This doesn't place the blackholes or open them, you need to use Most holy: blackhole first in order to place the blackholes. This technique would take those pre-existing blackholes and make them connectable. I get that, but I imagine maintaining black holes would be chakra intensive. Is it in any way feasible to use this to connect remote black holes? I added that every post after activating a precursor will cost 2 points. So do you mean the most holy permanently loses jutsu points and must sacrifice jutsu if they have no free points by using this? No, but you gave me an idea.
Instead I did this:
Any most holy: blackhole that uses a precursor will lose 2 pts of chakra every post until it hits 0 and dies out. The precursor is the only way i can transport across distances. We don’t have a chakra system. We have ninjutsu and taijutsu stats but no chakra system. Also, what do you mean by automatically gathering rare items? What kind of items would it gather? Probably not going to allow this. The user doesn't have to stare at anyone in particular for the feeling to go around, which tends to make others wonder if it's just them... This technique is used to break any target's/s' focus long enough to where they at least get a half second advantage in reaction or response when using a single strike power blow or a short single directional dash movement. After using this technique the user may continue to feed the vibes, but the response/reaction time advantage will need a cool downtime of 1 minute. It is very difficult to tell if the user is up to something and they will give off the energy of someone that might jump the gun any second the closer they get.... as if you have to keep your eyes on them closely. people are going to have different reactions to a killing intent. I don't like the breaking focus thing.

Kyeonji Not to sidetrack, offensive usage from E-rank to A-rank can involve things such as artificial mass around the user's limb, generally allowing for hits to feel heavier and thus stronger by increasing the pulling force around the limb. Attacks such as an Axe-kick can be several times strong by using this sort of Technique. This can also be used on another Character by making their limbs feel heavier, again, physical contact by hands at a bare minimum would be required. Temporary Anti-Gravity fields can also be possible, but these should be at a small radius, you can also apply the Black Hole suction capabilities into that sort of technique; for example, causing your opponents to levitate off the ground and suddenly pulling them into yourself to deliver a strike.
Most Holy: Chasity [ D to A-Rank ] | Shrinkage Radius: 0' - 5' | Suction Radius: 0' - 2' :
The user creates artificial mass around their limbs to increase the gravitational pull around the limb . As a result the user's strikes become significantly heavier and stronger. The user may also use this technique to make a target's limbs heavier upon direct contact. Those who enter within range of this technique tend to get displaced quick due to the sudden suction from the vacuum of space. There is also shrinkage of a few inches to a foot due to the compression of this technique.
A-Rank: This variation of Most Holy: Chasity will cause 9" of vertical and horizontal shrinkage with enough striking force to wrap steel around the limb or stretch it.
B-Rank: This variation of Most Holy: Chasity will cause 7" of vertical and horizontal shrinkage with enough striking force to wrap large boulders around the limb.
C-Rank: This variation of Most Holy: Chasity will cause 5" of vertical and horizontal shrinkage with enough striking force to wrap a sports car around the limb.

The user may also choose to independently extract content or let items remain in the atmosphere, which is then vacuum sealed. This technique breaks when contact is made with the exterior of the "bubble" causing the boundaries setup by the atmosphere to instantly vanish all at once. On the inside the space seems vast and empty, but with the exception of the other included/non-extracted items. On the outside of the bubble it merely looks like a bubble with multiple items inside to the user. Items that seem visually larger than the atmospheric bubble will look like small emoticons floating about the bubble. From outside the bubble this atmosphere covers about a 3 foot radius around the object. However, the inside walls of the bubble are indefinite. From the inside one can escape by firing a Raiton of equivalent rank into the emptiness so that it exits the bubble [ 50 feet ]. One may also use a summoning of equivalent Rank or higher to pop the bubble. The target of this technique can not physically escape using regular physics since they are the center of the bubble's existence [ and floating in emptiness/darkness ]. Traditional wind techniques and fire techniques are extinguished/smothered in this atmosphere. Massive [ literally ] techniques with actual mass and of an equivalent rank or higher will disrupt and pop the bubble. Only the user can see into the bubble and out of the bubble.
Most Holy Summon: It Shall Be In Heaven [ The abyss ]
S-Rank | 15 pts. : This technique requires the usage of a precursor to open a realm to one of the many dimensions. This dimension puts the fighters on a 0 gravity planet composed of large chunks of floating ice-rock and large glaciers. There is no protective atmosphere like earths making this planet very cold. Water freezes within seconds on this planet. This planet is dangerous as friction, chemicals, and electronics can easily cause sparks and explosions with little to moderate contact. This dimension also acts a catalyst for other chemical reactions. Those who stay in this realm too long will eventually find their body fluids have mixed evenly and will lead to heart failure if one can survive the fact that there is no air. Also ones bones will have weakened due to the effects of 0 gravity on the body. This planet has no signs of life on it especially with all the bodies of water being sheets and beds of ice. The cold blooded can not survive here and the warm blood can not remain still for longer than 10 minutes without having to generate body heat. If after 12 hours on this planet one tries to survive off of anything near body heat they will die from either hypothermia or heart failure.

