Bella is as red as she can humanly get while he sponges her back off, but even at that point, nothing has prepared her for him sweeping her off of her feet. Eyes widen and all she can manage to do is gasp and squawk in shock. "Eh!!??" She honestly does not know what to do. On one hand, she has had fantasies that played out like these. On the other hand, just how assertive is he going to get? Internally she wars with herself over how to react. He fits every fantasy she has had secretly over time. Muscles. Check. Strong. Check. Knows what he wants. Double Check. Able to match her personality. In spades. He is everything she has been wishing for in her typically bored and lonely nights. At the same time, now that she is getting what she has been wanting, there is a part of her that is a tad bit scared. Just how far would this go? Is it more innocent than it looks? If she loses her nerve, would he back down? If she wants to go all the way and he doesn't how could she handle that? As she runs it through her head she takes notice of Tanji sleeping in the far end. A light sigh of relief as that means there's a lifeline if things get out of hand for her. And if not, then she has a built-in excuse to get them somewhere more private. She honestly does not know. For now, she is going to let things develop naturally and see where things lead. When he sets her down she takes an available seat.
Kazuka sat there relaxing as bella joined him sitting next to kazuka this was nice and refreshing he thought to himself .Also this was a good enough time to ask her if she wanted to go out for dinner or something but kazuka was not to sure on how she would act.Only reasons he though this way was because he was afraid she saw him only a a mindless brute,truth been know he actually liked to read here and there books was a thing he did in he down time.He read when he had nothing better to do that day or he just didn't fee like training more."Ahem well bella i was wondering .. umm if you would like to go to a bookstore / coffee shop or something along those lines to read or have a bite to eat and have some Sake if u wanted to that is .Hopefully kazuka didn't sound to awkward he wanted her to know he liked her quiet a bit. Kazuked wanted to get to know her more of course as he spoke to her and thought for a quick second he moved closer to Bella."This water is nice is it not i remember going to these types of baths with my master long ago when he was still alive, he was a very strong man and i looked up to him a lot man i wish he was still hear, Kazuka would say softly.
Bella begins to relax when she realizes that his intentions seem pure. 'What a relief. I thought for sure he was ready to rush things along too fast. I want to get to know him better first. I mean a hot body and enough strength to punch out an elephant are one thing, but there's got to be more in that pretty head of his.' Then he begins to speak. Bookstore? Is he trying to impress her or give her the idea that he's not all man meat? Either way that does sound appealing. She smiles up at him and continues to clutch her washcloth over her chest. "S-sure. We could go see what books are available and then go get something from the teahouse," she says thoughtfully picking from his options. "Maybe if we hit it off or something we can have a bit of sake. I think that I need to stay away from my division for a bit longer. I made my superiors angry with me earlier today and I can not bear to show my face for a while. Especially Sanada-sama. I swear she was ready to crack my skull. Thankfully the Vice-Captain was there. I think that if not I would be recovering in the Fourth Division's hospital." She frowns slightly. 'Why did I admit that of all things?!' she wonders. Shrugging it off she sighs, "I tend to speak a bit too frankly about things. I am used to paperwork, maybe a bit of debate, reviewing reports, and passing stuff from lower officers to my superiors, or sending it back down for rework. The most confrontation I am used to having is dealing with the dicy paperwork and dodgy clarifications from Division Twelve! Now that's pure politics, something I understand."

