Giulia really, really didn't like Jada right now. Before they moved on to the next game, she really wanted to stick it to her, and get one of those big bears.
She managed to win a second bear, but the third... nope. So she would have to make do with having two bears to Jada's one bear.

It was time for round two and Mehri was back, food in her mouth and a sparkle in her eye. She may have not won anything the last time around save the ire of the poor attendant but this time!! Maybe this time she'd succeed! Really all she wanted to do was pop one and consider it a success, so taking the three darts in her hand she bit down on the corndog and gave it a go. Miss. Miss again, but with a bit more style. POP! The third connected with a balloon, much to Mehri's delight and the relief of those who maybe hoped she'd give up with just a small prize. She wouldn't, of course, because you needed three small for one large and Mehri was all about having oversized items. After being handed the small prize she looked up at the larger ones, a vow in her heart. I will be back.After a burrito, probably.

"Well, of course I want to try more games," Gabbie said as she once again linked arms with her bestie. As she led Cordy from the fishes, her eye was caught by a series of balloons. With a smile and eager tug, she might have dragged Cordy along after.
"How about this one?" she said as she handed over tickets for darts and fired three off in quick succession.

The bears were adorable. She didn't need one, but... "Gabby. Gabby, you know I've never thrown a dart at all before, right?" She could hustle at pool if she had to, but when it came to darts? Darts were awful and sharp and... Cordelia made a face, taking another bite of her ice before setting the cup down so she could take aim. Beginner's luck was almost on her side again with a few close but no cigar. "... This game is rigged."

"The game can't be rigged, silly. How would they even rig something like this? And yes," Gabbie replied gleefully. "I am very aware. It's good for you to try new things."
She did wince a little bit at how close Cordy's darts got and really, if this was really her first time.
"You did great, babes. But I'm gonna try again now that we're both warmed up."

Cordelia huffed, shifted her stance and paused to watch someone else throw for a minute before taking her next turn. She shifted her hips, bringing the first dart up. She threw it -- miss. Again, Cordelia made a face. Her nose wrinkled and she glared at her second dart before throwing it -- closer, but miss. The third dart she made the worst of faces at, as though placing a hex on it and all darts to come thereafter. She squared her shoulders, biting down on her lower lip before letting the dart fly... "HA! Friend, pick a bear! A bear for my friend, sir!"

It was all Gabbie could do to keep from giggling as Cordy made terrible faces at her darts.
"You know it'll freeze like that," she teased even as she marveled at how each face got worse, but the dart throws improved. When the final dart managed to pop a balloon, she simply shook her head and laughed at how Cordy spoke.
"Thank you, Friend," she said cheerily. "I'd like the cute little white guy, please."
Then, taking her bear, she held it in one hand even as she paid for one more round of darts for herself. And it's Cordy's throws had made her marvel, her final turn made her boggle. Jaw dropping as she popped two in a row, Gabbie shook herself from her daze and turned to grin at Cordy.
"Well! Look at that! Gamekeep! A bear for my friend! And I'll take the little brown one for me!"
Soon enough, she was hugging both small bears in her arms and humming contentedly.

With one more throw Cordelia was entirely surprised to hear another pop!. She smiled with delight, hugging the white bear to her chest first before pointing to the pink one as her second pick. All in all, not a bad haul for bears that she didn't need anyways. She knew exactly where she was going to put them in her room. Exactly. "Alright... So now we have bears, I've got a fish... I saw a duck pond and.... What was that thing back there with the milk bottles? How's your aim with a baseball, Gabs?"

Finishing her ice quickly so she wouldn't risk her bears taking a sticky header, Gabrielle considered the question before shrugging. "We were in the same PE classes. I don't think my skill with a ball has changed much from that." Tossing her now empty paper cup into a trash can, Gabrielle smiled. "Let's go see how we do. We can save the ducks for last since that's the easiest game."

BALLOONS, give it up!!! Mehri was back and since she'd already gotten one small prize, why not let her have the others?! She looked at the darts, looked at the balloons, at the prizes. She looked at the attendant, who nodded gravely and motioned for her to throw. This was her time. AND INDEED....it was, for two balloons soundly popped, giving Mehri the two small prizes she needed in order to get the single large prize. There was an absolute strange feeling in her chest over winning as she had, and after handing over the three smaller prizes and now suddenly having a large one in hand, a thought occured. How the hell was she supposed to get around now and do things while toting along this?!?!?! REGRETS!! Quote: WON TWO SMALL PRIZES = TRADED FOR ONE LARGE PRIZE (bc had a previous small prize)

Tochi had been wandering the fair grounds, mostly checking out the food stalls, though she was also kindasorta looking for signups for karaoke, because she heard that was a thing for county fairs sometimes. Or maybe they weren't a thing and it was just wishful thinking on her part, actually- she just wanted an opportunity to sing in front of an audience outside of her online one as Dreamy Color. Arguably, it probably wouldn't even be like she could sing any of the songs she knew anyway- what kind of county fair would have an anisong playlist, after all? But again, wishful thinking...
At some point or another, she stumbled across the fair games, and the plush animals some of them were offering. Tochi probably didn't need anything more for her already cluttered room, but the giant bears looked really cute, and all she had to do was pop some balloons? Sure, she'd give it a try!

Noelle was back at the dreaded balloon pop. Last time she was here she just barely managed to pop one balloon but she wanted another bear. She didn't care about the which size. And she managed to pop a balloon. She didn't even care that the other two darts missed.
