Limbree took another look around her small workshop… Well it was more a front to an alleyway with a small roof over head. The brick and timber walls of the neighboring buildings are clearly visible. The tables were still scattered with things, but it was tidied up to the best of her ability. This was going to be one of the last times that she returned to this place for a while. She was headed back to Tendaji for a time. She was going out on an adventure and looking forward to it.
“Right, I think I have everything.” Limbree said as she looked through her pack once more. It was jam packed with tools and things to tinker with. The pieces of her hopefully improved crossbow also within the pack. “Yep, got everything from here.” She nodded as she backed out the small door and onto the street beyond.
Taking a breath of the smoggy air, well not that smoggy, but the day was starting off with a hazy feeling. The clouds overhead rolled low off the higher elevations and through the streets like water. The people of the city were starting to stir as Limbree picked up her second pack from outside the door. She had packed her clothing and other supplies into a second pack, this one was placed over the one with her tools. The whole thing strapped to a carrying frame.
“So long Belrea, this is the last I will see of you for a while yet.” She said as she headed towards the docks. “I will miss you, but there is a whole world out there and it is calling to me.”
Walking briskly down the street as she followed the mist and haze towards the airship docks she looked out over the rest of the city. The most of it still laid in its bed, the early birds were awake and starting their day. Shifting her pack, Limbree stepped onto the earliest airship to Tendaji and headed off.
