[2:32 AM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri was creeping quietly through the hallway of her dorm, she liked adventuring at night there was so much she could see and explore without feeling worried about someone freaking out about her appearance.
Right now it was after sunset, so Mirri looked more like a human than werewolf, she has short golden blonde hair and two wolf ears poked up and flicking around listening for noises, bright green eyes, and a golden brown bushy tail. She was wearing her favourite outfit, her adventure boots, dark green off the shoulder longsleeve top with a big sunflower on the front and cargo brown pants on. She kind thought it made it look like the flower on her shirt was potted when she wore this. She listened intently at the door to the next level, making sure no one was down the hallway doing rounds to check on the kids before she opened the door and tried to quietly dart down the next set of stairs and hallway. She continued like this, stopping frequently to listen for approaching footsteps until she managed to get outside. She slipped through the doors into the night air breathing deeply; as far as she was aware no one noticed her escape. She rocked happily on the heels of her feet and looked around her, she came out the doors facing the main entrance, the playground to her right; She wasn't interested in that though. She kept to the side of the building in the shadows as she crept around to the left towards the direction of the dinning hall and peered around the corner of the dorms building. Because there was barely any students staying at the dorms not many teachers seemed to patrol the gardens at all times. She looked around - coast was clear, she darted through the shadows towards the lake, she really enjoyed watching it at night and looking at the big maze, she wanted to go inside it but was to chicken to go alone but she would come out here most nights to enjoy the peace. Right now she was carefully picking her way across the lawn towards the lake.
[7:06 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Dagiel had left the party. Hiram either did not realize it or did not care. No, he did care, he was just too zoned out to move from where he was, laying on the floor against the wall listening to the music play. But at some point, he realized he was gone and left the ballroom to look for him. The sound change was almost unbearable to the werewolf child's oversized ears. He held them for several minutes, unable to walk. He felt woozy and worse, leaning against the wall near the door he nearly threw up. When he felt a little better, he wandered off outside, following faeries, a figment of his mush brain, across the lawn and through the maze.
Hours later he woke up along the path. He wandered back and forth to confirm that he was in the maze. It spooked him. How had he gotten here? How was he going to get out? That was when he fight or flight instincts kicked in and he half ran, half wrestled, his way back out again. Finally he tripped over his feet and rolled through the grass. At least he was free of that maze. It was then that he realized that there was someone else out here and that they had likely seen his wild and insane display. He laughed self-consciously at Mirri and said, "Um... hello..."
[7:12 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri had paused near the maze to look at it when she heard comotion, she entirely froze when she saw something running towards her out of the maze, she was about to scream when the thing tripped over, "Oh." she said as she hurried forward to find out it was another meta, "Hello." She said with a small smile, "Are you ok?" she ask him as she came to offer a hand to help him up.
[7:19 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: "Oh, um, yes, I think so," he replied. He took her offered hand and got back to his feet. A quick check revealed that he was fully dressed (not in pajamas) and had both shoes on. Well that was somewhat relieving. "I don't suppose you know someone named Dag? I was looking for him."
[7:26 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri grimace, "I... I heard some of the teachers yelling for a bunch of kids near the ballroom earlier... I think one was called Dagiel? Is that who your looking for?" Her tail sagged, she didn't really want to tell him he was currently missing from the sounds of things right now, him and several other kids, and thats why she wasn't going to any party.
[7:29 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Dag was in trouble? Why wasn't that surprising? He chuckled. "That sounds like him, yes. I suppose if he's in trouble that means he's all right. We were both at the party... then I lost sight of him for a while. I am not sure how I got out here, though."
[7:50 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri nodded, "Well, I've been out here for a little bit- so I didn't see you come out here..." She looked around, "Well, I came out here because.. Usually no one's around this way.... " She trailed off, "I wasn't at the party. I was scared something might happen.... My family always tried extra hard on halloween to scare me." She said a little saddly.
[8:04 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram frowned. If she had been here a while and had not seen him, either he had been extra quiet, or he had been here even longer. He was glad no one else had seen him. "How embarrassing," he muttered gloomily. "Oh! The party was fun. Not scary. There was lots of candy and dancing. I played limbo and conga with Dag!" Maybe she would like it too, if she wasn't too scared. If her parents were his then he would have been scared too. "Would you like to go see it? I'll go with you. And, and, you wouldn't have to go in. You could look from the door."
[8:20 PM] Auzzie-kat: "Ohhh.... That sounded fun.." She said wistfully, "Oh really?" She wiggled one of her boots in the dirt, "I'd like to look... But I don't know if I could go in.... I mostly have been in my room talking to my flower." She said to him and then blushed, she had a habit of chatting when she felt nervous.
[8:35 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: "Well, then..." This time it was Hiram's turn to hold out his hand. "My name's Hiram. Let me show you the dance." He spoke with a big grin on his face. "Is your item a flower? Mine's a trick or treat bag!"
[8:40 PM] Auzzie-kat: A gigantic smile broke across Mirri's face, "I'm Mirri" She said as she accepted his hand, there was no way she was going to look over there without someone with her, "Yes!" She said excitedly, "Mine's a sunflower, I keep one in a pot in my room. And that is so cool! I haven't been trick or treating before. My older brother went but he never wanted to take me." She shook her head, well he's not here now, and Hiram seemed nice- much nicer than everyone from her home already.
