"I wouldn't mind at all," he reported, and looped his arm around hers to make teleporting easier. He didn't seem the slightest bit worried or inconvenienced by the request, and he ferried her to just outside the barracks.

He released her arm after a few seconds; he was used to teleporting but it never hurt to take a moment longer to make sure he was grounded--and more than that, he wanted to make sure he hadn't accidentally disoriented her, too.

He patted her on the back. "Go, rest up. I'll see you again soon. Take care of yourself, and goodnight."

"Goodnight, Lopezite." She smiled up at her Captian.

"I'll reach out to you when we get back and," Laven paused to make that 'I've got my eyes on you' gesture. "I'm going to hold you to taking me to see your forge." It would be nice to take a break from work responsibilities and have some fun again since Thanksgiving plans unfortunately fell through.

"I hope you have a Happy Holidays," with the final farewell she stepped inside and slipped into her dorm room where she knew Wolframite would be waiting.
