"Ah, is that so? I'm rather surprised you have a job, if I am being honest. I was under the impression that all you ever did was be here and do mine for me. I can't say I'm not somewhat relieved to hear that." Just what sort of job did this man have? Gas station attendant, corner store worker... Or perhaps a phone jockey? None of them seemed to fit. Those eyes seemed they would simply glaze over if made to work in an office, and those hands... They seemed to much rather deal with the physical world than whatever the internet could provide. A Janitor. He must have been a janitor down in the city somewhere! Lukas found himself curious, but didn't really care to pry. Another bit of information for some time that wasn't now. "I rise typically around 4 am or so, depending on the day. But Sunday's are for rest, I can't imagine eating up that time, so I'll try to do what's right and catch you when I can. I don't believe I'll need a hand after today. I sold the RV, so I'm traveling light."

"Yeah, well since I'm paying to stay, kind of got to have an outside job to facilitate"
Speaking of work though, Wyatt rose and walked back to the other end of the RV, and resumed searching for a shirt, settling on a dark blue button-up with a light gray and steel blue pattern on it. He returned, buttoning up and tucking it in to his black slacks. He grabbed a clean pair of socks and shoes that were definitely not anything you'd want to wear on the trails, or when doing any sort of rough work.
"4 am should not even exist," Wyatt said, siting back down, leaning over to put on his socks and shoes.
He could remember the times when he wasn't even getting back home to sleep until 3 or 4 am. He hated it. But, had to get in that quota. Also was kind of the only quality time he got with his ex sometimes. All the more reason to hate it.

"How as I supposed to know? Maybe you could have been one of those rich boys from the NorthEast, hiding away from problems at home and living it large in a way that no one could find you. It wouldn't be the first time someone like that passed through." While Wyatt left, he downed the milk in one go, before walking it over to the sink to give it a quick rinse. "Sometimes Insomnia does that to you. The time passes so slowly lying awake alone in bed. I'd rather be up and productive than fighting for more sleep. I wouldn't worry about it too much though, I sleep better with the sounds of the day and life all around me in the park than in the dead silence of the night sometimes. By the time you come back, I'm sure I'll be awake again, but I wouldn't dream of ruining your beauty sleep." The outfit was a little hard to place. Obviously something nicer than anything he imagined. "And it's not so bad at 4AM. Have you ever seen the stars at that time of day? Or watched just how quiet the city seems from all the way up here? It's.... Soothing. So long as you aren't afraid of the dark. But anyway, I should get going too. Don't want to get in your way." He stood up, watching his head to make sure he didn't bump into any potentially dangling plants around here (not that there were any). After another quick look around, he realized just nice this place was. Cozy. Alot more like home than he would have imagined. Just another reason to feel a little spiteful still, as it reminded him too much of his once-home too. "Let me know if you need anything, alright? If you need someone strong, I'm your man."

"heh, trust me, I've seen more 4AMs than I ever care to," Wyatt replied, lacing up his shoes.
Ah yes, The city did SEEM quiet from up here. But he knew all too well the sickness running rampant through it, especially at those late night hours.
"Will do," probably not really - Wyatt could be really stubborn, despite how acquiescent he had been lately. He was still very much a do-it-yourself person. He could delegate, but he usually only delegated the menial stuff - hey, he was allowing one dude to actually dig the holes for the bench posts! He could tooootally delegate.... Otherwise, he'd fall into micro-manager territory. And that just sounded way too stressful.

"A 4AM working is different than a 4AM waking. It's peaceful up here, unlike that of the city below. Maybe I'll share it with you one of these days." His morning ritual of a coffee under the stars, right before sunrise was a sacred one, most certainly one he kept all to himself. But this was his new 'work wife'. He couldn't keep all the niceties away from him after all. It was for the sole benefit of the park, that's all. Nothing more to it than that. "Promise me that you will? Do I need to add it to the prenups before you dash away to the arms of whatever boss you have to go work for now? Can't leave me hanging here, you know."

"Unless you want to check Karens in to their hotel rooms and listen to their screeching about amenities.." Wyatt left off with a chuckle. It wasn't like Lukas' little list hadn't taken a lot of possible tasks off of him anyway. Not that he wasn't going to spite!buy his own tools anyhow - had to build that outdoor theater somehow - but he also wasn't going to make a promise he wasn't sure he could at least try to keep.

“I’ll... Pass for today.” Lukas headed towards the door, grabbing the handle and gently pushing it open for the Noon light to stream in. .. There was so much work to be done, yet some how the conversation with Wyatt already left him tired. “But anyway, have a good day, yah? Make some time for me your next day off, and we’ll have a proper chat about your wants for this place. Your dream is my job and what not. Let’s make working together a good time. Til later, wifey.”
