My current favorite Laibach song is "Wirtschaft ist Tot" (the economy is dead). Right in the middle of the song, he belches out a yell "General Electric!"
How much more industrial can it get? xd

Chloraloner Laibach is doubtlessly one of the best Industrial bands I have ever been lucky to hear of. Their dramatic, military-march songs make me proud to be a rivethead. They show that we, the rivetheads, have the most intimidating genre of music. (Fave songs: Deus Ex Machina, Abuse and Confession, Du Bist Unser, and Tanz Mit Laibach.) Deus Ex Machina Is in a flash movie I saw on Newgrounds, and was based on Sonic the Hedgehog lmao. But yeah its one of my favorties including Dogs of War, Tanz Mit Laibach, NATO, Sympathy for the Devil

I was wondering, what exactly is Liabach's political message? It might just be me but on their page here it seems a little vague. http://www.laibach.nsk.si/l3.htmCould anyone help me to decipher exactly what they're talking about? I understand parts of it "against the impending negative utopia" type things, but I don't understand what a good portion of it is getting at. Could anyone help me out?

i appreciate the socio-political satire of their 'country' - what a great example of sovereignty over the E U - however they're not too serious, now are they?
Listening to WAT in itself is a political / scientific / Mind Kontrol expirement - try it and see.
We begin from the first track - singing like sprechgesang about abandoning earth in a space vessel! Can you imagine living in a cosmic microcosm, floating across the infinite space?

I agree! Their Queen remake was amazingly done, as well as the other songs that they do!

Chloraloner Should I expect more bad puns from you? eek But yes, B Machina is a great song, and Achtung is good. Not as stompy as Tanz Mit Laibach though. I want the voice of that vocalist. Just burp while you sing. I am not a fan of laibach at all.

Liabach does have a couple good songs though, the intro to "Final Countdown" is kind of funny: düteleedüdü, düteleedüdüdü xd

Laibach actually got me into industrial.
And I'm proud to say that, although yes, it was through the stompy kitties.
Three words; Geburt einer Nation.

Ich liebe Laibach- and ich liebe Frau for letting me force the rest of my German class to listen to 'em. X3 My favorites are probably... B Mashina, Geburt Einer Nation, Das Spiel ist Aus... and Tanz Mit Laibach, of course. Gotta love stompy boots.
