[x] Data Entry // Residential Area // Blithe's Bedroom
The bloom had arrived days ago and, in truth, she felt horrid for having neglected it for so long. Cheshire had given birth to a beautiful girl named Zoe and then James, the Loud and Obnoxious, had appeared. She didn't much care for him... And, in truth, she found herself hoping upon all hope that the being that was to be born from her bloom would be nothing like him.
She stood over it for a moment, admiring the traces of purple nearly hidden amongst the silver shadows of the white bloom. It was beautiful... And if she tended it well, as all gardeners should tend to their flowers, it would produce something equally beautiful.
A soft smile tugged at the corners of pretty pink lips as she moved the bloom into the soft light coming from the glittery lamp she kept sitting on her nightstand. It gave off a slight warmth... Nothing overpowering. For some reason, she had a feeling that this bloom wouldn't want that sort of light. Besides... The glitter almost suited the silvery petals.
"I'm glad that you're here, you know. It will be nice to have a friend all my own... I'm sure that everyone will like you once you're here. Cian, Cheshire, Zoe... Even Gwir, Lledrith and Coe." She nodded, speaking softly to the bloom. She'd heard that it was often good to talk to plants... Sing to them as well, but that would come later. Talking first. "My name is Blithe... Welcome to my world."

[x] Guild RP // Lessons in Family
She had known from the start that the silence wouldn't last long... Eventually Cian would have to break the news to James that there was someone else in his life. Two other someones, actually... And that they'd both be coming home soon; a father and daughter who had spent the last week at the hospital with various tests being run and rests being forced to make sure that one was healthy (Zoe) and that the other would make it through the first year (Chesh, who hadn't been sleeping much prior to delivery and wouldn't be sleeping much after) once they were both sent home.
Carefully she lifted the tiny pot that she'd set her bloom upon, bringing it up level with her eyes. "Now... You might hear some yelling soon, but it'll be alright. Afterall, yelling can't go on forever. Eventually James will loose his voice." She nodded slowly, reacing a slender finger out to gently trace the bloom's petal.
"You're very beautiful, you know. Will you be ready to come out and see the world soon?" She was used to the silence that responded to her little talks... To the soft echo of her voice in the room where she sang to the flower. Soon enough though, she was certain that she'd have someone to talk back... Someone who might even sing along with her.
"I'll have to think of a name for you, you know..."
"You know....if you complain one more time about the skins on the grapes i am not going to let you have them." Cian watched the little fairy as he peeled the skin off one of the grapes he had been given.
"But its stupid! Why does there have to be skin on them? You should peel them before you give them to me." He tilted his head back and looked at Cian. "Then you wouldnt have to hear me complain."
"Oh...I'm sure you would find something else to complain about." He muttered. Then again he was going to complain, probably loudly enough to wake the dead, when he found out about Chesh and Zoe. Thank the lords he dosent know what me wearing a ring means
"C'mon... Let's go find something to eat. I'm hungry." She nodded as she brushed past the disorganized chaos that was her room to the door. She paused before opening, brow furrowing slightly as she listened to the sounds on the other side.
"That noise? Is James. I'm sure that you'll find it easy to avoid him once you have legs and arms... And wings? Do you think you'll have wings like his?" Her head tilted as she looked down to the bloom. "Either way, I'm sure you'll be able to avoid him. He's rather unpleasant."
She felt silent for a moment, listening on before emerging from her room, smiling face seeming to add to the radiance of light in the living room. "Hello, Cian. James. How are the two of you today?"
"Well look who decided to appear from the depths." Cian grinned and wiggled his fingers at her. "How are you...and the pot dweling little one?"
James looked up for a moment while picking the seeds out of his grape at Blithe. He didnt like her. Cian paid attention to her and not him and she talked to things that you didnt need to talk to. "...." Sticking his tongue out at her he ducked at Cian made to flick him again. "NO HITTING ME! IM DELICATE!" he shreeked while hiding behind the grape.
"Delicate my a**...you're a pain." The man laughed and looked back to Blithe.
"I had to come out sometime." She smiled almost sheepishly, gently setting the pot containing her bloom on the coffee table before taking a seat on the couch next to Cian. "I'm doing well and..." She glanced down at the bloom. "... I think it's doing well. At least, it's responding to the light rather well and it doesn't seem to mind little drops of water from time to time. "
Her oddly colored eyes then drifted to the only Feien in the room that was capable of response, one brow raising ever so slightly. "You know... If you smiled a bit more and complained a bit less I'm certain that people would pay more attention to you. Have you ever thought of it that way, James?" He probably hadn't. She wouldn't have been suprised if he hadn't.
