The fire needed tending to, so Pan was forced to stop drumming for a bit as she got up to go off into the distace.
She returned with a huge hollowed out log, rolling the thing into the fire, and sitting it upright, making sure it was secure by the smaller bits around it. Her gloves were on protecting her from the fire's harm. Soon the fire rose up the middle of the log, flickering like it would up a chimney. She watched for a while, making sure it was safe, then surveyed everyone smiling.
She noticed Rojiza, who had been smiling and happy but her eyes held some sadness. She wondered what was wrong with the girl but knew that bringing attention to her would make her self conscious. Pan turned and smiled at her, grabbing a handful of metals out of her pouch and tossed them onto the fire. It had sparked, turning blue for a bit, then as the metals burned more it returned to being orange.
She tossed another handful into the fire, now the fire was green. Laughing she gave the pouch to Rojiza. "You can make the fire different colors. It's a simple trick." And smiled at the girl as she returned to her drum, going back to another more cheerful rhythm.

Rojiza had watched the glowing metals change the fire's colour with widened eyes. She blinks at Pandara as she'd dropped the pouch into her hands. She peeks inside it and delights at the metals winking inside it. She takes a small handful and tosses them on the fire, her mouth falling open as the fire turns a deep emerald green, then sapphire blue.

For a moment, Leshya'e thought that she had drank too much and was hallucinating. She blinked her eyes at the fire and then looked down at the drink she was holding. Finally figuring out that she couldn't possibly be intoxicated so soon, she looked at her surroundings, her eyes stopping on Rojiza. "Oh...my...wow!" Leshya'e scooted a bit closer to the girl and leaned down, wondering if she could have a go at changing the fire, "May I?"

Rojiza nods and hands the satchel to Leshyae. She nods toward Pan, signifying that the pouch is hers. She figures that if Pan had given it to her to play with, then she was more than welcome to share it.

With a smile to both Rojiza and Pan, Leshya'e took a small handful of the metal. She looked down at it first, wondering what exactly she might be holding and what magic it possesed. Once those dancing around the fire had passed between herself and the fire she tossed the handful in, causing the flames to become yellow as they jumped around.

[if people don't mind I'm gonna speed things along here ^^;; If you do just tell me in the main and I will delete my post ^o^ But we all have three!]
The night wore on as Pan watched the children tossing the metal in the fire, rejoicing at the change in the flame and passing it around even to the fellow gypsies who rejoiced as well. It was nice to have people to be around, felt like she was part of a family at last. Pandara kept drumming, almost wishing she had a child to take care of and play along side with the others, but she knew that tons of responsibility came along with that.
The night slowed down, the dancers started getting tired as the stars lit the sky and the flame sparks rose to join them in the heavens. "Aspiring stars." Pan said, smiling to herself as she stopped drumming, watching the sparks flicker up. Her heart felt whole and at one with everything around her, she hadn't felt that way since her mother had been alive. Even then, these people lived without selling their souls and their lives away to greedy men. These people lived doing the things they loved, much like Pan did with her herb sales.
She pulled out a pan pipe, playing a slow and sad tune, as she danced a bit around the fire. If it weren't for her size and being female, one could mistake her for full satyr, as he legs kicked and galloped along one caught a glimpse of orange fur and hooves that were placed on the tip toes where feet would of been.
[I hope no one thinks I'm taking over this rp, it's just I've been to so many parties like this before, I have a feel for what can go on XD ]