[10:04 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: "Nice to meet you, Mirri." When she took his hand, he started leading her back toward the ballroom. The grass cool against Hiram's bare legs. It wouldn't be long before Mirri would see that he was dressed as a witch. "I bet your flower smells up your room. Sunflowers smell like sunshine. My parents took me. They stayed at the street while I walked up to the houses. I guess there won't be trick or treating anymore now that we live here. If there was, I'd take you." Big brothers were supposed to take care of their younger siblings, weren't they? Do fun things with them. Take them trick or treating.
[10:10 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri followed beside Hiram, he was a bit taller than she was she noticed; even wearing her boots. "My parents didn't take me anywhere. They didn't even bring me to school." She said to him, she knew he would be wondering why, but before she decided to explain she noticed he was wearing a dress, "I like your dress." She said, "Are you dressed as a witch? I've read about witches.... Do you have a broom?" She asked him curiously as the walked. She could see the lights of the ball and people running around everyone looked to be in a costume, she didn't have anything to dress up in, she only had what she brought with her to her dorm... And that was only what she could carry.
[9:26 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram remembered his trick or treating with fondness. He had only done it once. "My parents took me one time. Then we moved around a lot..." he added with disappointment. He understood why they had to keep moving, for the most part. It was a nice memory, the trick or treating. She complimented the dress. "Thanks. I am glad you could tell without the broom. Oh? What did you read about witches?" What a surprising and interesting topic. They were getting close to the ball and he saw kids he already recognized. If he could stay long enough to know all their names, that would be grander than this party.
[1:57 AM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri had only moved the once that she could recall, from home to Sanctuary. "My family didn't take me out a lot." She said, "So I spent a lot of time reading in the house. I read books that said witches were evil and ones that said they were good. I liked the good stories, ones about healing witches who liked to help the people in the town they lived in. Not when they were eating children." She giggled, "I don't think witches eat children."
[7:18 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram chuckled. "No! They wouldn't eat children. Well I don't think they would," he frowned, trying to think of a reason one might. But he decided against the possibility. People don't eat people. "Naw." They had made it to the ballroom door. "Here it is," he said, knowing it was needless. He watched her for cues, like if she might want to go in, or to leave.
[8:20 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri laughed in agreeance, "Yeah, that would be silly." she said, her eyes widened as she took in the scene around her. She peered through the door, there were adults in there they were acting funny... And kids too! She was about to feel like it'd be ok when someone went past in what she hoped was a costume that made her panic, she pulled back away from the door, "Errr... It's all fake right?" She said looking at Hiram, "Those one's with blood on them right?" She shuddered and eyed someone inside the room who looked to be having fun but had what also looked like blood on their costume.
[8:49 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram's eyes widened as he watched the same person go by. It looked so real! "Woah!" He gulped and told himself that he was not frightened, but he was. It was scary. "It's just supposed to look real. It isn't real." He said that for himself as much as Mirri. "Do you want to go in? We can stay out here if you want."
[8:56 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri shook her head eyes widened a little at the idea of going in, "It's ok, I'd rather stay outside.... It's nicer out here anyway." She said trying not to sound too much like a scaredy wolf, as a light breeze picked up, her ears twitched, she could hear the sounds of the people at the dance and what sounded like the headmaster voice, he sounded a little upset she backed a couple steps from the entrance, "Can you hear that?" She asked, "I think I can hear some kids getting into trouble." She giggled trying to relax, "I wonder what they did to upset the headmaster on Halloween."
[9:00 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram had had a feeling she wouldn't go inside after all. But they could still enjoy themselves out here. "That's okay, we can still watch..." He drifted off as he listened with Mirri. He turned to her and watched her back up, so he followed. "Oh! Do you think they pulled a prank on the headmaster?" he chortled. "Wanna go see?"
[10:31 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri giggled, "Let's find out, that could be funny! I wonder what they did." She said as she crept towards where the noise was coming from, beaconing at Hiram to follow her along the side of the building. When they came around the other side they could see the circus tent, "Huh, odd, I didn't realise they were doing that.." She said to Hiram quietly trying not to draw attention to them sneaking around.
[10:55 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: "Yeah!" He followed Mirri along the wall when she beckoned. The coast was clear. He came running and crouched down to peer around the corner. The tent baffled him. "What do you think the tent is for?" he whispered. "Not a circus," he suggested, unsure of that possibility. It seemed too small for a circus, but it was big. He considered lifting up the tent wall to see inside, but the commotion was too much. What if someone saw them?
[11:02 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri frowned at the tent thoughtfully, Hiram was right it didn't really look like a circus, "There's no around like a clown... I read about clowns... Do you want to get closer?" She asked Hiram, she hesitated but she'd go if he went.
[11:08 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: "Clowns? They don't eat children either," he hissed, and with that felt the courage to move forward. "Yeah, let's go!" He grabbed her hand and ran, still crouching, to the tent. He peeked back at Mirri before slinking toward the front corner of the tent. He was not sure where it opened up, but this seemed like as good a direction to go as any. Slowly, he peered around the corner.
[11:14 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri stiffled a giggle and ran with Hiram towards the tent in half crouch, trying to make as little noise as possible. She watched Hiram head to the front of the tent and peer around, curiousity got the better of her and she popped her head around the corner beside Hiram.
[11:53 PM] Midnight Phantom: They might only see the glimmers and the rest of the kids and teens that returned from the other world. The tent itself just looked like a tent now with lots of large ground pillows that fit a whole body strewn around.