Cian eyed his bloom which was at the moment sitting in a little bowl of very very wet soil. "Mine seems to like lots of water... at least we know when James tries to drown it that the attempt will fail" Poking Blithe in the side he grinned. "was beginning to think you got lost in there."
James glared at her. "Should pay attention to me anyway." Huffing he threw a seed at her even though it would do him no good. "You just dont know how intresting and wonderful i am so you dont understand."
"You shouldn't throw things. It's not nice." Her eyes narrowed as she reached down with the idea of plucking James up by his wings in order to hold him up closer to her face. She did decide against it after a moment though, pulling her hand back to sit on her lap.
After a moment of silence she turned towards Cian, biting down on her lower lip in a way that made her seem quite young. "Chesh isn't going to like him, you know... Not that he'll care for Chesh much either. He doesn't care for much, does he?"
"Dont touch me!" he snapped as he hand pulled back. She wasnt allowd to touch him she would pick him up by his wings and it would hurt. Huffing he ate his grape and fluttered onto Cian's shoulder. "Who's Chesh...."
Looking at James he sighed. "No, i have a feeling Chesh is going to lock him in a cage and be done with it." Shaking his head he though about sticking the fairy under a jar for the forthcomming outburst. "Chesh is my husband."
"Your what?" What was a husband? Was it important. "I dont get it. Explain."
"Maybe not a cage right away..." She giggled, that sound giving her an even more 'girlish' appeal. "I think it all depends on James' attitude. Especially around Zoe..."
It was very easy to talk to Cian and, even though she felt a bit bad about it, it was just as easy to ignore James and his outbursts. Of course, this next one might not be all that easy to ignore. "Cheshire is Cian's husband. Cian... Maybe you should explain this to him as you are his bond." Maybe James would take it a bit easier that way. Doubtful, but maybe.
"I have a feeling that i am going to forbid James from going anywhere near Zoe until his attitude improves." He picked James up and set him in one of his hands. "Hear that?"
"Who is Zoe...and explain NOW!" He crossed his arms and sat on Cian's palm.
"You know how you are bonded to me?" He waited for James nod before comtinuing. "Chesh being my huband means that he is the most important person in my life, and it means you are going to have to listen to him too." He placed a finger over the Feien's mouth before he screamed. "And Zoe is my newly born daughter before you ask.....now you can scream."
And scream he did. "WWHHAAAATTT!!!!" Grabing Cian's finger and moving he he fumed. "I'M THE MOST IMPORTANT!!!!! ME! NOT ANYONE ELSE!!!"
She winced, pulling her knees up to her chest and resting her chin against them. "Really. There's no need for such wailing. None at all." She shook her head slowly, torn between holding onto her knees and covering her ears...
In the end, it was moving to pull her bloom's pot up onto her lap to keep it away from James' tantrum that won out. "Don't worry. He won't be like this always. At least, I hope he won't. He has to calm down eventually. Afterall, Chesh and Zoe do live here as well."
A thought then came to her mind. "Cian... Think we should tell them all about the rest of the family now too? There are so many of them... Not including my family. I miss them sometimes, you know."
He screamed for a while until Cian finally thumped him again. "No..nonononono. NOMORE!!!" He shook his head violently. There werent allowd to be anymore, just him, Blithe was bad enough. "No No I wont stand for i...."
"JAMES!" Cian snapped as he shook his hand and in turn shaking the Feien. The little Feien blinked and stared at the man, that was the first time he had gottened yelled at. "Gods...stop the screaming. You are going to have to deal with it. I have a family, so does Chesh, so does Blithe, Loc lives here too...where ever he went, and the family comes to visit and we go to visit them. You. You are going to have to shut the hell up and learn to live with the fact that you ARE NOT the center of the universe."
James' eyes narrowed and he looked at Cian. That was not going to happen. He was the most important wasnt he? That's why he was here...he was supose to be the most important.
"There's Loc, Gwirionedd, Lledrith, Coeth... They all live here with Cian, Chesh, Zoe, you, the two blooms and I... There are others too, but they don't usually leave my room." She paused for a moment as if to catch her breath before continuing on. "Skye and all of her family, there are alot of them... Hatter and all of her family. Oh! And can't forget about Erian Paun and Haikaido."
She let her breath out with a contented sigh. "Was that everyone, Cian? Everyone that's here, at least. I didn't think it would matter to name those who were here before but aren't anymore. Because this is a different where." So what if she didn't make any sense... She didn't always have to, did she?
