Wincing from the shin kick but accepting of it, Jentel would listen to Feng's melody. She was a harsh girl, while not particularly resonating with her words she was indeed right in that fact he had wasted their time and that his problems were effectively the teams problems. Although there was a significant doubt despite the little ones confidence in saying that she could fix his problems, at least with her current way of approaching things that he an Daenerys had grown used to. She and Ulysses were firm hands while Daenerys was a tender touch. Though tough love was necessary at times, and if it weren't for Feng at times he'd be pansy till the day he died. Suffice to say he was still somewhat of a pansy currently.
Daenery's had overcome the hurdle that was the shell that was Jentel. Feng and Ulysses despite being members of the team in Jentel's eyes and thoughts were still for the most part acquaintances and associates. Essentially what you'd call a room mate. You live with them, they pay rent, although that doesn't inherently make one close. Still Feng's mention of willing to hear the problems was a step in the right direction. Though it would likely take a lot more effort to hear things come out of Jentel's mouth as opposed to having Daenery's do so for him if she wasn't wracked with the anxiety he'd hate her for doing so. As far as secrets were concerned, omissions were not secrets, simply things that didn't concern others where in it was his problem to deal with and nobody else's.
"I am in wholehearted agreement madame Ulysses about that man's duplicitousness. In my attempt to get him to apologize properly...well we know what happened. Which brings me to the point I should likely take stronger stances in the future." He said this, but really, thinking about it again he was not over the whole situation. How Daenerys had to come to his rescue, his fit of uncontrolled anger at the time...but then he closed his eyes and did as Feng suggested letting the music take him. He wasn't particularly the type who enjoyed bass guitar or its genre, he was more of the simple acoustic and winds type of fellow but in this moment as he let the chords resonate with his bodily functions he rolled up his sleeves as the mechanisms in them began to whirr. "So then what have we in regards to today's exercise"
Life, is like the ocean. It can be rigid, or it can be still... ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Wincing out the sharp pain that exploded up her shin at the kick from the tiny terror that was their captain, Daenerys bit on her lip to hold in the small yelp that had just nearly escaped. She said nothing towards the attack, as was usual. Dani struggled enough to defend herself as it was, the fact that Feng was her leader only made it more difficult for the jellyfish. While she did not agree with Feng's words completely, she had to admit that in a strange, rand-about way... they were actually kind of sweet. It seemed that no matter how much torment she inflicted on her team she still cared. She just had an odd way of showing it. A bit of tough love perhaps, but in the end she was willing to take on the problems of her team and help solve them. However, team or not, they each deserved some aspect of privacy. There were thoughts and personal matters that would be best kept unknown. There were memories that would just be too painful to relive and retell. Situations that were much to complicated to explain. One thing in particular, hidden beneath her bed, that could remain only known to her until further notice. Not to mention the girl would never betray Jentel's trust by relaying any of the things he'd shared with her to anyone else. Such things would stay just between the two of them until he made the decision to widen the circle, if or when that day came.
Even so, Daenerys did not speak out against Feng. She never did. She never spoke out against anyone. The earlier situation with Allister had been a rare occurrence, but one that showed she was not entirely helpless. It showed a selfless side of her. One that would go to any lengths to protect not only the people she cared about, but a complete stranger. The momentary speed she had shown as well as the strategic way she had used her semblance were just signs that there may be hope for the little jelly fish after all. That maybe, just maybe, she would become an asset to this team, rather than a hindrance However, it seemed the nerves and the self doubt still spoke louder than her own opinions. She did not agree or disagree to Feng's comment, rather she just remained silent. Ulysses also spoke out against the so-called secrets, and Dani did not respond to hers either. It wasn't like she and Jentel had been trying to keep secrets from the two. He had been upset and Dani had chased after him, everything else... well, it had just happened. Despite the tragic beginning, the panic-filled center, and the embarrassing end, it still brought a small smile to her lips. Keeping her chin slightly tucked, pink waves falling over her face, she gave a slight nod to the other two girls of the team. It was not a sign of agreement, but rather a simple acknowledgment that she had heard them despite her silence.
It wasn't long after that Feng approached them with a large metal bass that looked much too large and heavy for her to successfully be carrying. Blinking once, Dani watched as she positioned herself and the instrument before beginning to play a soft rhythmic tune. Dani had always been fond of music and let her eyes slip closed to listen to the song. While it might not have been something she chose to listen do, the skill it required could not be denied. Despite her love for music, Dani had never been much for dancing. Whenever she tried she always seemed to manage to fall flat on her butt or make a fool of herself some other way. It only made the quick approach of the ball all the more frightening. She'd been told time and time again, just relax, imagine yourself in the water, but it was easier said than done. The nerves locked up her joints and muscles which only complicated things for the already clumsy girl. Feng seemed to want them all to follow her lead in swaying and bobbing to the music and even though Dani could feel the beat sync in with her heart beat, she could not bring herself to do it. Her arms remained locked stiffly at her sides, though delicate fingers did drum softly at her thighs. As the song continued, something else happened, something that she felt with in her very core. It was a strange sensation, one that tingled with in her own muscles and brought with it an underlying sense of strength. She was not confused by it, she she had done what she could to learn about Feng's semblance, but learning of it and actually feeling it were two entirely different things. "Oh..." The softly uttered word escaped her lips before she could stop it, sign that she had felt Feng's song. Looking slightly abashed, violet eyes locked on Feng, awaiting answer's to the question Jentel had asked.

