Everyone has 24 Hours (until 12/3 @ 9:30pm MST) to PM me (Kivras) the following! Remember, even just participating gets you a ticket to the event-end raffle!
This is a menu creation game, where each menu needs to be based on a Disney or Pixar film! There is no minimum or maximum word count for this! I'm looking for creativity and how well the menu corresponds to the movie you chose above all else! All work must be your own. No googling and copying! You may use stock photos of food items and so forth but please come up with your own concepts for the menus themselves. There may be more than one winner from this!

Thank you guys SO MUCH for participating in this game! I loved reading them all, and it REALLY made choosing the winners super hard. Hard enough that I had to bring in an outsider (my little brother!) to help me judge! In the end, I had to go from just having two winners to THREE!
In first place, we have grandma duck with an absolutely appetizing menu that seems pulled straight from the setting of the movie itself! PM me with your Familiar choice!
grandma duck
Served from: The Aristocats
Appetizer: - almond biscotti, with one end dipped in white chocolate and pistachios, served with a small saucer of milk (it may not seem fancy, but biscottis were first made to be dunked, after all)
Drinks: - cocktail of choice; the 'o'malley'. fireball cinnamon whiskey topped with ginger beer, served with a blade of lemongrass; packs a punch at first, but finishes cool with the light aftertaste of lemongrass.
- speciality tea; 'duchess'. sakura-leaf infused chai tea served in delicate, pink china mugs with exquisite floral detailing - purrfect for a fancy high tea !
- signature coffee; 'kittens koffee'. cute lil cat-head shaped blocks of frozen coffee served in a deceptively fancy mason jar. served with a small pitcher of milk - as you pour the milk over the coffee cubes, they melt and dissolve to create a delicious iced chocolate ! like the image below, but with cat-shaped cubes
Main Course: - roast goose, soaked in wine, orange rinds and rosemary. exquisitely cooked and lightly sprinkled in aniseed. served with a french salad; mixed greens, asparagus, mushroom and poached eggs, all generously covered with a dijon mustard and vinegar dressing.
(sorry ladies)
Dessert: - caramel and chocolate opera cake served as tall cylinders - with over a dozen layers, it's a wonder it doesn't topple over! layers of joconde (almond sponge) soaked in coffee and caramel syrup, separated by layers of caramel ganache and chocolate buttercream; all finished with a mirror chocolate glaze.
(chocolate and caramel, name a more iconic duo)
In second place, we've got ChexaRain with a delightfully hearty feast fit for a beauty and her beast! PM me with your top 2 familiar choices!
ChexaRain
Served from: Beauty And The Beast
Appetizer: Mushrooms stuffed with home-baked breadcrumbs and seasonings such as rosemary and thyme, a squeeze of lemon and soy sauce, and a layer of finely shredded mozzarella over top that melts into gooey perfection when baked.
Drinks: We serve mainly hot tea and ciders, imported from across the globe, with even a stout or two for those a little more adventurous of taste to the darker colors. Homemade hot chocolate using the finest dutch cocoa for the little ones too!
Main Course: A hearty stew, made from the deer graciously taken down by our local huntsman blended with a medley of winter vegetables and simmered over 6 hours to ensure the absolute tenderness of everything melded together. Served with thick slices of soft garlic bread, crisp yet fluffy to the palette.
Dessert: An absolutely divine vanilla bean ice cream churned to perfection and true to its roots in a creamy gray color, served over a warm french apple tart carved into the delicate shape of a rose, with a beautifully flaky crust and a sprinkling of cinnamon or nutmeg, should you prefer. We promise, the gray stuff IS delicious!
And in third place, with a meal fit for the Round Table, is Lural! PM me with your top 3 familiar choices!
Lural
Served from: The sword in the stone
Appetizer: Squire hunting trip: Thin sliced veal on crisp wheat crumpets with a savory rosemary glaze
Drinks: Archimedes tea: A rich black tea with a creamy sweet cream Magical Merlin float: A creamy vanilla ice cream float in a magical blue root bear cream soda with magical popping candy sprinkles Mad Madam Mim: A vanilla and purple raspberry layered milkshake with magical popping candy
Main Course: Swords in the stone: 7 skewers with your choice of chicken or seafood with sweet peppers, tangy pineapple, and fresh garden vegetables, roasted in a hot stone oven.
Dessert: Squirrely pie: Peanut butter cream pie with chopped peanut and chocolate topping on a gram crust
I hope you all enjoyed this as much as I did! The next game will start sometime tomorrow!
Make sure this little one properly practices her scales and arpeggios!
ChexaRain
Make sure this one trims his claws weekly....
Lural
You may not be receiving three wishes, but you've never had a friend like this little guy!