"I thinks thats everyone impoartant. At least most of Skye and Hatter's various families arent usually involved in anything...if you can find all of Hatter's family." He snickered.
Looking at James he watched as the Feien paled. That had to be a shock for him, that there were that many people and things that he would have to contend with for attention.
"....too many things." He pulled his knees to his chest. "I'm still important....better than them..." He was mumbling to himself as he chewed on his lip. Did that mean that he was going to have to meet all these people and the families?
"Of course, everyone in the family is important in their own way." She nodded, smile tugging at the corner of her lips. At this time it would have been hard to tell who she was talking to; Cian, James or her bloom. "Time is made for everyone and everyone gets taken care of... They just have to realize that there are others who are involved in our every day lives."
She then glanced down at James one more, feeling a slight pang of 'sorry'... Or was it just that hunger she'd been feeling earlier. "Did you make lunch, Cian?"
James fluttered off Cian's hand and back to his bowl. Shuffling himself down in the fabric piece he was useing as a blanket he pouted. This was not fun and he didnt like it and he didnt want to deal with it. They could talk about food and stupid family and stupid people.
"Yea...lasagna." He tilted his head toward the kitchen. Left it in the oven to keep it warm so it should still be good and you shouldnt have to re-heat it."
"Alright. I'll get some later." She grinned, scooping her pot back up into her hands before disappearing into her room once more. So much for food... Maybe she wasn't all that hungry afterall.

[x] Data Entry // Residential Area // Blithe's Bedroom
Cian had gone to collect Cheshire and Zoe from the hospital; to finally bring the rest of the 'family' home so that they could begin with the settling of the house. All in all, she supposed that she should have gone along with them... But something or, rather, someone, kept her from doing so.
Sitting on the edge of her bed, she found herself leaning over the tiny being seated on her dresser. He was tiny enough to sit in the palm of her hand but, rather unsure as to how he would have taken that so soon, she left him sitting there while she looked him over... Amazed. "You're... So tiny."
He blinked, offering her a sort of sheepish smile as he stood, bowing at the waist before her. "And you, my lady, are quite large... But I don't mean that in the negative sort of way, oh no. Just compaired to me." He nodded, wings giving a little flutter as he did so.
She paused for a moment and then laughed, oddly colored eyes dancing. "Yes, I suppose I am. I'm Blithe Enf--"
"Lady Blithe of the Iris; my bond." He nodded once more, toes flexing for a moment before he began to walk towards the edge of the dresser. "And I am..." His movements ceased, arms crossing over his chest for a moment. "I... Do not know who I am. Have I a name, my lady?"
A giggle nearly escaped her lips as she watched him, reminded a great deal of one of her brothers. He seemed serious as he thought... Very serious... But not in the stuffy sort of way. "Yes. Your name is Alaw... At least that's what the papers from the... Fleet..." She blinked. "The Fleet said. I looked it up while you were resting. It's a good name; means 'air melody'. The book says 'alaw is the kind of air you sing'."
"The kind of air you sing..." He murmured, plopping his backside down on the dresser once more. "The kind of air you sing... You have more of these booo'ks, aye? I would very much like to read them so that I may make myself familiar with your world."
Once more she found herself almost laughing at his seriousness... But she was only too happy to comply with his wishes. If it was books he wanted... Then it was books that Alaw would get... Starting with her favorite; the one that spoke of the knights and enchanted fairy tale lands. Surely a fairy would wish to know of those lands as well, wouldn't they?

[x] Data Entry // Residential Area // Avalon
He had skimmed through the books, spending much of his time looking over the pictures. They were grand; men mounted on magnificent creatures that Blithe called 'horses' and beautiful landscapes complete with 'castles' made of stone. He would live in one of those 'castles', even if he had been informed that he was far too small to ever ride a horse unaccompanied.
The moment he voiced his desire to live in a castle Blithe began looking around her room for something suitable. There had to be something the right size... With just enough room for...
Carefully she set the castle on top of her bookshelf next to the glitter lamp that her bloom was still sitting beside. If all went well... Maybe they'd both live in there. She could already see a spot that would be prfect for the bloom; 'outside', where the shimmering light could still reach it.
She watched with wide, smiling eyes as she lifted Alaw in her palm, gently setting him beside the drawbridge entrance. "I thought you would like this, Alaw... Since my home is yours now, 'tis only fitting that you have a 'room' of your own, so to speak."
