She hummed a bit as she thought about the best way to answer.
"Well basically we watch how they interact and go from there. They are always squabbling over the females, thry must be close to the egg laying season, or so I believe Im not entirely sure."
Oh gods she was even admitting weakness to this guy. What on earth was wrong with her?

Iexa actually vibrated with delight. "You mean like a play? We get to do voices for them and all of that stuff? Thats so cool!"
He had never played a game like that before. Maybe having someone new around was a good thing. It kept the ideas fresh didnt it?

Variel eyed him supiciosly like he was putting up an act. But she felt that it was actually true, he was excited over her game, maybe he was not so different from her...for a hybrid.
It was his sparkling intellect that called to her, a regular boy would just want to eat them.
"Heh made up the game myself." She was proud.

"It sounds really interesting Im excited to play it." He sat down beside her to watch the crabs. "How did you come up with this even?" He was at a loss as to how a fellow youngling came up with something so deep and thought out for entertainment.
She was fascinating to him. Course anyone new was immediately interesting to him an Lynx , all the new opportunities to be s**t disturbers.

"I used to visit the castle a lot with my family, so I had a lot of time to hide in th bushes which were a bit prickly I might add, and watch them. This is what they do, play out their pompos lives to the beat of their own drum. The princess though is genuinely nice, she and my mother are around each other alot."
She watched the crabs with him until their respective parents found first one than the other. It was a fruitful day.
