Day # 15 Theme: Dragon  Comments: I would have liked to colour him in but this is the kind of paper that sucks the ink right out of my pens. I really MUST build myself a better sketchbook!

Day # 16 Theme: Coco  Comments: I saw bits of Coco when my kids watched it and the only thing I really remember is the crazy coloured dog. So I did one of those god-awful internet quiz things to find out what my spirit animal is; turns out I'm a hummingbird. Which actually makes loads of sense xd So I coco-ised my spirit animal. Ta dah! xd P.S. Please excuse the horrible sketch lines in the background. I really need to find a better sketchbook!

Day # 17Theme: Ancient Ruins (Aberystwyth Castle)  Comments: Right on my doorstep! The construction of the castle was started in 1277 and completed in 1289. The stones in the front of the castle are Gorsedd Stones, the bardic circle of 13 stones - one for each of the old, pre-1974 counties - erected during the 1916 Eisteddfod. They form an integral part of the druidic Gorsedd ceremonies of the Eisteddfod. Cromwell's troops demolished the building in 1646, thus preventing it ever being used again. I'm possibly stretching 'ancient' a bit, but it is very old xd

Day # 20Theme: Squeak  Comments: I was going to get a bit of work in on my witchsona but after RoseDragonfire mentioned Pratchett yesterday I saw the 'SQUEAK' theme and I couldn't stop thinking about Death of Rats. Super pleased with this one biggrin

Day # 21Theme: Gems  Comments: Not something that I's usually draw. SO I went and found a tutorial, which was for photoshop, but I decided to have a bash with the pro-markers. Turns out you have to do it all back to front if you're working in ink xd Not a bad effort though, I'm quite happy. Might have a go on the computer later if I have time. Not at all happy with the bleed on the paper though; bough a ream off the internet that is supposed to be good for inking and markers and it's completely not.

Day # 23Theme: Disneyland (or "you can see the castle from here!" )  Comments: Many years ago we took a family holiday to Disneyland Paris. I swear my dad must have said "you can see the castle from here" about a million times. We also set about ruining random peoples family holiday snaps by pulling faces in the background every time we saw anyone with a camera. I think we invented photobombing before it was cool xd

Day # 24 Theme: Cinco de Mayo  Comments: Really tired today. 5th of May is my birthday so I was tempted to draw myself a birthday cake. I might colour this in a bit but I thought I'd post now because I'll probably just curl up and sleep when I'm done so I wont be able topmost before the deadline.

Thankies~Day # 28Theme: Spirit Challenge Part 2 - Follow a Tutorial  Comments: Nailed it on my third attempt. This is not as simple as it seems. Once you get the hang of it things speed up though. I unravelled it an started over a couple of times but I was happy with this one. This is not a tutorial issue, more a problem with me being all fingers and thumbs and struggling with right and left xd I'm not sure if that odd green stick should be sticking out with the red bunch but I'm not unpicking it again!

Day # 29Theme: Forest  Comments: This is the little forest on my bathroom windowsill. WiP I've been at it for well over an hour and I' not even nearly finished. Have a feeling this is going to end up sprawling over onto a much bigger sheet of paper at some point.
