His arm ached from the angle he'd taken while sleeping and it seemed like no amount of stretching was going to help it. The soreness would just likely stay with him all day which was thrilling to say the least. As she talked Hargitt pushed himself to sit up fully and with a passive hand pushed his hair away from his face. It still hung in a mop around his head, but at the very least he could see properly.
Afraid of water? He'd heard stranger fears, but honestly, hearing that she was scared of anything was surprising. She'd already mentioned that she wasn't comfortable around men - well, most men - so maybe it had something to do with that? He hoped for her sake that it didn't, especially considering it was central to her head and it all made him think of the worst.
"If you're comfortable enough to sleep on me why wouldn't you be comfortable enough to let me wash your hair?" It was a strange request and not one he would normally volunteer for, but they were already this far.
