Six throws, six failures; and Giulia only had one more ticket with which to try before she would need to beg for a sibling's mercy.
"Come onnnnn," she wheezed, and aimed the balls desperately. "Give mama a fish!"
But no. It was nine balls. Nine utter failures.

With some delight, Jada Chamberlyn had watched her younger sister desperately aiming ping pong balls at the fish bowls. "You're trying to hard," she informed the blonde as she strolled up after, "Watch me."
For her first three throws, her casual effort gained her exactly ZERO fish.

Furrowing her brow and gnawing on her lower lip, Jada inspected the balls she was passed for her second attempt at getting plushies. "Come on," she told the ping pong balls, "Don't embarrass me."
Two of them were embarrassing, but one of them- "WHOOOO!" she squealed, and bounced in a circle, tottering on her heels. "That's what I mean! You gotta be RELAXED."
Claiming her Fancy Bean, Jada shook out her throwin' arm.

Swollen with confidence, Jada slapped down a third (and final) ticket. "Alright, fishbabies. Come to mama."
Two fishbabies escaped, but on her final try a Gold Bean found itself in Jada's possession.

Dani didn't particularly want a fish, nor did she think it was a good idea to bring anything small and edible in range of Sir Pickles, but she did want to test her aim, and those beanbags were pretty cute. She gave the attendant her ticket and found a spot among the other players, considering a moment before she tossed her ping pong balls in quick succession.
One went straight down the gap between bowls, and the other two bounced off bowls' rims (and not, unfortunately, into another bowl.)
Behind her, Alex chuckled.

This wasn't that difficult. Plenty of other people were winning it. Dani ducked back to the attendant for another three balls.
"Ha!" Success on the first try! Her next two shots were terrible, but that didn't matter. She'd gotten what she wanted. Holding her new beanbag fish by the tail, she went back to her brother and smacked him across the arm with it. He messed her hair in retaliation.
Bickering good-naturedly, the two of them continued down the midway.

Noelle was back at the fish bowl toss to try again. Picking up a ping pong ball she tossed it at a random bowl. Miss, another toss and miss and once again miss.

Noelle wasn't about to give up. Picking up three more ping pong balls she tossed them all at once. Miss, miss, and in the bowl went the last one. Noelle happily took her prize from the attendant.

Noelle decided to give it one more try before moving on. She decided to try the same tactic of throwing all the balls at once. Miss, in a bowl, and another miss. Taking her second prize she decided she'd come back later to try for the last beanbag.

Okay, so Gabbie was cheating a little by not waiting until Cordy met with her so they could play at the same time. Still, it was just a little toss to see if she had any extra luck. The green haired girl sighed as her first few tosses failed. Though she'd gotten close once... Taking a moment to get her phone from her pocket, she grinned as she texted her friend.
"Hey slowpoke. I'm gonna win all the prizes before your butt even gets here. I'm at the fish toss."

As she waited, Gabbie tucked her phone away and decided to take another turn. She really wanted to win something before Cordy showed up, if it was possible. Just a little something to brag about. Allowing a half smile to flicker across her face, she tossed her beanbags off in short order.

"So impatient that you started without me? I guess you don't want the Itallian Ice I grabbed for you?" She held the cup out for a moment before setting it down for her friend with a grin, reaching into her pocket to pull out a few tickets to pass over in exchange for ping pong balls. She took a bite from her own treat, setting it down and eying the board before strategically tossing her balls. "Hah! Yes!" Cordelia grinned. "Black goldfish, please!"

Eyeing the frozen treat, Gabbie smiled her thanks before pouncing and looping one arm through Cordy's.
"Truly, you are a gem among Cordelias to think of me and my tendency to hanger. Thank you for thinking of me." Gabbie suddenly grinned wickedly and chuckled. "And yes, of course I am. How else was I supposed to win a prize for you, except I underestimated how good I am at aiming. So you'll just have to win your own prizes."
She paused and shook her head in amazement.
"Which you just have. Good grief."

She then purchased a second set of balls, tossing the first one and then sending the other two flying at the same time. "It was just beginner's luck, clearly... I've got one more try in me to win something for you before we move on?"
