Sarabi smiled, her feature's soft and gentle. She could guess at what the younger lioness was feeling right now. "Then welcome, Shomoro, daughter of Dini. Welcome home, at long last." The golden queen flicked her tail as she sighed softly, her bright eyes half-lidded against the sunglare. It was only right that this daughter of the Pridelands should have returned to them, for her own sake. Any opposition that came up, because of who her father was, would need to be smoothed over... but who better than the Queen to do it? Still, she doubted any would be anything but welcoming.

Shomoro rose, padding towards the queen, and gently, almost shyly, rubbed her head against the older lioness'. A slow purr reverberated through her chest, and her green eyes sparkled with unshed tears. "Thank you," the words were simple, but heartfelt.

Sarabi laughed softly, butting her forehead against young Shomoro's. "You are quite welcome, my dear. It'll be nice to have another lioness in the pride." Her own purr thrumbed in her throat, bright red eyes kind and gentle in their gaze. Yes, this felt right. The Queen had always followed her instinct throughout her life, and they told her that this was the right thing to do. And as yet, they hadn't lead her a single wrong pawfall.
