Bo continued to barrel forward, heedless of the blood, decor, and creepy laughter. He would have continued had Ayuu not tugged at his hand.
"Hm?"
"We're supposed to look for keys."
"What?"
Ellis sighed through his nose. "We need two keys in order to leave."
"Oh. Okay." Bo freed the grimm's hand, finally appearing to register their surroundings. "Don't go far." He looked at the imp. "Neither of you."
They started searching in relative silence, Ayuu and Ellis taking second sweeps over the spots where Bo had looked, and they were feeling kind of productive when...
A fluffy, crusty pie swung in from a darkened corner and smacked Ayuu full in zer face.
The trio went still, eerie chuckles filling the air around them. The grimm didn't breathe as the gooey crimson gunk glopped off of zer pristine fur, though ze unclenched zer fists as if ze was trying not to scream. When ze filed out of the door opposite the one they had entered through, Bo and Ellis trailed along in stupefied apprehension.

Roshan blinked a bit to adjust to the light of the room. They could already feel the cool air the fog created but followed it's movement to the source. Roshan was intrigued by the cauldron and wondered what potion was being made in it. Probably something harmless, they thought to themselves. Then as Roshan started moving toward it to get a closer look, noises and then bubble started happening. Roshan didn't back away, though, until a figure started taking shape. Once it did Roshan bolted toward the east not caring where they stepped or if their group was following them.

6: One of the dolls falls to the floor, twisting its left leg as it lands. Your own leg suddenly seizes up in agony, and then, just like that, the pain is gone again.
Xenia raised a brow as she looked around the room. The attention to detail was insane. She chuckled and walked through the cramped room, her elbow brushing a shelf. She must have knocked the doll off the shelf since it fell off and...
Pain. Xenia dropped to one knee, sucking air through clenched teeth. "What. The. Hell." The pain was gone as quickly as it had arrived. Shakely, she stumbled up to her feet. This sucked majorly, she had to get out of here, keep going.

5: With a hissing noise, the bubbles in the cauldron begin to grow in size and gain shape. The figure begins to ooze towards you. Run!
Now THIS was a proper haunted room. Or, well, spooky at the very least.
Keeping her wings tucked close to her body, Rhea looked around the room curiously. First at the dolls and such hanging from the ceiling, and then at the walls of jars. Spooky, yes, but she has jars of such things at home. It was Aesthetic, really.
Everything changed when she looked at the cauldron though. The bubbles were fine, but when it took shape...She let out a choked gasp picked a direction and BOOKED IT!

Fletcher made into the new bizarre room, stopping when he saw the blood splatter on the floor. Sure, clowns didn't scare him but the blood on the floor mixed with the carnival-esk room was a bit much. As he scooted to the side to go around the blood, something grabbed his foot and tripped him. He barely caught himself before falling into the nasty plasma on the ground. The imp spun around to see nothing... absolutely nothing. Yup. Screw this place! He then took off towards the east.

Zelig stared at everything around him as he stepped through the door. He immediately regretted coming this way. "CLOWNS! I dislike them, those red noses and all that creepy face paint!" he roars to no one since it seemed the room was empty or was it? He knew he had to find keys in order to leave this insanity, he began to slowly move around heedless to the blood and other gross things he saw.
A small sound like a ping was suddenly heard, he whipped towards the sound only to have something smash him in the face. He couldn't breathe for a second, having no other choice he wiped off whatever was on his face. Staring at his hands and floor he was relieved to note it was a pie but it was meaty and really red. he turned and saw a......

Sathe poked around the foyer a bit, not sure why he agreed to do this. I mean a bet was a bet, but this was a pretty weird request for Rutta to put him up to. Surely he had some sinister plan behind it or something.
No point worrying about it now. He picked a direction at random and headed off to the east doorway.

Ruttaga
“You know, you could try to act a little more excited,” Ruttaga drawled, falling in step beside Sathe. His sandals slapped against the old wooden floor, echoing hollowly in the now abandoned foyer. Without all the other visitors around, the spookiness had definitely intensified. That was a good thing. Probably.
He peered over into the baphomet's face, frowning. “You look like you're about to fall asleep, man. C'mon, where's your sense of adventure?” With a flap of his wings, he hopped over the rope restricting upstairs access. He grinned back at the baphomet, before taking taking a few steps up. At the top, he faltered.
“Actually, it looks pretty boring up here. I'm pretty sure these things are fake too.” He gave a knock on one of the gargoyles. It made a plastic sounding thunk.

Vicious Clown Parlour
Carnival tunes fill the air, intermittently broken by a hushed, shrill giggling. The walls have been dressed to resemble the interior of a circus tent, and the furniture replaced with clownish appliances that squeak, wobble, and honk. You notice a spattering of blood across the checked floor near your feet.

The Foyer
The entryway is an enormous hall that you can’t help but feel small in. Stony gargoyles leer down at you from overhead, while a tall grandfather clock ticks loudly off in the corner. A once regal now threadbare carpet guides you either to the left or the right to the adjoining rooms. Straight ahead, the stairs have been roped off, clearly off limits to guests.
A chill draft sweeps through the room, and suddenly the clock begins to chime. The sound seems to shake the whole house. Time to get a move on!
North: There’s only one way out, and it’s not the door behind you. East: An ominous door. South: The way is blocked. West: An ominous door.

Witch's Foul Lair
It takes some time for your eyes to adjust to the dim light of candles. A dewy fog carpets the floor, seemingly coming from a bubbling cauldron in the corner. Bones and stuffed dolls hang from the ceilings, the walls lined with jars of eyeballs, tongues, and other indistinguishable horrors. You have to be careful to avoid knocking over dusty book piles and torn parchments.

Marique swallowed heavily and looked up at his boyfriend. They were in the house. Great. Now what? Of course, the hybrid wanted to shout at the grimm with the geist eyes about how this idea sucked but... well... it had been his own idea. Haunted houses were always ideal for dates, where the girlfriend clung to the boyfriend's arm and was protected. Feelings blossomed. Hearts opened. It was a perfect scenario and he was going to research it for his game.
But now, his knees wouldn't stop shaking.
"L-Let's go through that door," he whispered hoarsely, tugging at the grimm's hand as he moved towards the door slowly, not ready to be left alone or hurry into what was probably going to be his death.

Zeerah let out a low whistle, impressed at the decorations in the room. The fog was a nice touch, but the neon green liquid bubbling in the cauldron was a bit elementary. He glanced at the organs and eyes lining the walls - fake, obviously - until his gaze settled on an old, rickety trunk. Surely a key would be in there, it was too obvious! With a shrug he approached it, trying to ignore the deafening silence closing in around him. He couldn't help but take a sharp breath in as he flung open the lid, letting out a gasp of shock and fright when a dark ball shot at his chest. Collapsing to the ground, his heart racing, he stared at the thing that had... attacked him?
"Are you serious..." He muttered, pushing the howling cat off his lap as he stood and dusted himself off. A black cat? How original. "Wait... is this soot? Did you seriously just cover me in soot?" He asked in mock-anger, cracking a grin at the mewling creature, seeing now that it's white coat had simply been covered in the black dust. Realising how adrenaline-rushed he'd become, Zeerah burst out in laughter - he'd been so scared for a second! "That was a good prank, pal!" He complimented the cat, who mewed at him and followed as Zeerah continued to search the room.
