 "It's not like you're talking to me right now anyways!" Kitya quipped back, her voice rising into a yell, "It's not like you really asked for help anyways! You just want me to keep my nose out of whatever situation you're getting into!" And honestly she didn't like it! What was so important that Xenia had to keep it quiet and then even get angry at her for wanting to know? It definitely seemed fishy! Her cheeks flushed as she grabbed at the other bag and lifted it. Honestly she was tempted to just throw the damn thing across the floor. Maybe I should!
"And! And if you go off and meet some murderer then don't be surprised if I'm not around to help out!" She huffed, blowing a stray strand of hair from her face, "You didn't want me to have anything to do with whatever it is so if it ends up biting you then no worries I won't be there to bother you by helping out!"

"I just wanted you to help me not to act like mom!" Xenia screeched. Why was she being so frustrating?! Of COURSE she asked for help; she was doing that right now but Kitya was just being too stupid to understand! "THAT'S HELPING, YOU IDIOT".
"I won't because SHE'S NOT A MURDERER!" Xenia was so pissed she didn't notice her own mistake, but at that point, she didn't even care. The yaeli turned and stomped out of the door, going down the hall as loud as a herd of limbara. "Hope you have fun sleeping in that room by yourself because I'M NOT COMING BACK! I'm staying with Auntie from now on!"

Kitya was so pissed off that she didn't even care about the slip up. If anything it was even worse! Her sister was willing to cut ties with her over some girl?! Who did that? Kitya tossed the bag onto the bed angrily as she followed after Xenia, "I will have fun! Maybe I'll move in with Auntie as well! You can just go ahead and move in with your potential murderer!" Even if the girl wasn't a murderer it still heated Kitya to think that Xenia didn't care enough to share details about her. So what if she had a new friend?! It didn't mean she had to hide it and treat her family like crap over it!
"I don't even know why you would get so upset and secretive over a new friend anyways unless they're a bad person!" She called out, "What are they? A bug woman?!" What else could they be that her sister would be so angry about this? Was she close to someone of the race that had killed their grandmother?! Or was it someone who was just dealing with bad things? Kitya was supposed to be the troublemaker? How was it that she was the one chasing Xenia now for doing something wrong?

"Maybe because I knew you would act like a psychotic witch, and I wanted to just go into town but you had to ruin that too!" She reached the front door and didn't grabbed her boots, going through the threshold without even stopping to put them on. Why bother when sticking around would just mean more harassment from her sister?
Xenia stomped away from the house, not so much as bothering to look back behind her. She needed space right now, and that meant getting as far away from Kitya as possible!

"I dunno because if they weren't suspicious maybe you'd feel better about bringing them over instead of sneaking out after them!" She knew her sister could be more reserved but this was just weird. Kitya was so bitter and angry that Xenia would rather chew her out than share a secret! Perhaps it was a bit of jealously to think that Xenia was going all out for someone to the point that she was even willing to push Kitya off. But more so she believed in her intuition and this was getting her red flags for sure!
"Well looks like we're both good at ruining things today!" She yelled after Xenia, "So much for sisterly bonds." Kitya slumped against the wall as she watched Xenia storm off. She was being the psychotic witch? Me?! Was Xenia even listening to herself or thinking about what just happened? Kitya pulled her knees against her chest as she plopped down in frustration. If her sister was going to go ahead and call her a psychotic witch then what was the point if something happened to her? "Good riddance!" She huffed angrily. If this was how her sibling was then she was glad that she had two younger ones and she prayed to the spirits that they wouldn't grow up anytime soon! At least they're cute and reasonable... Kitya sighed as she studied the ground, her hands shaking as she clutched at her legs, "Dammit." She knew that even though she said those things that she still cared about Xenia. Whether her sister liked it or not Kitya was determined to go to town later just in case. If I'm already being called a psychotic witch then I may as well play the part.
