“I suppose it would depend on how hard you throw the ball.” He mused.
“But I’ve never been the best at team sports. Not quite my cup of tea.”
The sphere vanished into nothing and he looked at her bemused.

“Alright. Because you learned so quickly… my Spheres make a great deal of smoke. When it’s very smoky, people can’t see what they are doing… so it puts them rather at a disadvantage.”

It sounded like something batman would use. "Wow you really are a ninja." She blurted out in astonishment.

She was a bit disappointed when the sphere disappeared. But she stood up straight.

"Ok fair is fair. This is my Super magic." She looked around spotted a tin trash can in the alley. "Infinite Light Parade!" She called out as six motes of light formed behind her. All of the light blasted forward towards the trash can. The light pummeled the can against the wall in an intense blast of light. As the light faded there were several cuts on the can and the area around the cuts was singed.

He arched his eyebrows and nodded looking ‘impressed’.

“well… that’s certainly something one would rather not have aimed at your face, isn’t it.” He nodded thoughtfully.

“I’m afraid my weapon won’t change if you ever become one of the…” He snapped his fingers like he was trying to remember. “Eternal…sensei.” He shook his head sadly. “I might have to think of something else to impress you with when you do, so that I can see how much stronger you are then.”

"We'll have to meet again sometime after I become an Eternal." She agreed. It was then she noticed a nearby street clock. It was getting late.

"I should get going. It was nice meeting you Mr. Ninja man." She said with a wave as she took off in the direction of her home.