Pyper and Ivan has been trying to talk to the headmaster while he was trying to herd them all toward infirmary so they can be checked out and he could call their parents.
[6:29 PM] Erina: Pyper and Ivan were both arguing with the headmaster as he tried to shuffle them along towards the infirmary. Neither of them looked happy. Especially Ivan, who was still covered in blood. He really wanted to get away and take a bath. And for once Pyper could agree. She could sense his feelings of wanting to escape the situation. If only they had a distraction.

As if on cue, Fiore the deer glimmer, hopped behind the headmaster, playfully headbutting him from behind before scampering off. The glimmer would meet up with the twins again later.

This was a great opportunity! Pyper and Ivan immediately took off! They bounded around the side of the tent, and nearly toppled over Mirri and Hiram.

“Eeep!” Pyper hissed, trying not to fall over.

“Sorry,” Ivan whispered, “But we’re kind of in a hurry to get out of here. So please...” He raised his finger to his lips, “..shhh.” He hoped Hiram and Mirri would remain quiet.

“Let’s get out of here,” Pyper said, dragging both Ivan, and Mirri and Hiram along too. She didn’t want a big scene. It would just be another excuse for the headmaster to grill them.

“Is there somewhere nearby that’s more...secluded?” Ivan questioned, giving Hiram and Mirri a pleading look. Hopefully he hadn’t frightened them, and they would be willing to help.
[2:58 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri had just poped her head around the corner when Ivan barreled into her nearly knocking her over. She managed to stifle a yelp which came out a small "Eeep" as she saw Ivans clothes, she clasped her hands over her mouth and nodded eyes wide, as Pyper grabbed her hand to pull her away she tugged gently at her arm and pointed towards the Lake, "Theres a space near the lakes that no one really goes to." She wispered to her, thinking these guys had to have been the ones pulling a prank and they must have just escaped and were looking to hide.
[1:44 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram surveyed the mess of confused kids and pillows wondering what it was he was seeing. He saw blood on clothing and wondered if it was real? It looked real enough to him. He cowered back a little bit at the sight, but fear would not get the better of him and he stood his ground. When two of the kids ran right at them, he scrambled back to give them some room. They wanted seclusion, otherwise a place to hide from the headmaster. That headbutt to the behind was almost too much and an upwelling of giggles threatened to erupt from his mouth. When Mirri suggested the lake he nodded. Snickering, he said softly, "Yeah, follow us! Well, follow Mirri!"
[2:14 PM] Erina: “Sounds good,” Ivan said with relief. Hiram and Mirri seemed like nice people. And the twins were grateful for their willingness to help.