Feng smirked at her team over her shoulder as she continued playing. "You feel yes? Now you come hit, grow used to feeling of song in you."
Despite her broken English Feng's instructions were simple. Her job was to keep playing the song to bolster her team's physical attributes, while the team themselves were to come and try to hit her. Simple enough.
Closing her suit she listened to the music. She felt stronger, but in armor strength wasn’t her issue. Speed was the issue for the mechanized girl. When Feng said to attack her Ulysses shrugged. Popping a blade out she went to swing to Feng. Aiming to slash the bass before going after her. "Are you sure you want us to attack you Little Mouse?"
"I'm not particularly the violent type." Though at the same time Jentel felt light than usual, as if all the drama Daenery's and himself went through floated away on a cloud. He wondered if this is what it was like to be high on drugs or something similar but to say the least his heat felt like it was being forcibly pumped with adrenaline despite there being nothing to really invoke it aside from Feng's song. He would match eyes with Daenery's for a brief second to see if she too felt it in the soles of her feet and the palms of her hands. A smile beneath the mask. It was time or at least a moment that they leave what occured in the room to the past.
As Ulysses drew her blades Jentel's eyes inherently snapped towards her arms. Feng truly desired we strike her then? Although. If such were the case it would seem an unfair advantage of three to one no? Not particularly the competitive type when odd were uneven Jentel decided maybe perhaps...perhaps he could. It was apparent though Ulysses would not patiently wait for a game plan. She always was a girl whom seemed to prefer the direct approach.
The two chains of his mechanism whirred and then like that one launched. The whip like chain of wrapping around Ulysses blade and arm so that it would stop its downward swing and keep her placed so that she may listen before recklessly giving chase as the chain grew taut. "I can think of no other way than to hone the potentials of what we each individually excel at than this. I will attempt to bind madame Feng, madame Ulysses you will fulfill the striking of her, and madame Daenery's prioritize defending us from madame Fengs counter offensive." With that being said, as Feng may have taken advantage of the situation to gain some distance she would not find doing so, so easily. As Where the one chain shot let Ulysses go the other had launched in a way to ensnare Feng's legs to make her easier prey for Ulysses.
Life, is like the ocean. It can be rigid, or it can be still... ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The music was a strange thing, it was unlike anything she had ever heard before. While the notes and the rhythms weren't all that out of place, the feeling it left her with was. It was like it was alive, she could feel it coursing through her veins, enveloping her entire being. It left her feeling stronger, quicker, and maybe, just maybe... a bit more sure. There all of that was do to the tiny terror's playing, or other events of the day was hard to say. As the song continued, her eyes connected with Jentel's for just a moment, and while it was such a brief thing, a lot could be held with in a single look.He wanted to see if she felt it too, but it was more than that The smile lay hidden behind the mask, hinted at only by the way the corner's of his eyes lifted up. It was a refreshing sight and a sign that they could leave everything that happened in the room to the past for now. That maybe she could forget about the indistinguishable future and the pit of anxiety that had settled into her stomach because of it. It seemed easier said than done, to forget the possible chaos that was hidden under her bed, but she wanted to at least try. A small smile would tug at the corner's of her lips and then the moment would end as gazes were broken and attention was returned to Feng.
Daenerys seemed a bit unsure about attacking Feng. Unsure might have been a bit of an understatement. The thought of it brought an all too familiar feeling gripping her chest. While the girl knew it was only practice... it somehow still felt wrong when it was three against one. Jentel seemed to share at least some of her hesitancy while Ulysses didn't hesitate to strike. Her blade fell short before her weapon and wrist were ensnared by Jentel's chains. He explained a more strategic approach, and the words brought a bit of relief to Dani's heart. She was far more comfortable working to defend Jentel and Ulysses than she was with directly attacking Feng herself. Nodding as she pulled her double edged scythe from it's place on her back, she was quick to shift it into it's chained form. It game her more range, which would allow her to act without getting in the way of her other two teammates. "I'll do my best." It was a phrase so common for the little jellyfish. Never just a yes, never simply agreeing, never flaunting her ability, always just promising she would give it her all. Still, it sounded a bit more sure this time, if only slightly. She wanted to do a good job. She didn't want to be a disappointment again.