I need a time limit on the inactive ones to. I don't want someone doing long-range teleportation. Also, how big is a precursor? You put the radius of all other stages of the black hole, but not precursor. Actually, you are missing radius for S and SS ranks as well. How long does it take to activate black hole? A chain of hand-signs would be fine. You made Virgin voluntary. But what about Medusa? The people who are affected and accuse someone of sexual harassment? How could they resist it. approved I'm... not sure what it actually does now. So you can wrap a whole person around your limb just by punching them with a D rank technique?

You mean for the gradual build up rthat comes with the s and ss rank variation right? Because we've been doing hand gestures for the lower ranks this whole time.

The common Most Holy excels in the art of utilizing gravitational pull through high compression kinesthetic movements. As a result of an Introverts fluidity with kinesthetics, they also exhibit a high proficiency in spatial awareness which naturally makes them observational. In addition over time due to evolution their equilibrium auto-corrects when utilizing rapid orbiting movements and keeps track of objects in range of the user's gravitational pull techniques.
Due to the high precision control needed to utilize this bloodline, Most Holy are known to have a legacy behind their concentration like that of the Hyuga prior to the Third War. They are often known to have a powerful attention span which is reflected in their sprite ethereal eyes. Entities tend to feel deeply about many topics with clarity and can empathize with the feelings of other living creatures naturally even without first hand experience. Most Holy must have an element spot reserved for "Sensory" as this is the foundation of their bloodline. As empathetic as Most Holy tend to be, when they are devastated in any aspect of their life, they can become extremely cold. They don't become ignorant, but neglectful due to turmoil that either becomes an extremely long problem or an extremely short problem; both devastating. Members tend to have a passive demeanor and usually find power in passive-aggressive notions/motions even if they are assertive they may indulge jokingly as if being passive aggressive was a lingo.
The Most Holy language is a universal language that resembles Patois making those of this clan quite fluent in patois and picking up other hidden tongues. These people are typically slaves in any society and only know survival tactics. They typically do not develop well without some kind of guidance in their social and financial lives. The head of the family being the only exception due to their financial status granting them counselors and wider education. The leaders do not tolerate such behavior, though they once did. All leaders must come from the bottom and all leaders are expected to fall. However, when a true leader falls it is common that an era of fallen leaders take place until one strong enough holds the title dearly. Taking the title is as simple as killing the leader. The leader does not have to fight you one on one, that is merely a luxury if THE MOST HOLY allows such a fight. Though, if one requests respectfully, then the chances of receiving such a fight would be much more likely and save the attacker a peace of mind for the remainder of their short life.  Most Holy: Blackhole::: [ E to SS Rank ] A Ninjutsu attack where a Most Holy creates a strong gravitational pull that compresses a substantial amount of mass to virtually 0 volume. This creates an extremely powerful gravitational pull when utilizing strikes and closed/semi-closed hand gestures. The hand gestures will cause objects to gravitate around the user as well as direct objects with the user's hand movements. This technique can be resisted by defensive and offensive techniques equivalent or greater in rank such as Raiton Armor, Eight Gates Released, & Seal of a Hundred. It also may be dodged or phased by techniques that deal with time-space such as kumoi, Night Guy, Flying Thunder God Technique, Earth Release: Ultra-Added Weight Rock Technique, Earth Release: Ultralight-Weight Rock Technique, & etc. How difficult it is to dodge or resist this technique also depends on ones placement in relation to the user at the time of this techniques usage. The pull is much stronger as you get closer to the center of the gravitational field. Techniques that redirect energy, change density, change mass. and change/convert energy are able stop the user if applied directly to the user. Techniques with the previously listed characteristics that can be applied to oneself can defend against this technique. Due to time and space factors introduced when performing a summoning, if someone summons something larger than the maximum capacity of any Most Holy: Blackhole variation that is in play, it will disrupt the Most Holy: Blackhole and any others that overlap it's territory. If the item exceeds the maximum capacity of any Most Holy: Blackhole variation that is in play by 1 Rank, then a reverse pull will occur spinning the user with the equivalent force of the Most Holy: Blackhole in use. However, a summoning that exists prior to any Most Holy: Blackhole variation goes into play will not cancel the Most Holy: Blackhole. Launching an attack that exceeds the size capacity of the Most Holy: Blackhole in use will disrupt the orbit and cause the user to either break their hold or spin rapidly as the Most Holy: Blackhole sends the user into a spiral until they release the technique. An attack launched prior to the activation of Most Holy: Blackhole will not disrupt the technique. Lightning based techniques of equivalent rank will phase through the effects of the Most Holy: Blackhole in use. Pure fire and wind techniques are easily outed by this technique.