“Ok lead the way Mirri,” Pyper said smiling. “I’m Pyper by the way. This is my twin brother Ivan. It’s nice to meet you.”

Ivan nodded in agreement. “And you couldn’t have shown up at a better time. We were looking to escape the headmaster so….” He didn’t elaborate as to why. He simply trailed off, a little unsure of how to explain. Or if he even should explain? He didn’t want to scare anyone.

The twins would follow the others to the lake where Fiore was waiting with another glimmer; his sister Sakura. The deer roamed around quietly, poking their heads out from the bushes every once in awhile, watching the group of metas approach.
[4:30 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri's eyes danced, she'd never been in such excitement before, her brother always left her out of things. She tried to hide a giggle as she grabbed at Pyper's hand and gently tugged her towards the direction of the lakes.
Mirri traced her steps back through the shadows towards the lake, the aimed for the side away from the maze, she'd seen this little area beside the lake on the other side that sort of went off into a area no one seemed to walk along... She didn't know if she went the whole way to the end of the strip she'd find a coffin, she hadn't explored that far up on her own before, just like she hadn't the confidence to look in the maze on her own either. She tried to stick closer to the bushes as they came up to the side of the lake, when she thought they were far enough away from other people she started talking, "Nice to meet you Ivan and Pyper, that's Hiram by the way." She said with a smile as she indicated towards Hiram, "What were you guys up to?" She said looking at Ivan's shirt, "Did you prank the headmaster?" She giggled at the thought.
[5:23 PM] Erina: Pyper let Mirri lead her along, her brother following.

“Welll,” Ivan began, giving his sister a ‘look’.

She could tell exactly what he was thinking. Do we tell them the truth? She wasn’t sure what they should do so she just sort of shrugged back.

Ivan sighed. “It’s a long story,” he began, walking towards the water. He didn’t really feel comfortable taking off his clothes so he figured he’d just soak. Hopefully some of the blood would come off. Doing laundry would have to wait til they got home.

The more he thought about it, he should at least warn them. “If you see a shifty vampire hanging around saying he has a job for you, don’t under any circumstances trust him.”

He would try and leave it at that. But if Hiram and Mirri asked more questions, he would just have to figure out how to respond based on their reactions.
[7:52 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram followed along meekly, as he did not know the spot Mirri had in mind. When he was introduced he waved while keeping his hand close to his person. "Hi." Their explanation by way of a warning was not very helpful. He did not usually trust shifty-looking anyone, vampire or not. "Is that real blood?" He sniffed the air and there was a metallic tang. "It smells like blood."
[8:05 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri watched Ivan walk towards the water, and say something about shifty vampires, which made Mirri look around where they were standing, she tried to peer into the shadows with little luck, then Hiram's question about it being real blood brought her attention back to them again, "Don't vampires eat blood?" Mirri asked, "And what do you mean ask for help?" She looked quizzically at Ivan's shirt, "If a vampire asked me for help I wouldn't want to say yes. What if they wanted help because they were hungry and--" She cut herself off eyes wide and she whispered while trying to look around again, "Did it try to eat you?"
[8:32 PM] Erina: Ivan sweatdropped. Of course they would both be able to smell the blood! He wanted to facepalm. It was definitely a notable odor, especially to someone with a good nose, like a were. “Umm….” But before he could reply to Hiram, Mirri asked if the vampire had tried to eat him. And he stifled a chuckle.

“Ha! Goodness no!” Pyper laughed, not realizing that her response would mean Ivan would have to come up with a reason for why he DID have real blood on him.

“Uhh,” Ivan forced a smile and tried to explain himself. “A vampire asked us for help and told us to meet him in the haunted house in the tent that was set up. So a couple of us went inside. And ...um. Well a lot of stuff happened and we found ourselves in an alternate timeline…” Because that totally sounded believable.

“It was definitely real, and dangerous!” Pyper added. “The war was still going on and everything!”

Ivan looked over at his sister. So apparently they were going to tell Hiram and Mirri the whoooole story. Pyper DID like to talk after all. >>;

“But um yess… in short, it’s blood. Not MY blood. But..” Wait a minute, he should probably add that he hadn’t murdered anyone either! “I tried to help them as best I could of course!!!” At this point he was probably babbling.