Feng smiled as Ulysses came at her and swung her blade at the tiny captain only for it to be stopped by Jentel and his weapon to explain his idea of proper teamwork for a change. Naturally this was followed by the launching of his other blade while releasing Ulysses, though he didn't account for Feng's semblance affecting her as well as it did them. The hummingbird gave a little hop and kicked what was once her standing leg to send her circling around the body of her instrument while still holding the neck for an anchor. Feng steadied herself on the instrument, leaning the body far to the side as she perched on its edge and pointed the strings at Ulysses with a smile. The entire time she'd not stopped playing, timing her evasion carefully with a brief pause in the riff, and as she began plucking the strings again, admittedly awkwardly, the air in front of her visibly distorted as she directed the heavy notes and increased their intensity to cause them to crash into Ulysses with the force of a tank, hopefully with enough force to either daze the girl inside or send her and the armor flying to let her deal with the other two.
With Jentel stopping her, she grumbled. With her release Ulysses went to finish her swing, only to be met by some heavy notes. A tank being hit by a tank slowly pushed Ulysses back. The armored girl got back as she did a quick look, checking out her systems to make sure nothing was broken or malfunctioning. Getting up she walked back over to the group. Crunching the fists together as got ready for another attack. "Alright little mouse, now I’m upset."
Chase had arisen early that morning for his first day of class. It had been two weeks since the incident on the blood lit night, and he had recovered a bit since then. He was no longer residing in an apartment in the city, or he was not supposed to be any longer. He had been given instructions of a new dorm room he was to be moved to today. And due to the nature and circumstances of his own arrival, others were tending to the matter of packing and moving his stuff. He had received a message as well before he had set out from his temporary residence about the class from the instructor herself. She seemed an excitable person, and very enthusiastic, from her message alone. However a person she was though mattered little. The main importance of the message was that the class was to be centered around combat, and by her words, the type of combat where one does not hold back. Chase wondered at what that could mean. 'What shall battle be like, who are to be my opponents, and what are the rules of battle?' Where all questions running through his head. He wondered if it would be one on one combat or a grand melee, whether it be student versus student, or versus instructor, or some other manner of creature. The message though, despite its vagueness, seemed to promise intense combat. Combat that in Chase's mind would be associated with his own training he received growing up. He was no stranger to fighting till the body failed, and he would prepare for combat to be as such.
He would don his hunting outfit, the one he wore on all his hunts and training sessions with his father. The outfit would likely have long since been stained with blood had he not use of his own semblance to remove the blood as the years passed on. It also had the added benefit of obscuring his own identity a little, even if his white hair and red eyes still showed just as clearly. After his outfit was on, he went onto the rest. A small hand lantern he attached to his hip, useless in the day, but he did not trust the movers to care for it and many a time it had guided him in the dark. It was a small one too, so while it did not shine as brightly as a normal sized one, it had the convenience of being hands free. Now onto the next item he procured from his desk: it was an intricately designed and built pistol, something he created early on for his hunts before he grew the nerve to get in close with Grimm. He checked to make sure it was loaded and well maintained still, something he did on a daily basis for his weapons, before holstering it on his side. The last weapon was full extended and hanging on the wall above his desk. It was his scythe, another weapon created in his time under his fathers rule. 'And I only regret that you didn't die by its blade.' He thought to himself as he removed it from its hanging. He would then fold it, having specific points where he could bend it onto itself into its more compact form, and strapped it to his back. He was about to leave his desk before he remembered his last piece of gear. Reaching into a drawer, he pulled out a simple torch. With his gun and scythe, along with hand lantern, one may think it was entirely unnecessary. But when all else failed, and you were left with none of the others, this served as a source of light and a weapon. Fire was the fear of many creatures after all. 'Man included.' He added almost as an after thought.
Where he was meek and cowardly in front of other people in normal circumstances, battle was an entirely different matter. Battle was a entirely different mindset for him, one where he had no fear of holding back. 'To hold back in battle is to perish.' He repeated in his mind, words of his own despised father in his head. He pushed the thought from his mind for now though. Looking at his room, he nodded to himself in satisfaction, having every gear of importance strapped to himself currently. Everything else he would receive later once it was moved into his new room. There was just one last thing he needed before he left. Going over to the opposite site of his bed, he would see his trusty war hound laying down beside it. The last bit of his past that had a happy memory to it, the last family member he had left in his exile. Snapping his fingers, his hound would rise and walk to him before sitting upright in front of him. Chase's serious expression faded as he did, reaching out a head and patting its head with a small hidden smile. The hound and he had survived Grimm together, and he was the final piece to his arsenal. He always fought with his hound on hunts, and even if he weren't allowed to participate hear, his presence soothed him a little. All matters accounted for, he would open his door as his hound followed after him and walked to the designated area: the arena.