Bella sighs as she leaves the onsen. It just is not going to work out. At least not right now. It is not that she can really point at any one reason why, least of which would be him. No, it cannot be him. He has been great. Gentle, fun, and willing to help her learn and push past her boundaries. No, this she decides will need to be entirely on her. Her damp hair hangs down loosely from the messy bun she has attempted to tie back up. Making out with him was fun. She has to admit that. Still, she got cold feet and hastily left. "You are a class A coward, Bella Donna," she mutters to herself. After gathering her belongings and redressing, she sighs, bemoaning her issues. No, there is no way her family will like him. There's no benefit to going with him outside of the physical passion. The blush on her cheeks still has not faded from their making out and then getting caught by the staff and asked to leave. She had hurried into the locker room, calling out an apology to Kazuka, one that she deeply regrets saying but cannot take back: Sorry, Kazuka ... you are hot ... but we cannot be together like this. The words echo in her head and she numbly ties her hakama back on her in a robotic fashion. 'Why did I say it like that? He's the only guy I had avoided alienating until now. Bella you are a hot mess. No wonder you are alone ...' she chides herself. She left in such a hurry that she did not even bother getting dry before dressing so as she leaves she uncomfortably feels her clothing clinging to her skin. "Madam, we regret to tell you that you and your gentleman friend will not be allowed back in the onsen for a while. This is not a love hotel. Please understand. Thank you for your cooperation," the manager tells her, causing her face to flush even redder. She knows that she has only herself to blame. Giving in to lust in such a public place? What a blunder. She only hopes that it will not become public knowledge. "I am very sorry. I will try to show more discretion next time," her apology is tinged with regret and embarrassment. Off to get a cup or two of sake at one of the corner bars and then back home to lick her wounds so to speak. There is no way she could look Kazuka in the eyes for a good while. Regrettable. He was a wall of muscles and good looks. Handsome and fun to be with, even if they were quite awkward. She walks over to the bar and winds up ordering a bottle worth of sake. About half way through the bottle a man sits down next to her and they strike up conversation. Her guard is down, but she appreciates the attention. She has temporarily spared herself the obsessive thoughts over how she left things off with Kazuka simply because she was ashamed of being caught being inappropriate. He is smooth talking and his voice silken. How pleasant to have a normal conversation! He is not bad looking either. Granted the man was on the lean side and does not seem to have a ton of power of his own. Still, that does not seem to matter right now. Rebound is in full swing. She finds his confidence and charm quite disarming. They laugh, they chat, they enjoy another bottle and a half of sake. Soon she finds herself in a love hotel with him. At least he was discreet and they spent a pleasant couple of hours there. Bella then parts ways with the black haired young man with shared promises to try to hook up again some time in the future. Thoroughly drunk, she walks back to the Tenth Division so she can just sleep it off in her office. Drunk as she is, she has no thoughts about future ramifications. "Ja ne ... Hikari ..." His charming grin and a wave off as he runs off down the street the opposite way.
Ikasu yawns and stretches as he walks down the street to the bathhouse. He smiles at Hikari as he scuttles around doing what he assumes are errands. "Hiki-kun, you doing well?"Hikari grins at him, "I think I'm in love!"Ikasu stops and gives him a curious smile. "Oh? Again? What is this girl like?"Hikari doesn't meet his gaze, but blushes. "Oh? Dang, Hiki, get to know the girl first, will ya? Just because you live in my family's house doesn't mean you can afford a lot of child support."Hikari's blush deepens as his eyes widen. "I- Uh- It's not-" He rubs his arm and looks at Ikasu with embarrassment.Ikasu claps him on the shoulder and grins at him, "Do try to not raise innocent girls' expectations too much. They have feelings you know." He playfully doffs the man upside the head and sends him back on his way. "I don't know why you're out and about at this hour, but it's late. If you stay out so late you'll be too exhausted for work tomorrow morning." With that he heads into the bathhouse, parting ways with Hikari.
Ikasu does all of the necessary preparations for going in the hotsprings. Strip down to his skin, bathe, and then walk in with his towel wrapped around his pelvic region. As he walks in he takes notice of Tanji boiling himself into oblivion. The look of him reminds him of one of those hot pot dishes that are so popular lately. "Tanji-san," he pokes him. "Tanji!" He nudges him. Nothing. "TANJI!! WAKE UP, LOBSTER BOY! You are becoming a hot pot dish!"
XXXXX Tanji is having a pleasant dream when he suddenly hears someone yelling something about lobsters. Meanwhile outside of his dream his still asleep body grabs his zanpakutou and lightly swings it at Ikasu on an attempt to sho him away, then mumbles "I'm ... not hungry yet ... let me sleep ... 5 more minutes." After which, he tries to lay back against edge of the spring, but ends up slipping and falling completely into the water and panically flailing about as he is jolted awake by the sudden submersion.

Ikasu blinks and helps him back up. "Tanji-san, you alright, buddy?" He blinks down at him with his long black hair draping over his shoulders. "Come on, bud. You look like a steamed crustacean right now." He smiles at his friend and starts using Chiyudo #1 to heal the Third Division's Vice-Captain. "I hope that this helps you feel better. What were you doing sleeping in the hot springs? You could have cooked alive."
XXXXX After getting helped up by Ikasu and putting his hat back on, Tanji rubs the hot water out of his eyes as he lets out a big yawn. "Well I came here to relax after a few hours training in the forest, and I guess the bath was just a bit too comfortable after that." he responds to Ikasu with when he asks what he was doing falling asleep in the hot springs. Tanji then gets out of the water and starts dizzily stumbling towards the changing room. "Oh my whole body feels kinda wobbly." he thinks before tripping over his own feet. If somebody doesn't move to catch him he will fall onto the stone floor face first.