Pyper interrupted though. “There was a girl who was hurt. My brother used one of his healing potions on her. Hopefully she’s ok…” she trailed off.

They both probably sounded crazy. Like maybe they had one too many of those brownies from the dance.

Not wanting to sound like raving lunatics, the twins both got quiet and watched to see how Hiram and Mirri would react.
[8:48 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram did not really understand the phrase "alternate timeline," and stuck to the haunted house idea. So a vampire tricked some kids into coming into the haunted house and they got scared. "So you helped," he said vaguely. The twins were in on the prank after all. However they tried to help someone that was bleeding, and they were worried about her. "I'm sure that person will be okay."
[8:57 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri looked a little horrified as Ivan and Pyper explained a little, not all of it made sense to her, but she thought she had an idea from the books she'd read, "So kinda like the story from 'the wonderful wizard of Oz'?" she asked, that was one of her favorite books to read, "Dorothy got sent to another world by a big tornado." She said as if it was a fact and continued to listen.
"Woaaahhh!" She said at the end, "So you helped a vampire and saved another girl?" She looked at Ivan like he was a hero and breathed, "That is sooooo cool."
She looked at Pyper, "So why were you both running away if you helped?"
[3:46 PM] Erina: Ivan was relieved that Hiram and Mirri seemed supportive. He had left out a very key detail. Despite having possibly saved that dying girl, and also helping out a vampire, he had attacked another female. Though to be fair, that female was being violent, and was most likely the cause of the blue blood everywhere. Pyper would have to remind him that the mysterious female had killed the mushroom kid. So maybe she wasn’t entirely bad? Ivan was unsure, and he felt like the more he thought about it, the more his head would hurt. So he just left out that part of the story.

Ivan waded in the water, trying to wash himself clean.

Pyper flopped on the ground and sprawled out almost like she was making a snow angel. She was exhausted. But she still wanted to talk to Mirri and Hiram as she didn’t have many friends since her and her brother recently moved into their own place. “Yup, kinda like the Wizard of Oz!” she agreed. She chuckled as Mirri treated Ivan like a hero.

“Well, we ran away because the headmaster didn’t believe us. And...he was asking a lot of questions. He made it sound like it was all our fault all the bad stuff happened. Like the time travel part. But that was toooootally the vampire’s fault. I’m not taking the blame for that,” Pyper said, crossing her arms, and giving a little huff as she lay in the grass.

“So what were you two doing out there by the tent?” Ivan asked. “Sneaking around?” he mused. He gave a smile, to show he was just kidding.
[4:12 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri giggled at Pypers reaction, "Adults, they don't get this kind of thing." She flinched at her own words, they rung sooo true, her parents never believed anything. "I believe you." She said as if that made any difference.

Mirri's face flushed as Ivan asked what they were doing 'sneeking around', "Well..." She said and clasped one hand to her other arms elbow and looked a little awkward... She hadn't told Hiram this yet, but since Ivan and Pyper told them a story... "I am a Were Meta." She said shyly, as she twisted one foot in the dirt as she tightened her grip on her elbow, "But.. I'm.. Broken... When the sun comes up..."

She avoided everyone's eyes and looked out at the lake, it looked so peaceful with the ripples Ivan made going out and making the reflection of the not quite full moon ripple on the surface. "I become a Were during the day and turn back when the sun sets. And I'm getting better at not biting things but.. I'm scared to have classes with everyone, at the moment I have one on one tutors with a teacher because I'm worried I'll hurt another student." She said her bottom lip trembled.
"At home... My mum and dad... and older brother... They... Never took me out... I was always inside, they said to protect me." She closed her eyes and tried to fight the tears that threatened to burst out, "I dunno I always felt like they didn't want me around... Every year I used to watch the kids on Halloween from my window, and I always wanted to be out there but they said the world wasn't ready for me yet..." She dropped her hands to her sides and clenched her hands into fits, "Why give me a sunflower and then hide me from the sun?!"
[4:12 PM] Auzzie-kat: She turned herself so she faced away from her new friends, she'd never told anyone and it all came out it one big oent up burst, she couldn't bring herself to look at them so she looked back at the pretty lights on at the hall, fists still clenched at her sides, "They said, I'd be to scared, that I'd cry. I just wanted to see what it was like, I could hear the kids laughing and I thought, I could watch maybe from here and see if it was ok. Because they aren't here to tell me I can't anymore." Her voice was soft as she finished, she didn't turn back back now as tears dripped from her cheeks, she didn't want them to know whe was crying and couldn't figure out how to wipe her eyes and sniffle without giving it away, so she stood there facing the buildings wishing the world would open up and swallow her.
[8:36 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram flopped down in the grass near Pyper, with slumped shoulders like a discarded sack of potatoes. Then he sat up straight, correct posture being one of the things his parents had taught him.

