Shadowstar gave him a long moment of silence with a very big Cheshire grin. She settled her first, sitting down and wrapping her tail around her paws. Looking perfectly relaxed and very much like a cat that ate the canary. Raising her paw, she told him, "Three points. The first, if you can confuse your friend, you can completely baffle your enemy. Second, and unbalanced enemy is an easy one to defeat. Three, I don't want to take it too seriously, it is about learning and bonding as we grow stronger not severely injuring your partner. I can't have you getting hurt so bad you can't fight if something happens tomorrow."
Dispite what some may think of her, she did have a few leadership bones in her body. They just were covered with the other cat's doubts, apparently.
Just to drive the point home, she bopped him on the head again.

Sootpelt sat back, resting himself. He was done he decided. He was panting and his limbs felt weak, but he also felt alive. His tail swooshed happily at her words, nodding softly. He'd cherish and keep those words.
"Thanks for not killing me when you found out about Fawn and myself. You had every chance in order to keep your friend safe." She stood and stretched a bit. "Thanks for this. I'm gonna rest up now. Until next time?"