A ring of high energy is then formulated with enough force to gradually take 2 threads/forums into the singularity of the ring of high energy. The singularity is multi-directional and once it closes up on the objects that are trapped become internalized. The stripped properties can be stored inside the user's body. After using this SS-Ranked ability; the user's muscles become severely weak from the stress that the space vacuum places on the user all at once. This will make it difficult to breathe, drink, and control bowel movements. The user will also develop a severe case of osteoporosis that is extremely debilitating. As a result their stats are reduced to 1/3 of their max capacity for a week as their body will be in a frail state preventing the use of S to SS-Ranked Bloodline techniques. Most Holy: White Hole Transformation::: [ A-Rank ]
A-Rank | 11 pts. : An Entitled Most Holy goes into a transformation that makes their Clan techniques run at full power at the cost of one lower rank and enhances their bloodline traits. This state also allows them to turn their Most Holy: Blackholes into Most Holy: White holes. Meaning that after using Most Holy: Blackhole, the user can send an RPC, NPC, or Object, into a Most Holy: Blackhole, and have it exit out any other active Most Holy: Blackhole with or without the object succumbing to the crushing force. However, when utilizing this technique the user can die from a heart failure by remaining in this form for longer than 24 hrs. This transformation is very similar to the eight gates in which it puts heavy stress on the user's body. After using this technique, the user will be left in a frail state where gravity strains their bodily functions. Swallowing, breathing, digesting, and other internal matters will be difficult to perform or control for twice as long as this technique has been active. [ Maximum of 2 days ].
Most Holy: Forgiveness::: [ S-Rank ]
S-Rank | 15 pts. | Genjutsu: A touch that matches a frequency in the targets body to cause maximum pleasure... The target will instantly find themselves in mid-heat until they are completely satisfied... even if that means another round for those with mental and emotional problems [ validation seekers/abuse victims/impaired genetics ]. This technique removes all bad terms that the user has with the target and allows the target to forgive them or show mercy. The weakness behind this technique is that the user can never harm the target again or else this technique will never work again. Once this technique is done, the target will be addicted to this stimulation. The user must provide this stimulation consistently enough so as not to ruin the relationship and lose the targets trust forever.
Most Holy: Virgin::: [ B-Rank ]
B-Rank | 7 pts. | Genjutsu: The user accidentally makes a mistake, but their heart is in the right place so those around them can feel it. Usually this technique is preceded with a sound of urgency such as a squeal, scream, cry, or yell. If someone is attacking the user, then this technique will enable another NPC or RPC to come to their aid right on time. The user can not attack when using this technique, but may resume battle once the opponent continues to attack. An RPC or NPC can not aid twice a battle and after protecting the user, they must move aside and will not have to defend the user any further. To be honest no one is forced to aid the user, but this technique allows someone to help if they are willing.
Most Holy: Chastity [ D to S-Rank ] | Shrinkage Radius: 0' - 5' | Suction Radius: 0' - 2' :
The user creates artificial mass around their limbs to increase the gravitational pull around the limb . As a result the user's strikes become significantly heavier and stronger. The user may also use this technique to make a target's limbs heavier upon direct contact. Those who enter within range of this technique tend to get displaced quick due to the sudden suction from the vacuum of space. There is also shrinkage of a few inches to a foot when objects enter the shrinkage radius of this technique, due to the compression of this technique.
S-Rank | 15 pts. : This variation of Most Holy: Chastity will cause 1' of vertical and horizontal shrinkage to anything that enters the shrinkage radius and the user's limb/trunk will increase in weight by 33,000,000 tons. This technique's suction will pull in anything lighter in weight than the limb if an object is within the indicated suction range.