As he walked thoughts of Beacon crossed his mind. His fathers last wish was for him to become a hunter, something he had been training him for his entire life. Which, as much as he wanted to dance over the mans grave and go against it, he was forced to. He had nowhere else to go or stay in this world any longer, and with his reputation he would have no other profession. He was forced to the life of a hunter, and he was not one to complain. He would bear through it and deal with the path of life he had been left with, the path he chose by his silence. It had helped his father had inspired an intense hatred of Grimm for him early on, so this life had some appeal to him. Killing those creatures, creatures he associated with his father, would bring him some satisfaction after all. Long term thoughts aside, he then thought of his new arrangements. He had fully expected to be left alone and kept relatively isolated, but it seemed the school had others plans. He had been assigned to some team, filling a hole they had. He doubted it would last, not with what people thought he did. Though the team did have an interesting name. 'Sinners...I suppose that fits me.' He thought to himself with a smirk. One of the greatest sins was killing, or so his mind currently thought. He wondered what his team would be like, however long the association would be. He had no idea how his team looked, but he was sure he would meet them there. Part of him worried about what he would say or do once that happened, but for now he pushed that part of him out of mind, the promise of combat was at hand.
It took a bit of time, but Chase finally arrived to the specified location for class. It was a massive arena, and all around it cages were littered about. There were a few others milling about, but Chase's attention along with his hound were primarily on the cages for now. Walking up to one, he read a note saying do not touch unless you want to die. He could hear moving and breathing inside the cage, sounded like a variety of animals but all covered so that he could not see what they were. 'I wonder what is hidden away beneath these sheets, what creatures we are to fight. As it seems this is likely the combat we must be prepared for.' A thought struck Chase that moment. His hand lowered to his hip and rested on his repeating pistol. He could always open the door and finish it off quickly...but he doubted he would be rewarded for such an effort. Part of him also wanted to see how everyone would react to him releasing one...but he suppressed that thought for now. His hound was growling in return to the cages now as well, wanting to kill whatever threat there was to its master. Chase silently shook his head no to it though, not yet at least. His hand would move away from his pistol but stayed nearby in case of anything, and he would begin walking towards the other two with his hound following after him. One seemed to be particularly loud and banging on the cage, with whatever was inside getting riled up. The other seemed to be interacting with her, or trying to. Chase merely remained silent and stood a little away from them, hand resting on his pistol as he kept ready in case whatever was inside the cage decided to bust out. His hound remained standing and alert beside him, ready to attack.

After the miscommunication, here's the starting post of where we're actually suppose to be! I went ahead and included a code for quoting an entire team in my spoiler. I'll have Rachel enter soon, once a few students arrive and we'll get started~ 】
XXXThe last couple weeks have certainly been a busy one for a lone shark faunus. Following the unending hangover after dragging that rabbit boy around for far too long, she realised that she hadn't actually prepared a class this time around. Given the circumstances of her last class, it was ill-advised to spend extended time in the outskirts of vale once again for class. Until she was able to find a way to maintain safety and order during such an open lesson, her survival of the fittest class had been suspended for the time being. So... What to do? What could this meat head of a woman throw together last minute in order to make an interesting class that neither she or her students will get bored of? Despite her survival of the fittest class being banned, she was still a survival teacher! So... What were they going to survive this time? .. It seemed so obvious. They were going to survive against Grimm. Last time, it was the random variable that a pack of grimm invaded the class that costed the lives of two students. Clearly, the students of Beacon had far too little experience in combat with their natural enemies. It was Rachel's role to take it upon herself to ensure that these kiddos had a chance out there in the wild, by meeting grimm in a somewhat more controlled environment. So... A mass message was sent out to all those who were attending to her class, that it would be held within the arena. This time, she even specified to come dressed for combat. She wasn't going to discard their weapons this time around, unless they were just too strong with them.
"Alright Kiddos. My name is Rachel Anderson, and you've all made the mistake of signing up for survival class. Come prepared to fight tooth and nail. As for what, weeeeelllll. That's just gonna be a surprise for you guys~ Head over to the arena, and we'll get started ASAP."
The message was pretty straightforward. Come decked out ready for combat against an unknown force. Was she going to pit them against each other? Pit them against her? Well, that was just for them to find out. For the duration of this class, the arena was under restricted access for only those who were attending the class. After all, Rachel needed a large open space for all the dangerous antics she was going to put them through. Upon arrival, students would see a number of large containment units littered around the arena. All sorts of beastly sounds could be heard resonating from inside. Growling, buzzing, hissing, but whatever was inside was kept hidden and obscured from students getting a peak. On each cage, there was a piece of paper with the words crudely written out. Do. Not. Touch. ... Unless you wanna die." ... Pretty straightforward, as was the way of Rachel. Despite the area clearly littered with containment units, the goliath of a woman was nowhere to be seen. Where was the teacher, and what would the students do upon arrival? If any students were incredibly perspective, they may even notice the lack of shimmer from the barrier that normally shrouded the open roof of the arena.

