[Riku Redeemed]

Deliverance: 264 words

Deliverance comes of age this year. He's an adult but not fully mature. He's still stubborn, antisocial, introverted, lazy and selfish so while his hormones have kicked in and he's all for a one-night stand, he isn't ready for the responsibilities of being a husband and father. It doesn't matter anyway since the only horses around are his sisters and since he grew up with them as siblings, he can't see them as romantic interests. He realizes there's no other horses in the ravine and they'll never get out of here, but at the moment he just doesn't like any of his sisters enough to see them that way. The one he's closest to is Rain and they get along well but he just doesn't think of her that way; he's known her too long as the big sister who looked after him as a foal.

Being stubborn and a leader, he has his own clashes with his parents when he's old enough to leave but there's nowhere to go, and he doesn't want to go with the three white sisters since he doesn't get along with them as well as Rain. If Rain wanted to leave, Deliverance might go with her, not as a breeding pair but just to look after each other together. If not, then he isn't quite ready to go it alone, though he has started wandering off from the family now and then, sometimes pretending not to hear their calls for him if he doesn't feel like going back yet. He's not much help with the new foals, either.

Honesty: 162 words

Honesty is a yearling this year and the affairs of the adults isn't really much of a concern for him. he's excited about the new foal and hopes he'll finally have a playmate. he tries to make friends with Sparrow. they seem to have complimentary personalities, with both being agreeable and social, Honesty is a leader and Sparrow is a follower, Sparrow is confrontational but Honesty is passive, they're both lazy introverts so they can relate and neither are worried if there's not much conversation, Honesty is confident while Sparrow is timid, and when it comes to tough situations Honesty is brave and aggressive while Sparrow is cowardly and calm, so in addition to being older Honesty has a good personality for looking after Sparrow and helping him feel safe. Honesty hopes that at last he's found a good friend since he although he has the "everybody's friend" kind of personality, he doesn't really click quite right with any of the others.



Rain: 105 words

Rain is old enough to be independent and dreams of having a life of her own, but because she's caring and gentle, she can't bear to leave her family behind. she won't leave until there are enough adults that she's sure everyone will be safe without her, and since it looks like the white sisters don't want to stay, and Deliverance is also wanting to wander, she stays on to help look after the little ones. Deliverance is her closest friend but she longs for someone she can relate to a little better, someone who is more caring and kind, and energetic like she is.

it does make sense for sparrow and honesty to become especially since honesty was there from the day sparrow was born so he can grow up with him. he has trouble getting along with the others so that makes honesty especially important to him, since probably only honesty and rain ( other than angel of course ) have the kind of personality that's willing to put up with him and be patient with him.

rain is different from all her siblings but she's the one who is most like angel. angel doesnt want to admit to having favorites but she's closer to rain than she is to any of the others and she's glad rain doesn't have plans on leaving right now. angel isn't sure what she'd do without her and that's the one she'd miss the most if she left.

rain is fully mature now

dawn is an adult but has no intention of leaving home

the new foal this year is Sky: cream palomino mare with no markings

Brave + Antisocial + Confident + Extroverted + Leader + Caring + Harsh + Lazy + Agreeable + Aggressive + Confrontational

Sky has a great personality with her main flaw beig that she can accidentally be harsh sometimes, which she doesnt mean and feels bad about later. she's also a little bit lazy and antisocial. she's brave and aggressive, confident and confrontational and a leader, extroverted and agreeable

she isn't a social butterfly and since she's both harsh and extroverted as well as confident and a leader, she can be openly grumpy sometimes when people want her to do things she's not in the mood for

she's harsh but caring, so rain finally has someone to relate to, but she isn't energetic

she'll stand up about what she thinks but she's agreeable if people have another opinion

since she's a confident antisocial leader, she's okay alone

she's plucky and speaks her mind but on the whole she's a good person. she's just born this year so she's just a foal now but her kid-form show some hints of what kind of person she's going to grow up to be. she likes playing alone and sometimes argues with her parents when it comes to stuff she doesnt want to do but in the end she obeys them and responds well to angel and rain teaching her to be respectful and kind. she's generally a well-behaved foal though she isn't very afraid of things and doesn't run from danger until angel tells her to

Deliverance: 244 words

Deliverance is four this year. Not completely mature but a little bit wiser than last year. Now that Dawn is an adult, her and Deliverance and Rain are sort of their own band like the three white sisters are their own little group. Someday when everyone is ready to leave the family, they may end up being the beginning of the second and third bands. Based on their personalities, Deliverance would outrank Dawn.

Rain and Deliverance are both confident and confrontational. Deliverance is cowardly while Rain is brave so if it ever came to blows, he'd avoid a fight with her, but it probably wouldn't come to that since they are both gentle and she's caring and they get along well for the most part. He's aggressive while she is calm, but he's lazy. She's older than him and looked after him as a kid, but now that they are both adults her age has less sway over him since she's only a year ahead of them. It's unclear which of the two of them would be top ranking in their little "band" but since he's a stallion and she's a mare, there wouldn't really be too much point in establishing a proper hierarchy since mares tend to do their own thing while stallions do theirs. They likely shift back and forth depending on their mood and the situation and are generally on equal terms as the lead mare/lead stallion of their little group.

Rain: 87 words

Rain and Deliverance would work well as a lead pair but if she ever leaves home, she wants it to be with someone she loves so she can start a family of her own, but with no other horses in the ravine except her siblings, and there being such an age gap now between her and any future arrivals, that doesn't seem likely. she's at the point of thinking about having to settle for Deliverance if she ever wanted a family just because there's no other choice.



Honesty: 45 words

Honesty is a hormonal two-year-old this year and starting to be more interested in that than playing, but there's nobody available to return his clumsy teenage interests. he's still friends with Sparrow and of course wants to be friends with the new foal as well.

since honesty and sparrow are both introverted, and honesty is dominant over sparrow but he himself is a follower, it's likely they'd probably eventually end up with rain and deliverance's band tho at the moment as youngsters they're still mainly with their parents for now

the white sisters still want to live on their own and when it becomes clear that dawn doesn't want to leave, and deliverance wont leave without rain and rain isn't ready to leave either, then if they left that would leave their parents with three other adults to help out with the young ones. they finally decide to go on their own as three mares. they're confident they can take care of themselves. they want to explore the ravine and find a little place of their own.

angel and victory dont want them to go and its painful for them but they've known this was coming for a while now so they all have a tearful good-bye and victory and angel wish them the best.

we haven't done much with the magic sheep and pretty much forgot them in this rp, but victory and angel would want to either send some of the sheep with them for protection of have the sheep design gifts for them.

it's lonely without them and angel is sad for a while but she stays strong and continues to be there for the rest of her foals who still depend on her. she's glad rain didn't leave.
