Smiling she gave a shrug, "The father has no involvement but he'd be happy with my current choice as I'm sure he'd want me to join a pride I wanted and thought was going to do well for all of us."
Her stomach gave a slight grumble and she looked over towards him. "Care to get a bite with me? After our little duel I worked up a bit of an appetite and my children feeding on me like strays to a recent carcass has me needing all the nourishment I can get."

Nodding he knew just the place to go. "I'd like that very much. Perhaps I can even see your children later? I very much enjoy cubs." leading the way he took off in the direction of where they could get a good bite to eat.

"I don't see why not." But first food, and she was pleased to see they were going to be stuffing their faces sooner than later. Following after him she disappeared into the growth with him.