She made broken look beautiful and strong look invincible. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The ball had truly been a spectacular night, though it had risen many strange feelings that she still couldn't seem to explain. Those strange feelings that often rose when she was near Adam, at least in situations like that. For one as adept as Ridley usually was, one might think she would have caught onto the meaning behind her racing heart. Perhaps it was due to her reckless nature and her need for adventure. Perhaps it was because she had never had an older sister to talk about these things with and she had lost her mother at a young age. Maybe it had something to due that she was practically raised by the gruff goofball that was her uncle. The very uncle that had made her late to her first day had Beacon with his silly antics and sappy goodbyes. Perhaps it was something entirely deeper, buried beneath layers and walls that she had secured around her heart to protect herself from an unforgiving past. For whatever reason, she was clearly just as oblivious to it all as Adam was.Which wasn't a bad thing. They spent the night of the ball in a blissful state of banter and laughter. They had shared a few tender moments, and there had been a fare share of blushing, but it was still just Adam and Ridley. What they were exactly was hard to say. Close friends interlocked in a constant battle of wits, teasing, and silly competitions. Everyone else seemed to have caught onto these sparks flying between them, there had been comments here and there. All of which had been brushed aside or justified in some other way. The same way neither of hem had addressed the confusing feelings they seemed to share. They were taking things at their own pace, and for now they were content with their silly games and fits of laughter. There was a certain fondness between them, it wasn't hard to see, but they were both still clueless as to just how deep that vein ran.
Of course Azura had a wonderful evening herself and Ridley had questioned her about that love-struck smile of hers as soon as she'd had a moment alone. Ridley had never had a chance to participate in what most people might refer to as 'girl talk', but over the months she had spent befriending Azura, she had been learning the way. Sure, Ridley might poke and tease the poor girl here and there, but she meant well. Despite the teasing, she would at least be able to know that anything she relayed to Ridley in confidence would be kept in privacy. Ridley wasn't one to go spilling secrets or sharing business that wasn't her own. After all, she had plenty of secrets of her own and she would expect the same courtesy in return. So far Adam had been more successful than any of the others in getting Ridley to open up about her past. Even he didn't know everything yet, but perhaps a day would come when she would share the darker bits as well. The story behind the scars and behind the pain that Narx had been unfortunate enough to feel in their last class. If they continued a long the path they seemed to be meandering about, that day would surely come. In time, just as everything else. Perhaps Adam would find it in him to share with her as well, more than the bits of information he had given her back in the mines when he had been helping with her injuries.
It would come as no surprise that Ridley was the last to wake in their dorm, her alarm set to the last possible minute, as always. Adam was long gone, as were Cecil and Azura. She assumed they had all headed to class by now and she was by no means offended by the fact they had chosen to go on without her. They had all long since learned the consequences of waking the huntress in such early hours of the day. Surely they were not consequences anyone was willing to risk again, so even on the days that the raven haired girl ended up late to class, they let her sleep. Really it was her uncle they should feel sorry for, forced to put up with it for weeks. Too concerned to leave her alone after a certain experience, he found him facing her wrath every morning to drag her down to breakfast with him and begin their training. n the end it had been worth it, for it was this routine that had slowly dragged her out of her stupor. A goal. An inspiration. A desire to become a huntress and follow in her uncle's footsteps. To protect the world of Remnant and prevent families from being torn apart in the same way hers had been. Which brought her to way she was now. Laying in the top bunk of the dorm, pillow over her ears, glaring down at the alarm clock sitting on the bedside table below. The top bunk had been given to her for multiple reasons. Firstly so no one else would disturb her wen getting out of bed, and secondly because if she could reach the alarm clock she would simply hit snooze ad go back to sleep.
Several minutes of blaring beeping would pass on while golden orbs shot daggers at the little device on the stand. Ridley was stubborn, but in the end the beast won. Sliding herself from her mattress, bare feet would land gracefully upon the floor with a soft thud. After shutting off the infuriating noises that had surely woken others than just herself at this point, she would find her way the the bathroom. This was her least favorite part of the day, but it was necessary if she was actually going to get on with her morning. A cold shower to help wake her. It was something akin to torture, but she supposed she was made stronger for it. Sighing softly as she stepped in, anyone with in hearing distance might have caught the few curse words that managed to escape her lips as the freezing stream of water pelted down on her. Looking disgruntled but much more alert, she would proceed to dry herself off and braid long dark strands to the side to keep them out of the way. Once she was dry, she would dress herself in her usual attire, much befitting the honey-badger title Adam had given her in its black and gold. At that point the huntress-in-training would find her way down the hall and out the main doors towards The Arena where they were supposed to be meeting for survival class. There were already three students there, two of which she didn't recognize, the other being her very own teammate, Adam. That did make her wonder where Cecil and Azura had run off to. Perhaps they had taken the long way to class.
