She thought that would have been the end of it but he grabbed her and pulled. Kina went wide eyed at the grab then shrieked at being pulled. That was not at all what she thought he would do!

Nykinae knew he was strong enough to pull her down and he'd caught her off guard too. So she did the only thing she could think of to save herself from being completely soaked and dirtied. She stepped into the momentum and grabbed hold of Siel so that if she went down then she had him as a cushion to fall on. He was going down with her whether he liked it or not. "Are you insane!?" Came her outraged cry as she was inevitably soaked and her hair ruined. It clung to her in wet tendrils. "Do you have any idea how irritating you are!?" With Siel as her cushion she wasn't completely overtaken by water and was able to smack him in the chest with frustration though it was more sound than force since the water made it seem louder.

"You.. You...!!" The wave that came in and make him almost choke also splashed her in the face. She brought her hands up to guard but was late and gave a growl of frustration to show she wasn't happy. Kina glared at Siel and slapped him again. Of course it was once again mostly sound.

Before another wave came in Nykinae moved so that she could get up off the hybrid. "Stupid dork.. Now I'm all wet. And dirty!" With the seawater came the sand. Which meant she had some of it clinging to her legs and clothes now. "I said thank you and you had to go and do something annoying." She muttered again. The pre-teen tried to brush herself off and straighten her appearance but it was no good. Slowly tears formed as she was faced with the realization that she looked so unkept. "I'm telling daddy when I get home."