Ikasu catches him and smiles, "Damn, Tanji-san. Did you drink too or did you sit so long that your legs fell asleep?" He helps steady his friend and gives him an amused look. "Need help getting your land legs back?" The long haired scientist stands there in just his towel, revealing a long dorsal scar that runs for the most part straight down his middle as if somebody had bisected him and the scars are obvious now.
XXXXX Ikasu catches Tanji as he starts to fall then asks him if he's drunk, his legs are still asleep, or if he just needs help. Tanji slightly distracted by his massive scar thinks "Geez how do you get a scar that big?" before saying "I'm fine, the room is just spinning a bit, and my legs feel a bit like jelly. *yawn* Anyways thanks for the catch, but i'm going to go take a nap somewhere else now so enjoy your time in the bath." in response. Tanji then slowly makes his way to the changing room, gets dressed, materializes Hanaki, and has Hanaki carry him to somewhere he can take a nap while he recovers from staying in the hot spring for too long.

Ikasu is soaking in the hot springs part of the bathhouse when Mitsuhide and Yukimura barge in. He flings water at them and scolds, "You two are indecent!" The two men skid to a halt and look at themselves. Fully dressed. When they look back up they see the impish grin on his face. "What do you two want? And why are you running in the bathhouse with your shoes on? Don't you have any manners?"
The taller of the two, Mitsuhide bows, his brown hair tumbling down around his shoulders. "I beg your parden, sir, but your father has sent us to find you. It is urgent!"
Ikasu sighs and leans on the edge of the spring. "What is the message?" He knows better than to try to blow him off. Sasuga can make things a lot tougher for him if he wants.
"Sir, there was an attack on an Ellarose. He wants you to provide any assistance possible," says Yukimura as he bows, his auburn hair too short to tumble anywhere.
"I see. Some idiot probably trying to ruin the truce my father has planned. No matter, let's see what we can do to fix this before it becomes anything more serious than it is. Since his stance is that the only Ellarose to blame for this is dead, then I must accept this. Hand me a towel." He stands up and takes the towel handed to him and mentally calculates the ways to put a serious hurt on the culprit and still stay out of trouble himself. Nope, nothing that is coming to mind that would not land him in an uncomfortable cell. He is far too used to a four post bed that he had ordered from Soul Society East. Those Londoners know how to make a comfortable bed after all. "Tell him that I will do as he asks." With that he heads into the locker room and gets himself dried and changed up, then leaves.

Hikari leans back and enjoys a nice long soak in the hot springs. "Sugoi!" he cheers happily. Not a bad evening. Drinks. Hooking up with the ex for some stress release. Finally a good hot bath to relax his muscles. Not bad at all. "The only thing missing now is-" A hell butterfly floats over to him and he scowls. 'Damn it ... work probably. So who would this be? Lord Ikasu or the captain?' he sulks as he holds out his hand for it. The message from Callum is quite concerning. His brow furrows and he sighs. "That jackass ... I'll kick whoever's a** until they have my sandal prints permanently embedded in their skeleton." He rises up and gets out of the waters and begins to towel off before heading to get changed back into his clothing. "Cal-san, buddy, I hope that we can find this twit quickly so that we can play volleyball with his head." He leans against the wall outside of the bathhouse and sighs as he looks at his cell phone.
Callumโs boots clicked menacingly off of the marble floor of the bath house, as if to announce his furyt to the patrons, to give them a chance to run away before they faced his ire. As Callum rounded the corner, and laid his eyes upon his nearly-nude half-brother, his scowl did not change, though his eyes narrowed just a small amount.
โHikari. We have work to do. Weโre going to find this person first, and show them what happens when you anger Clan Ellerose.โ At the thought of this, Calumโs scowl turned into a grin.
Callum left it unsaid, but in his mind he longed for Clan Ellerose to be respected in the way they once were. A respect earned through the use of Fear.
As for Bella, Callum had never been close to her. He had found her ways overbearing, her thirst for the attention of men offputting. He had not been surprised that she had been targeted by such an attack. What did surprise him was that an Ellerose was seen as a target. Whoever did this was either very stupid or very brave. Or both.

Hikari looks up from his phone to see his older, yet shorter, half brother. "Good to see you, Oniisan. The reason sucks, but you know I wouldn't turn down the chance to help either of my brothers." He stretches and tucks his phone in the pocket of his kimono. "What a real pain. You know, I am still kind of fond of her. Even if she has unsavory tendencies." The main reason the broke up was her wandering eye, man hungry tendencies, and her domineering personality once she got comfortable with the relationship. They both agreed that she was better off as a booty call or at least a casual friend that would meet up for drinks. "Finding this guy has extra importance to me, Callum. They're going to find my genetic material all over her. I don't want to have to face Internal Affairs over this. The sooner we find him the better. So, where shall we start?"