Approaching Adam's head full of dreadlocks and the winged girl he was speaking to, Ridley glanced at the cages littering the grounds. Breathing, growling, and a whole plethora of unpleasant noises could be heard from within. Whatever they were, she had the growing suspicion that fighting them would be their assignment for the day. Golden gaze still slightly clouded by sleep, still looking particularly disgruntled as she often did this early in the morning, she gave the fluttering girl an odd look, raising an eyebrow as she came beside Adam. "I don't really think those are sounds of excitement... Quite the opposite." She would murmur, not in a rude or demeaning tone, but rather trying to determine what made this eccentric butterfly think that these things were friendly. She also couldn't help but wonder if the teacher thought it was a bright idea to leave the students alone with such a number of collected beasts confined around the room. Especially with curious ones that touched and prodded despite the many signs."I would be careful. You might lose a finger." Ridley would warn, a gently teasing tone finding its way into her voice, followed by an inkling signature smirk. "Oh... and I'm Ridley by the way." She tacked it onto the end,as if she had nearly forgotten such manners, which being honest, she probably had.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ She walked with the universe on her shoulders and made it look like a pair of wings.

§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§ SasseliaArgenia TEAM: STWR SEMBLANCE:not activated ------------ The night of the ball would be forever remembered. It was a shame to have it end so quickly, despite the nervous beginnings. Having left there she was pleased to finally know her team better then before, and even been able to make another friend to boot. The past two weeks since then, Sasselia had been trying to practice to speak better to others on a clear scale, feeling a lot more closer to majority of her team. Eira was a delight to speak with, and Koryn was getting better at reading. The maiden hoped that one day soon she would be able to try and help her teammate as well. Their fourth member was also introduced, and Tessa it seemed would take a while to be able to get to know. Having been shifted from one team to another it was understandable that time would allow a better interaction. Sasselia was patient. She did not mind waiting. In a way this was good for the four of them to at least understand each other a little better, and be able to get out of the shel she had of her own. It was a long two weeks, but finally, she felt more confident to speak with them.
Being the second one up this morning, it had seemed the early riser of the four was Koryn. The sound of her scroll was what made her wake up, and after seeing the witnessing message of classes, survival class was today. "Oh right~.... Waking up the rest of the team, she had prepared with the annual morning brushup to the hair, ridding it of all tangles. Once done she brought her clips into her hair before dressing for proper attire as described for class. Her choice of combat clothes lingered a rather exotic oriental flavor to them, the blue hues matching her hair. The small decorations hanging off of her outfit gave small, tiny tings for every step she would take, and they were rather soothing for the reverting nerves rising up. Truth be told this would be the first class ever, and dang it to heck, she was nervous. This survival class she had heard rumors from time to time, and had to wonder what was in store. "You got this. Things will be alright. Focus... and succeed. Your team needs you prepared to face the best and the worst." A cooling wash to the face helped plenty, and after a few small whispers of self-confidence, she was ready for breakfast, and off to class she would go. First things first: call Koryn to make sure she was alright. Typing the faunus's number into the scroll, she awaited for an answer, and with no luck, she made her way into the hallway out of their room, letting Eira and Tessa get themselves ready for the day. "Good morning Koryn~ it is Sasselia. I noticed you had been gone when I got up, and I am calling to make sure you know that class this morning is in the arena... If you are already at the arena then fantastic! If not I will come find you and help out! We will see you soon! I hope you get this~!" Hanging up the scroll, Sasselia made her way out to the cafeteria, buying an egg sandwich for on the go. Breakfast was the most important part of the day after all~! Next spot: Weapon pick up~!
By the time she had finished her sandwich was was three quarters of the way there, keeping a good steady pace. How nice it felt to wear her favorite attire, as the gentle breeze of the morning air felt nice and cold, which was rather a refreshing wakeup call. More alert, as she believed they called it. Her glaive shone its usual beauty, holstered in its sheathe. Nice to be able to carry it around again. Since this was required perhaps there will be fighting after all!? Of course when she had arrived at the arena, she was surprised to see such a large containment of sheets everywhere. Just what on earth was in these!? It seemed she was not alone either, seeing another already there with an adorable hound dog alongside him. The mystery they gave off made the woman curious. Was he the teacher? Hmm... No. From what she could see of him he looked to be about her age. Aside him were a few more, and shyness had taken over. "Er.... Good morning everyone!" Nodding politely to the group, she flustered a delicately bright smile, before seeing one familiar person looking at the mystery sheet. Ahh... There she was! Thank goodness! "Good morning Koryn! I am pleased to see you here first~." It seemed Koyn was also not alone though and she politely bowed her head to the adorable couple speaking to her. " I'm so sorry I did not realize i was interrupting something!!!"