Most Unholy: Super-Succession | Rank: B | 7 pts. | Taijutsu
The user gets into "The Zone" where they are calm, cool, and collected, yet amp'd up on adrenaline. This tends to fall into the predatory animals ability to instinctively coordinate as the Most Holy's extraordinary observational abilities become aligned with their affirmations. The user's nerves would be triggered by affirmations. It allows the user to command the body with statements as well as commands. The opponent does not have to experience the affirmation, this technique just has to be applied to the user. This technique allows the user to chain their taijutsu attacks seamlessly like a student who speaks out loud to stay focused, but they will carry out the chain of attacks with precision. This technique works very well when used in conjunction with Shadow Of The Dancing Leaf.
 Most Holy: Thief In The Knight [ E to C-Rank ]
The user can move their precursor by remote control via hand gestures.
C-Rank | 4 pts. : Exchanges the location of two precursors so that they may take the other's placement as long as one of the precursors are within 35' of the user.
D-Rank | 2 pts. : Moves an activated precursor as long as it is within 40' of the user.

Most Unholy: Circumstances | A-Rank | 11 pts. | Genjutsu
When all else fails with other genjutsu and the user can tell they are going to lose their power over a victim, they return to an extremely passive and innocent display. They will give up all control prematurely and let the opponent take advantage and give out demands. As long as the user cooperates the opponent can not kill them. The user however, gives up the right to attack the opponent and may only escape. The user can not attack until they have escaped once after using this technique. The user is open to being killed once again if their escape attempt irritates the opponent enough. [ Which is determined by the opponent ] This technique can be used again if the opponent finds the user. However, this must be done immediately in response to seeing the opponent again. If not this technique will not work until the next time you meet the opponent and must be done immediately every time afterwards. This technique can be kai'd out of, but is very hard for one to notice as they are getting what they want or hurting the user. There really is not much to question especially if one ends up in this genjutsu by breaking out of another genjutsu.
 Most Holy: Saint | B-Rank | 7 pts. | Genjutsu
The user gives a fearful "oops" demeanor after upsetting someone. A lot of the times this can change someones mind, but the user has no control over that. This technique will however dampen a blow by 1 rank. This technique can only be used once per opponent and should leave the attacker and the user of this technique on the same page. The user should stay in their place if they have not been put unconscious or killed and the attacker will show restraint after some relief from getting their aggression out. The attacker must stop their assault on the user unless the user does not show any signs of stopping or restraint. This technique can be kai'd, but often most people can't tell they have been manipulated into not beating someone into submission. Usually one doesn't think another is the direct cause for why they don't continue to annihilate their target, they just choose not to.
Most Unholy: Ow, that hurts! | A-Rank | 11 pts. | Taijutsu :
This technique uses vacuums instead of the chambers and pressure dynamics that typically manages the body. This resumes organ pressure and insulates internal pathways to maintain the body's functioning during times of poisoning and with large open wounds. As a result large slashes and stabs will drip initially and seal up while poison merely keeps the user from using the highest 3 Rankings of jutsu for their rank until the poison has been filtered completely by a medical ninja with 750 words. Dismembering any part of the user of this technique will require explosive force and/or extreme cutting force. The user should get these wounds dealt with, but they really do not have to.
Killing the user is simple in theory, but requires a lot of work at this point. Go for the head!!!!! Overwhelming the target with pain and large amounts of blood loss will still render them unconscious. Head trauma, decapitation, or any fatal damage to the head can still lead to death if the brain is left nonfunctional. Overflowing the body with poison such as trapping the user in a tank of poison will kill them after 30 minutes of drowning. If one is ceased by head trauma or decapitation, but the head is preserved/functioning, then the user merely only has to wait for medical help in a coma like state. It is best to take this person hostage. Obviously, this technique has to be used before getting struck/beat/killed in order for it to work or otherwise your character dies with a less controlled splatter rather than remaining sealed internally. You may not obtain this technique while occupied as a healer, you may not posses any regenerative techniques, nor posses any other immortal abilities such as Jashin specific techniques. Medical assistance consists of 750 words from an external source.
