid pulse, he didn't notice anything bad.
So maybe, after all this time, he was finally doing something right?
Quote:
Sailor Scout Attack: Lonely Chill Sailor Beira gestures to a target within his line of sight and a chilly wind surges towards them. The wind does no damage, but the chill clings to them, seeps into them, and grips at their heart, leaving them suddenly feeling alone and unwanted. They may feel rejected, abandoned, and like they don't fit in; however the player wants to interpret it, they may, but a deep sense of loneliness will plague them for 30 seconds, after which the sensation will fade along with the coolness that accompanied it unless the player chooses to have the sensation persist for longer. This magic can be used three times.

Caliban Eternal of Sealing
The monster had taken a swing at him and he had barely dodged it, only just managing to hit one of the pillars and feeling his shoulder hurt. Great, he must have looked amazing getting hit like that. Still, he needed to do something. This was his Homeworld and he was responsible for anyone who had come. He had sent out the signal for help and these people, while some of them appeared to be grumpy about it, had responded and were willing to do at least something.
He rolled his shoulder, ignoring the pain before running forward and smashing one of the monster's toes as hard as he could!

Monster. Sir Monster HP: 899/1000 ((that's right, guess how many digits it has based on this number)) Damage to:7 Caliban, Sparta, Anser, Cybele random column to the west ((I totally forgot to put in HP stuff sweatdrop, let's do the normal shall we? 50 first stagers, 80 second, 100 third.))
The monster roared, angry that anything dare to defend itself against it. It moved it's head around and it's arms, attempting to bat at anyone that may have been in it's way as it slowly moved towards Caliban. Suddenly there appeared to be some petals and...
Well it was a monster, so nothing really came from the petals, but they were certainly pretty.
It angrily swung an arm out at the pretty petals, destroying one of the columns of the Cathedral in the process. In the middle of it Caliban was only barely able to dodge, but got hit by part of the column in the process. Still, he was able to use his arms and could move his legs, so he wasn't too badly injured. The monster kept it's attention on Caliban until it heard itself being so very rudely called "ugly" and swung around where the noise was coming from. There appeared to be some sort of... creature.
It being a monster from Outer Space had no idea what it was, but it looked tasty, so it attempted to grab at the creature and eat it. As it attempted to grab it, it burst into little creatures and disappeared. And then there was another one. This one more flip-floppy. And much cuter. All the better to eat! But before it could attempt to grab the floppy thing...
It roared again.
Pain. Very intense pain. One of it's very delicate toesies had been attacked. And it had been damaged to the point of no return. While one would have expected the toe to just be broken or unusable, unfortunately for anyone within attacking distance of the toe...
It exploded.
Clear liquid shot out and it roared again from the pain, almost an ear-splitting screech. The liquid was not dangerous, but it was smelly and gross. But it was clear, so at least there wasn't any blood being spewed about with the toe explosion. And it could no longer move, at least for the moment. Tentacles had spawned and had grabbed some of it's other foot digits on the other foot, keeping it in place.
And suddenly it was hit with a chilly wind. If the creature could feel anything other than hunger, anger, and pain perhaps the spell would have had more effect, but for now it did make it's fur and scales stand on end!

Anser gets some toe goo
Epine de Rose
He almost got toe goo, but he was just out of range.
Encke found himself taking a particularly defensive stance in front of Mizuki, noticing the way she pulled herself behind him, staring down the monster in front of them. She was new. He got the sense that she was so new or so nervous that perhaps he would need to explain a few things more fully once they got themselves on more solid ground -- or this monster was banished for good, at the very least.
"Good job!" he offered to the senshi behind him, hoping that it was at least encouraging, before turning his attention to the monster in time for it to get upset about said petals and immediately take out one of the pillars.
Well. At least it was angry.
He tapped into his second ability, shouting out a "Full Ionization!" and aiming it straight for the monster.
Quote:
Attack #1a (Super Senshi) "Full Ionization!" - The closer a plasma gets to becoming fully ionized, the hotter the plasma becomes. This is essentially the same attack as his first one, except the burning has become more prominent. This ionized 'air' is hot, and along with the shocks, this attack now has the potential to cause damaging burns. (Uses: Twice per battle. Duration: 30 seconds Range: 10ft radius around target
