Broad shoulders rolled up in a shrug at Hydor's observation. "Seems to come with pros and cons. Freedom is great, but responsibilities get compounded and there's no one there anymore to help pick up the pieces when things start to fall apart." Or at least that's how Baikal had experienced it. There had been numerous times where things had been overwhelming for him, and he probably could have called his parents to help him drag himself out of trouble, but he hadn't wanted to put that on them.
In the end, thankful, he'd never had to ask them for help.
"On the plus side, not having to worry about homework or projects or exams anymore is really ******** nice." He grinned.
Then he shook his head. "Knights don't have planets. We have Wonders. Same sort of concept I think, but our s**t is based on places here on earth." The grin brightened a bit. "Baikal is the biggest freshwater lake in the world, over in Russia. I've haven't visited my wonder yet, though." He'd been meaning to, just...hadn't yet.