Most Holy: It can't be translated | E-Rank | 1 pt. | Genjutsu
This is the official language of THE MOST HOLY!!! It's called, "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH", but you have to make it sound glorious-like, as if angels were descending from the sky... Well that's how THE MOST HOLY refer to it. After using this technique the user's body language can be used to convey complete thoughts and sentences to those effected by this technique with what appears to be unmistakable implications. However, these implications are not clear at all to anyone else. It won't even look like communication to others, but others will wonder why you are acting a little different or weird. You don't really have to kai this, it doesn't do anything except make my body accessible and readable to you... Pft I'll just block you out myself, you ungrateful --
Tip: You want to not be blocked out of this technique, because that usually means there is a plot occurring that you won't know about.
 Physical Characteristics: Ethereal chakra that emits from the eyes and mouth. A seasoned Most Holy's body [ C-Rank ] becomes extremely soft to the touch and has similarities to Soft Physique Modification in regards to the user's flexibility due to the effects of 0 gravity over a long period of time. All Entitled Members have extended canine and a tail unless there is a skip in genetics. This tail when grabbed or handled roughly puts tension on an Entitled Member's muscles. The higher up the tail one grabs an Entitled Members tail, the more damage they would be causing. If one grabs the end/tip of a members tail then the inner sides of the legs weakens and over exerts itself sporadically with stammers. Grabbing midway up the tail causes the body to initially tense up abruptly and forces a member to move at half speed. Usually the obliques can be seen contracting as well as the rest of the torso. Grabbing the upper most part of a members tail at the butt/base makes the member vulnerable and weak. It is extremely painful and typically the member is at the manipulator's whim. When the tail is grabbed this far up, the neck can be observed straining as if the Entitled Member is pulling a muscle and they are unable to perform S-Rank techniques or above. If this tail is removed, then it grows back in a week making the member 1 rank weaker. If a portion of the tail is cut, it will grow back within a day even if it's the majority of the tail. However having a portion removed results in the member receiving mid-tail grab effects until their tail grows back.
History: These people do not have true bonds with their supposed kind or most people due to the cruelty of their experiences. There are no two Entities that are truly alike especially since this bloodline merely makes one antisocial to some degree. Entities usually come into the realization of their abilities by creating distance and space as a means of being alone. Isolation is prioritized along with one on one interactions thus a Most Holy finds everything orbits around their world. Entities can identify each other instantly due to an air they carry and the puzzling disposition in demeanor that only occurs between two passive Entities. Often times, Entities will miss each others' gazes with a casual once over of their surroundings in attempt to naturally make friendly or neutral eye contact, although this is planned. An alternative indicator of Most Holy is usually one who disassociates and/or becomes smaller in less than flattering light. It is not uncommon to find mental illnesses and disorders among these Entities due to their overall sensitivity. These people are quite common in life, but go throughout life barely acknowledged and under appreciated although they pay very close attention to detail. Entities tend to prefer to only have to do things once the right way, but will inevitably improve upon a task making them highly useful yet underpaid. Most Entities are held captive through any society and exploited until they develop assertive qualities although they remain oppressed on the grand scale. The heirs to assertiveness are entitled and may behave as such. They are not treated like Entities for they are considered truly Most Holy, but their are very little differences in behavior between the two classes. The two classes hold mutual respect and accept their roles and are typically treated the same outside of their community with the exception to celebrities, political figures/leaders, and defense teams.
Summary: The Most Holy utilize gravitational pull through high compression kinesthetic movements and demonstrate an unusually high proficiency in spatial awareness.

It was gonna have u just floating in your own atmosphere with air, but I realized the wording was misleading and I could simply use that water sphere bubble technique if I REALLY wanted to even use this for something. Imagination was running wild. 1. also i created Most Unholy: Super succession 2. updated weights for chastity since the higher ranks did not compete properly with other weight amplifying or strength techniques at A to S rank & 3. I updated Most Unholy: Ow, that hurts! by removing ranks and adding a way to really die, but that's my immortal technique.