Oz? He did not know what to make of this fantastical story. He didn't think kitsune could time travel but would a vampire likelier be able to? He supposed one's item could make it possible, if it were some sort of clock. If it were a different world like in Oz... what kind of item could do that? He just didn't know.

Then Mirri spoke, and Hiram thought she would explain them going to the ball. So that was why she was so hesitant. It was because she was a were. "I'm a were too, but I don't turn during the day. Just a boring regular one." He smiled faintly. Mirri was very upset. He did not know what to do, so he tried to relate, give them something in common. "My parents were careful with me. I was not kept in all the time, but we had to be very careful or scared people would run us out. We're finally in a place where there are others like us, Mirri! All kinds of interesting people. Some come out at night, some during the day." He thought that maybe the headmaster should help her, but if he was so harsh to the kitsune pair, questioning them when it wasn't their fault, then he wasn't so sure. "You're with friends, now."

[4:34 PM] Erina: Ivan was almost sorry he had asked. But maybe it would be good for Mirri to talk about it with friends. He offered her a smile.

“And Hiram’s right,” Pyper added, “You’re with friends now. And the people here are very accepting.” She nodded. So far all the people she had met at sanctuary were kind. Even if she and her brother didn’t live on campus.

Ivan got out of the water, squeezing his shirt to ring it out. He walked over to Mirri and gently placed a hand on her head. “There’s no reason to have to hide anymore. Don’t be afraid to let yourself shine. You’re special after all. Maybe they just didn’t quite understand that yet. I mean, I think the world is ready for you. You just have to go out there and be yourself. You’ll find lots of friends.”

“Yeah! You and Hiram here can be our friends~” Pyper chimed. “I think you both seem like swell people. And I’m a pretty good judge of people,” she added with a wink.

Ivan chuckled a little at that. “She speaks the truth. And you can always come visit us. We have an apartment a little ways from here. If you two ever want to chill and play games or something, feel free to let us know.”

“Yup, we’ve got quite the collection,” Pyper laughed. She would encourage them to visit. After all, one can never have enough friends.

[5:10 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri's ears perked up and she sniffled as a wave of happy tears threatened to bubble up as she turned around, "My brother said I'd never make a friend with a normal Were" She said with a wet smile, "And we just proved him wrong." She giggled and wiped her eyes,"I'm glad I met you all tonight." She said and smiled up at Ivan who had put his hand on her head, she had an overwhelming urge to hug him, but the fact he was wet made her hesitate "I appreciate that, I really do." Mirri smiled at twins for their offer, "I've never played on a game before! Only read books and read about them, and it would be nice to go somewhere other than my room." She giggled at the idea of actually playing a game with friends, it made her feel all warm inside. And with that she hugged the wet Ivan with a giggle, "Thank you." She said to him before letting go and going to flop down next to Pyper and Hiram on the grass, feeling like a weight had lifted from her shoulders. She smiled at them, it was a big happy, no-reserves kind that showed she was feeling much better having gotten that off her chest. "I'm glad I have friends now, I don't feel so alone." She hesitated for a second before continuing, "Do you think the headmaster will come looking for you?" She hoped he wouldn't.

[11:12 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram was so happy to have made three friends in one night! The twins were a lot of fun and offered to share their living space with Mirri and him. And Mirri was in a similar situation to him. Maybe they could help each other. Maybe they could all help each other.

He brainstormed out loud. "As much as the twins may want to avoid the Headmaster, Mirri and I may be able to distract him by asking if there are other weres here. I'm sure there must be. I may not be able to transform during the day but maybe someone else can." So many "maybe's", he thought with a bit of frustration. But he wanted to get the idea out there, see what his new friends would think!

[5:08 PM] Erina: Pyper and Ivan both agreed with Hiram.

“That’s a good idea~” Pyper added. “If the Headmaster is distracted, he won’t be looking for us that’s for sure,” she grinned.