His head tilted up, pale blue eyes taking in this wondrous new sight. A castle. A castle his size. Could anything be more perfect? "My lady... I thank you." His voice was barely above a whisper and yet barely able to contain excitement just the same. "I... Shall call it Avalon."
She pondered that for a moment, nodding with a smile. "A fine name, Alaw. Alaw of Avalon." It had a nice ring to it. A nice ring indeed.

[x] Data Entry // GMFC // The Great Outdoors
Merrick sat on the steps of the Clinc Cian had told him to wait at. Blithe would be there soon to drop off Zoe so she could cover for Cian at the bar and he could watch the little one.
He had cleaned the house so that the place was child proof and tucked away everything that she didnt need to get her hands on. Vyn was at home making lunch for all of them and should be happy to see him and the little girl.
The sounds made by the band of travelers would be heard far before the wolf could hear them. As if an energetic toddler wouldn't be enough there were three fairies and the clatter of wheels; a suitcase full of things that Zoe wouldn't have been pleased to have left behind... At least, neither of her father's had believed that the things should be left behind.
Oddly colored eyes; one green, one blue, glistened as they caught sight of the man with the fluffy ears and the tail. "Merrick, I presume?"
"Of course that's Merrick!" The silver fairy grinned, that grin only faultering when the white fairy nudged him with an elbow. "You wouldn't know, 'Dwyn... You've never seen a Merrick before."
He had listened to the band for a while and grinned as they appeared. "Yes. Merrick. I would shake your hand but you seem to have your hands full."
Smiling at Zoe and the fairies he hoped that his fangs didnt intemidate them. It was close enough to the moon that he had to look a little more 'wolfish' than usual.
"A pleasure to meet you, Merrick." She grinned her oddly innocent grin. "Zoe... This is Mr. Merrick." She turned the tiny feline towards him, watching as the little golden eyes grew instinctively wide. She remained still, clinging tightly to Blithe as she eyed the wolf-man.
Her grasp then suddenly loosened upon catching sight of his fangs. Her father had tiny fangs sort of like those. Her arms went out, reaching for Merrick to take hold of her. "... Good. She likes you."
"She likes everyone..." Alaw grinned, frowning only after hearing Edwyn's words. "Especially if they can be chewed on."
He held out his hands and took the little girl from Blithe. He had always been good with kids. He suposed that is why all the females in his pack had liked him around, even if he wasnt their father. "Arent you a little cutie." He poked her cheeks lightly and smiled at her.
"So you are the fluffy uncle-aunt-thing that Cian talks about." James peered at the wolf with a slight frown. He looked at Edwyn after a moment. "You have no room to speak, she hasnt chewed on your leg!"
"She didn't chew on your leg either... Cian stopped her." He grinned, sticking his tiny tongue out at James. Alaw had always been kind to the loud fairy but he wasn't kept bound by this 'knighthood' crap. He could speak his thoughts plainly.
Blithe coughed at James' words, trying not to laugh. Instead, she reached up, holding out her hand so that she could transport the fairy from her shoulder to that of the wolf. "This is James. He talks alot... But he's not so bad. And this..." She nudged the suitcase towards Merrick. "This here thing contains stuff that Cian and Cheshire wanted Zoe to bring with her... Toys, teapots, cups and the like."
"Zoe likes teaparties. Lady Blithe says that when she's older we'll all sit and have real tea."
Zoe scrunched her nose as she was poked, making her 'lion' face at Merrick while making a rather pathetic attempt at a 'rawr'.
Gasping in mock horror at Zoe he grinned. "Dont eat me." He turned to Blithe as she introdouced the feien.
"I am not loud...not anymore" James huffed as he crawled onto Merrick's shoulder. "Damn...you have the fluffy ears too. Does half the family have them or what?"
"You could say that." James would probably get a suprise out of Vyn having them too. "So, teapots and things. I guess i should get going and let you get to work. Vyn probably has lunch ready and will be angry if i take too long and it gets cold."
"He won't be angry. Some of his meals are better when they're cold." She grinned as she reached out to gently fluff Zoe's hair. "Be good, little one... Bring her by the loft this evening. 'Vyn will be able to show you where it is. C'mon, boys... You two have a bloom to watch and I have work to do!"
"Not this one." He settled Zoe on his hip and picked up her suitcase. "I'll make sure to get her back all in once piece, no worries."
"Ready to go?" He looked at Zoe and when she giggled happily he nodded. "Well that settles it." He hefted her things and headed for his home. Vyn would be waiting and they could have lunch and play with their little neice for the rest of the day.
