At least he was distracted! "That's a good question. There are lots of things I imagine would be needed. Scopes to view into the distance, or ways to scale the mountains safely. There are all manner of things!" He looked up to the sky. "Your ship came from there, right?" He pointed yo the clouds. "Maybe you can find a way to explore from the sky."

Empyrean considered the desperate words of the native on face value. "A way to explore the sky, huh..."
He had stopped pursuing the other in a manner befitting of someone about to pounce and disect and instead, clearly mulling on the words, he turned around and strode out of the water. "Like the ship, but obviously something not as big and bulky, I can't recreate a ship itself, that's way too big for one person... one person exploring, or a small team... flying..."
He pulled up a tablet and began to make some notations. "I mean, flight is all about thrust and resistance of gravity. Gravidic technology isn't too hard to make with limited parts..."
Muttering and scratching his head, Empyrean sat on a rock, taking off his shoes absently and emptying the water that had seeped in. "Obviously the area covered by a vehicle is far more..."
Apparently, he'd forgotten that he'd even been interested in Kanja's biology. Perhaps this was a good thing.