“And maybe he knows of more weres here. I’m sure that there are others. Maybe even one that transforms during the day like Hiram said. Depending on their item, they could be in a similar situation. It wouldn’t hurt to at least ask,” Ivan replied.

Pyper gazed up at the night sky. It was getting late. “Hey….do you think we should be heading back?” she asked.

“Hmm probably. But I think we should all meet up again sometime soon,” Ivan added. “It’d be nice to hang out.”

“Oh I know. We should give you both our phone numbers. Then you can call us whenever you want. Do either of you have a cell phone? I can text you. Or I can write the number down on a piece of paper. I think I have a pen and something to write on.” She dug through a small bag attached to her hip, something similar to a fanny pack.

[5:34 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri perked up at Hirams idea, "Yeah that could work." She looked at Hiram, "Do you think that would distract him enough so Pyper and Ivan can slip away to go home?" She asked her tail wagging in excitement.

Looking back at Pyper and Ivan she smiled, "My dorm is over there." She pointed to the building and said the room number and level. "If I am not there I'll be around the gardens somewhere." She smiled and waved her hand around indicating the large open area of Sanctuary and giggled. She was feeling so much more relaxed now, "Good idea about the phone number! That way if I am out you can find me." She waited to see if Pyper had a pen or paper in her bag with her tail non-stop wagging she was just super happy now.

[5:55 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: They liked his idea! Would the Headmaster be back at the tent, or somewhere else? Looking for the twins? Maybe it would be best for them to head back, just for that reason if nothing else. "Yeah, we probably should head back." He did not want this group to break up. He had really enjoyed himself. The taste of real friendship was not something he wanted to lose! But if he wanted to help Ivan and Pyper, he would need to have their backs.

He told the twins where he lived as well. Which dorm. It should be safe to share with people his dorm, even if he could not tell them where his parents lived. Too dangerous, even if he trusted them. And he told himself he did. "I do not have a cellphone. My parents wouldn't let me have one." Too easy to track someone who used one. If only he had brought his journal! Perhaps he should keep it with him at all times! He hoped Pyper had paper and pen in her pack!

[7:05 PM] Erina: Ivan was listening, and making a mental note as Hiram and Mirri told them which dorms were theirs. He nodded as Mirri explained he could also possibly find her in the garden. It was definitely a nice spot on the campus to hang out.

“A-ha!” Pyper announced, triumphantly holding a small pad of sticky notes and a pen. “This should work!” She scribbled down her name and number, and then her brother’s. She made one for Mirri, and one for Hiram. “There we go!”

“Alright. This is where we go our separate ways then. But just for today. We’re happy to hang out any time!” Ivan smiled.

As the twins readied to leave, they both gave a final wave. Despite the earlier craziness of the day, it had ended well with them both having made new friends.

[8:23 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri's tail wagged happily the whole time that she waited for Pyper to finish writing her number down, she tucked it away in her pocket. "I'll write it in my diary too." She said just in case she ever lost the paper. She jumped up and hugged both Ivan and Pyper, "Thank you~" She said sounding really happy.

Her tail still wagging endlessly she turned to Hiram, "Ready to go find Rhunn?" She was so eager right now for their plan to help the other two escape without being seen.

[8:46 PM] 🐸 ᗰƐℓOᗰᗩᖇ 🐸: Hiram took the sticky note when it was given to him. He would definitely put it in his journal, just like Mirri said. He nodded. "I'll put it in my journal, too." He may not have a cellphone but that did not mean he couldn't make calls. He grinned when Mirri hugged the twins. When she turned to him he nodded again. "I'm ready." He held out his hand in case she wanted to hold it. She probably wouldn't though.

[2:04 PM] Erina: Ivan and Pyper both smiled at the hug. Pyper gave Mirri a big hug in return. And Ivan ruffled her hair. The twins then looked at each other and nodded. It was time to get going. "We'll see you again soon then~" they replied, before heading off.

[7:54 PM] Auzzie-kat: Mirri smiled after the twins, "Okay, lets go." She grinned at Hiram, she noticed he held his hand out for her her tail gave a little wag as she slipped her hand into his, it helped her feeling more confidant in the decision to go talk to an adult, especially the headmaster.

((Mirri and Hiram ran of to find and keep the headmaster distracted while Pyper and Ivan made their escape from the grounds to head home without being noticed. Their plan was a success and Rhunn informed them both there was indeed other werewolves at the school and gave them some names))
