He almost felt like a little girl and put his hands to his cheeks as he smiled but looked down at his feet. "No.... it...it makes me feel happy." he said, his wings fluttering a bit in excitement. "I um.... I mean I... always found you very sweet." he admitted though he wasn't quite sure what he was saying himself. "Mmmmmmaybe.... we c-c-ccan .... see each other more?" he blinked, surprising himself. Despite Pelothos just saying he liked Hayri, Hayri was still afraid of that slim chance of sudden change of heart and rejection.

Pelothos's face hurt from the amount he was grinning. But he couldn't help it. This day coulda gone horribly but it hadn't. And he was here for it. He was so here for it.
Nodding along happily, he agreed before Hayri could even finish his sentence. "Of course. How about we..." he paused to blush a deep red and shuffle his feet again. "How about a picnic? Tonight? My treat. Up in the date trees?"
"Thtth...that sounds wonderful." Hayri smiled, hardly able to believe that he had just been invited on.....a date? No no no don't get too overly excited, just a get together and a picnic. That was all.
"Ooh....um..." he said again before looking sheepish at Pelothos. "T-t-t-the goat is..... really fine......yes?" he asked again before giving a shy grin and ran a hand through his hair.