Eli had gone through loads of effort to make sure that Cali's night had been nothing but perfect. After all, he knew this was the type of event she had been dreaming of her entire life. It was something she never thought she would ever be able to do, not like a normal girl, not with her decay. Eli was there to ensure that didn't hold true. She was his world and thus he was willing to give her the world. He would move mountains, divide oceans, anything if it meant ensuring her happiness. To him she deserved nothing less and that adorable smile on her face was worth every bit of effort. So he started with Felix, after having checked on him for Cali's sake he was quick to question and pick up a bit more on his semblance abilities, which lead to the two weeks of dance lessons. Eli still felt slightly guilty for putting Felix through such a traumatic experience. After all, dancing with another man was surely an awkward situation for any guy. Any guy but Eli, the one confident enough to stride down the beach with a brightly colored floral bag full of bathing suits. Felix's situation was a fair bit more complicated, considering it wasn't just Cali's memories of dancing he had received, but all of those precious fragments, good and bad. Which meant he had troubles distinguishing his true feelings for Eli from Cali's. The spider's teasing certainly didn't help in the matter. He appreciated the boy's sacrifice immensely, for it was only the first step in making sure Cali's night was perfect.
Next had been the dresses of course, when meant wandering off to the city of Vale without Cali noticing. It was lucky that he had run into Lafelle and they had been able to go about their little trade. He had prepared and saved every bit that he could in order to be able to purchase Cali a fair amount of gorgeous dresses, but with this woman's help not only was he able to retrieve fair grander styles but far more of them, for something as simple as letting her have some of his spider silk. It was a deal he promised to keep open, because with Cali's pestilence, they were always in need of clothes and it wasn't like producing silk for Lafelle put him out at all. With the dresses came the prospect of finding a place to change without having to go back and forth from the dorms or using an dirty bathroom stall. He had talked to Kail first and with her help he had managed to charm his way into getting the staff to let him borrow that supply closet for the night. The condition was that he had to return it in the same condition it had been borrowed in. Which meant not only did he have to clean out all the cleaning supplies to make room for the dresses, bu afterwards he had to reorganize it all and put it back in its proper place. Once again, it was well worth the effort. Cali was the single most important thing in his life, and she had suffered a lot on account of her semblance. Eli wasn't about to let her suffer for it one moment more.
It had been a night full of bliss and splendor. Not only for the couple but their team as well. The group had bonded and grown closer. Cali had wriggled out of her shell, if only slightly.Cali had shared a dance with Nox, as promised. In the mean time Eli had offered a dance to Yenna as a further attempt to help cheer up the little bunny. In the end though, the couple had finally reunited in the delightful moment where Eli got to show off the dance skills he had picked up and surely blow her way with it all. He did not hold back a single antic, not one twirl, toss, or dip. He had even gone as far as to incorporate his webs into their dance by spinning her purposely outside of his reach and gently pulling her back to him by a strand of sticky silk. At the end of the night, they had found themselves simply swaying in each others arms before Eli swooped the petite girl off of her feet and carried a tired Cali back to their dorm room. It was only then that he confessed to her about Felix, his semblance, his feelings, and why he thought that little white-haired huntress was going to be good for the boy. All of his efforts had been a success. For them, the night could not have been more perfect. It was a memory they would hold close. One they would cherish in their hearts forever, just like so many others. These precious memories, so tender and lovely. So sweet they shone brightly enough to help drown out the darkness of their past. So beautiful one could get lost in them. Something to recall when they were having a rough day or when the darkness of the past came creeping back in.
Two weeks had since passed and while the team hadn't yet found the time for that field trip to the hot springs, they had been keeping themselves occupied other ways. Once again they would find it time for classes. It was something Cali still found herself anxious for. While she was growing more comfortable around their team, the rest of the school was another story. As always it was with a gentle tug and playful teasing that Eli would sure her forward. "Hey now, don't look so glum." He would say, giving her hand a gentle squeeze as they walked down the hall together. It had been an effort to get her out of their room, granted not nearly as much as that first day. Still, she could be rather stubborn when she wanted to. The spider only matched her with his persistence. "It wasn't so bad last time, was it?" He would question, raising an eyebrow at her. "Besides," The word would be followed by that same playful smirk of his, indicator that the teasing was surely coming. Leaning down closer to her, he would whisper the words softly in her hear, so close her sandy locks tickled his nose. "Maybe we'll get to kiss again." Of course he was trying to fluster her, by referring back to that fond memory of their first kiss, which had happened in the middle of aura class, none the less. An act that why so tenderly perfect, was also rather dangerous under normal circumstances. Due to her decay, they couldnt show affection the way most couples did. Then again, that didn't stop Eli from trying and his body was riddled in scars from it.
