"I feel like 'moments' is the understatement of the century." Derek muttered. Even he was annoyed by some of the s**t that he'd pulled. Not that he was mad about having to do it... He'd do it again if he had to, but jeez. If someone had pulled the s**t on him, that he'd pulled on Kor, they would have been thrown though a window...

Derek was still wondering how he hadn't been yet.

The blonde was rather abruptly pulled from his musing with the drop of the bombshell question.

"...What?"

Had he not been pinned in place on the hammock, Derek was sure he probably would have fallen out in surprise.

"I uh... thought... I kinda was?" Derek said dumbly.

Technically, he didn't live with Kor. He was just some stray housecat that made himself at home, and Kor couldn't get rid of. He did venture home every couple of days to his parents house, or whenever things got too heated and the both of them needed to cool off, but he did not in fact, live, with Kor.

Well now, Derek honestly didn't think he'd get this far.

"What?" He repeated.

Instinct kicked in and Derek made a grab for Kor before he could topple over the side of the hammock. Because, lets face it. One of them was bound to eventually.

"..I.. um... Are.. are you sure??"

Of all the times to be tripping over his words.

A key, which he stole... and made several copies of, just in case. "I mean my parents don't mind that I'm here.." Granted they didn't know the whole story but that was... for another day.

"You've gotten better about doing things. I'm not hovering as much. Technically..." Technically, Kor wouldn't need him for too much longer, if at all. Short of a few reminders here and there of course.

Derek made a face, rolling his eyes. "Oh, that's a lost cause. Let's be real here. That cat hates me. There IS no getting along with MF. I swear to god he's got plans to get rid of me. I wouldn't be surprised if he- Yep... There he is." He said flatly with a sigh as he turned his head to the house.

There was the cat, curled in the window just glaring at me.

"Little s**t's just jealous I get all the attention." He said, sticking his tongue out and flicking the cat off, which earned him an irritated twitch of its tail.

Derek swallowed out of reflex when the hand brushed his throat. He shifted slightly, letting a slow breath out.

"Sorry." Force of habit, he guessed.

The blonde wrapped his around Kor's waist. "No..." He hummed. "Half my clothes are here at this point so it's whatever I don't feel like leaving with my parents." Which just left, telling his parents and what did he want to take with him.

He locked his arms there, keeping Kor in place as he stole another kiss. "Love you..." Derek muttered in a daze.
