Renna found herself with arms crossed and brows furrowed. She wasn't used to unpleasantness with Genevieve. "Absolute power corrupts absolutely," she mused aloud. "Sure, some people with powers might use them find, but the ones that don't really don't. If there were no powers at all, the bad wouldn't be there at all. Isn't that better? Rather than taking a chance that whoever has that magic is going to use it responsibly? Like sure, some people who own guns might not kill you, but if no one had guns, then no one would ever run the risk of being shot."

In a world without the senshi, maybe Renna wouldn't have to be what she was either. She only rose out of the Chaos mist because she needed to protect Earth. If they senshi would just leave, maybe her life could go back to normal too? And maybe, if it had happened sooner, her cousin wouldn't be dead either. Apparently, Renna was not keen on letting this go.

"I'm not talking about killing. Knowing who they are would mean being able to hold them accountable, to stop the wrong people from getting hurt," she said flatly. People like her cousin, long dead at the hands of the senshi. A sour taste flooded the girl's mouth. Some plan this had been.

Renna stopped walking abruptly. "You know, I'm not really feeling hungry," she said, holding one arm across herself to grip the other elbow. "I have a lot of work to catch up on so..." Her voice trailed off, eyes wandering. It was like she could feel the friendship slipping through her fingers like sand.