Straightening back up, he would continue their trek down the hall and out the front doors, chuckling softly to himself the whole way.Eli had spent so many years with Cali, he knew just how to ruffle her feathers. He always succeeded and never held back in the slightest. Despite his endless tirade of banter, the boy meant well. He made up for it with his overwhelming sweetness and the charming smile of his that she could never seem to stay mad at for too long. Besides, while Elias may have had the upper hand most of the way, Cali could be a sneaky little minx. From time to time to got the jump on him and made up for all the torment he put her through. Those were the truly amusing moments, when someone caught Eli off guard. Letting out a last laugh, he would smile down at her, his smirk transitioning into a more tender smile. "Really Cali, everything is going to be fine. I heard this teacher is a hoot... and that she breaks everything. I don't think you have anything to worry about." In his time spent with Felix, he had also heard a small bit about Rachel, the Goliath of a woman who would be teaching their class today... if it could really be called teaching. Giving the girl a final tug, the pair would enter the arena the was full of what looked like cages containing some sorts of beasts by the sound of it. "See. I think this is going to be fun." He would state with a nod, flashing her another signature smirk while giving her hand another squeeze.

Danaë would think back to the beauty of the ball. She enjoyed her time with Narx, before he disappeared. By the time she was done dealing with...an annoyance. She ended up going to bed alone that night. She didn't know what happened to Narx, but he didn't seem like himself the next day. Like he was looking over his shoulder the entire time.
During the last two weeks too, Tessa had put in a request for a change to another team without telling Danaë that she was going to leave. They had just came to the room, and none of Tessa's stuff was there. She sighed, as team silent train was officially dead. She had gotten a message that they were Chase Limax-Sanguis. She had heard about him, he had apparently murdered his father, and it was a huge controversy. The Owl woman wasn't sure how to feel about it. She didn't know the full story, but she could probably find it out. She didn't want to though.
The woman would arrive at the arena, in her battle outfit on. Her hair was full of the daggers that she hid in them. Her normal daggers were no where to be seen, however, they were on her person. She would go towards the crowd near the cages. Then she would speak up. "Ho-oh! I'm looking for someone named Chase. If your hear, your team leader would like to have a chat. Ho-oh." She was both a bit excited and fearful.

Narx had arrived to the arena early. Another sleepless night. These past two weeks had been tiring to say the least. It took a long time for his mind to adjust to the new piece of history that had been revealed to him. Eventually he came to the realization that it wasn't Valk-- Ora -- he was scared of. It was what she represented about his past. About him. He was not comfortable in her presence. Not yet at least, but she had to have had a reason for telling him. She was an ally he thought. She did say that he had saved her, but saved from what? He made a mental note to do research on the goat faunus in the library later. These were the kinds of thoughts that plagued him day in and day out. Fortunately Danaë had been more than patient with him as always. He couldn't thank her enough, but he was still a bit timid about how she would react to him today since he hadn't been in the best of moods lately. "Hey you." He said prepared for some sort of backlash as he approached his lovely feathered girlfriend."I'm sorry I've been weird lately. I think I am finally coming to terms with it, and we should talk about it later... just...thanks for being patient..."He wanted to creep back into his none-existent turtle shell. He felt terrible, not just due to lack of sleep, but how he had been so cold lately. Tessa left the team and it very likely could have been his fault. He was literally destroying the team. He always screwed things up. He needed to talk to Tess and see for sure why she was gone though. Otherwise it would eat him from the inside out. "So this Chase kid... What do we know about him?"He eventually said trying to cange the subject to something less touchy."I over hard someone saying he was in court for some horrendous crime, but I don't even know what it was. Just a rumor anyways. I'm sure he's clean. Otherwise Beacon wouldn't let him in right?"He scratched the back of his neck habitually as he thought about it. It still tingled whenever he got mad, but he was mostly used to it now. Pain was constant.
"Danaë. Don't judge me. What class are we even in?" He hadn't read his class schedule once from the day he enrolled in school. That was Narx. Always completely unaware. He seemed to get good grades. Mostly As and one or two Bs here and there. Surprising for how oblivious he was."I am so hungry..."He patted his stomach firmly. It probably wasn't good to be hungry before survival class."DOES ANYONE HAVE FOOD?!" He suddenly shouted through the whole arena. It echoed against the bleachers. He laid on the ground in the middle of the area floor and pretended to be dead. He might as well be with how hungry he was. Fortunately he had his hammer, The Crawlin, to sustain him.
