"I don't need them. If I wanted to, I could go out on my own. I jsut like feeling safe." She would growl slightly. How dare he say she needed them! She just wanted to be safe, and sure that she wasn;t going to get her butt kicked. Parting her maw to let out a pant, she would shake her head, then sigh. This sucked. This sucked a LOT. When she fell to the gorund, she would move to look up at him. "I'll go prove it, I'll live on my own.

"It's not me you have to prove anything to." Auberon shakes himself vigorously. "Is it? We're not talking about you chalenging someone for rank here. We're talking about you breaking off from your pack, hunting, finding shelter, and living on your own. Which means knowing the rules of pack and lone life. Including..." He quirks an amused look. "Staying out of other peoples territory. Or at least skirting the fringes. No matter how much it adds to your trip. It's in our blood to feel the call of a pack. I'll proably settle to one no matter what my gripes now, or become the monster every pack for miles thinks I probaly am." He yawns languidly.

"That doesn't change te fact that I could do it," Yes, being alone made her slightly nervous, but she took a deep breath then sighed. "Being in a pack is boring, I want to be able to go where I want. But father says I can't defend myself alone." She shook her head, then snorted. Maybe she should stalk him, or something? No, he probably didn't want her anywhere near him. Lowering her head, she would sigh. "You may go if you wish."

"Do you always live your life based on what someone else thinks you can and can't do?" Auberon chalenges, as he moves to go past her. "I can go? I'm honored that you've let me pass unscathed!" He still feels a bit caustic after the trade of insults, although he winces slightly at the sound of his own words. "Being in a pack is supposed to be "Home". If it isn't "Home...what is it?" He calls back. "Think about that before you make any crazy desisions, Daughter of War."

She growled her little wolfish growl and tore after him. "I'm going with you. My pack is not a home, it's my family that doesn't know I'm alive. I don't care if it means stalking you and trying to survive on my own, I'm leaving. So can I go with you? Or Are you going to make me do this on my own?" Her ears lowered as she tried to look strong. With a sharp breath, she would look him over, expecting him to kcik her away.

Auberon looks back as she runs up behind him, jaws lolling in the wolf equivalent of a grin. "We'll, vanishing with an strange wolf will certainly prove if they know you're alive or not. Tell you what...YOU do the talking when they come for my Hide, Warchild." His tail wags in amusement. "Follow if you want, but it's not easy out here."

"Fine, when and IF they come after me, I'll take the heat." Smiling, she would move to follow him still. Her eyes closed slightly, and she smiled. "I know it's not easy, but I can do it. As long as I believe I can." Nodding with confidence, she would continue to smile. And adventure! With a really.. HOT male wolf. What could be better than that?

"Well having the right skills certainly doesn't hurt either, Daugter of War." Auberon continues to look amused, perhaps even more so. "You can't exactly beleive a rabbit or a deer to death." He chuckles. "You can hunt right?"

"Yes, I can hunt." She responded with somewhat of a harsh tone. He wasn't taking her seriously, was he? What was she, a joke? Sighing, she continued to trot next to him, her nose on the ground sniffing. Just because she was in a pack, didn't mean she was stupid. "Name's Realin, not Daughter of war."

"I heard you the first time." Auberon shrugs, walking head high, examinging the surroundings. "But you sound more like a "Daughter of War" than a Realin. Unless there's a war spirits daughter by that name I haven't heard of." He bumps her with his shoulder again, pretty clearly on purpose, as though to drive home the humor of the situation. "Besides how am I supposed to automaticly know you can hunt. I'm not a seer. I can't just go fishing for this sort of information."

"My aunt is a seer." She snorted. When she felt him shove her, she pushed him back playfully. Of course, she didn't mention that she only could hunt squirells, rabbits and chipmunks.. Her father was going to teach her more. Maybe she would convinse him to teach her more? Smiling, she would cant her head. "You don't sounds like an Auberon.. I'll call you.. Abby." She then started to giggle.

"Call me Abby and I'll call you "Beaver", since you're the one who chewed on the tree..." He warns, without missing a step. "Auberon was an powerful alpha across the ocean. One of my ansestors brought the story when he came over with the trappers." He's proud of his name, and the story behind it, which shows as his tail shifts to a somewhat more dominant pose.

She looked at him with admiring eyes, before she shook it off. Get over him, Realin, he thinks your a little annoyihng brat. "Fine, I'll call you Auberon, but I still think Abby would be cute!" Parting her paw so her tongue could come out, she would glance back to her home, saying her silent goodbyes. What would her mother and father say? She shook it off, before she continued.

"I gave my patience with being cute when I lost my milk teeth." Auberon notes. "Cute is for puppies." He catches her looking back when he turns to look at her when he finishes his statement. "I'm not forcing you to come. And I'm not forcing you to go anyplace without a word." He says cooly. "If there's something you want back there, go. If you insist, I'll sit and wait." He sits down in the snow with a level blink of deep reddish eyes. "I'm not on an tight time schedule here."

What was she going to do? Hunt down her father as say she was leaving for a long time? No, he wouldn't let her go. Shaking her head to him, she would smile. "No, I'm fine. Just.. saying goodbye. Let's go." Sighing slightly, she moved to stand next to his sitting form. He would've waited for her? What a good friend! "C'mon, Abby."
