Sailor Lacerta - 11/20 HP (( Attacking General Ringmasterine for 0 DMG. Ringmaster still at 39/100 ))
So even she wasn't infallible. Lacerta had made an effort to stand back before taking another shot at the man in the center ring. The amount of damage dealt had to be up there and yet still he stood there. Frustration welled up in the teen as she went to launch another attack only to find herself making a fool out of herself by missing completely. Shaking with exertion the senshi of bandages landed nearby and had to check over her shoulders once more. The sensation of being watched was back. The hairs on the back of her neck stood at attention and she absently rubbed at the spot before pivoting on the spot.
Was she going crazy?
What was with this constant sensation of being watched? It almost felt as if someone or something was just waiting for her to have her back turned for just long enough to grab her. Like those stupid ghost creatures in Mario. You turn your back and they come attacking. Lacerta shivered once more. Hopefully no ghosts would come flying out from parts unknown. Youma she could handle ... ghosts, not so much. Even then some youma she couldn't handle.
Anakeion Squire 22/30 HP, 5 damage (Ringmaster at 34/100)
Easy enough - backstep one, two, sidestep three, four, let the others circle around her for their attempts as well - Anakeion ducked out of the way of flashing lights, channeling for a split second just so that she didn't drop her weapon, and dropped the magic fast enough to fling her weapon overhand at the man -- it clipped him, not as hard as she would have liked, but he wasn't looking so good regardless. She moved, then, pulling it back to hand, making it so that others could take their turn again.
Corrupt Sailor Noctua 7 HP / 1d8-2 attack (a 0 is a miss) - 4 - 2 = 2 | 1 - 2 = 0 Ringmaster: 34 / 100
She had missed. Blast it all she had missed. Totally and completely missed. It was in times like these that Noctua felt her weakness like a burden. IF only Cinnabar hadn't... No. Not right now. She couldn't linger on her abandonment right now. Now was the time to fight. Now she had to gear up and perform because maybe... when Cinnabar came back from wherever she was... Noctua would want her to be proud of what her little shadow had become. Proud that she could stand and do what needed to be done in her absence. Noctua would be worthy of the woman yet...
And it started here.
Here where she would fight and win and go home and demand a transfer. To where she didn't know. But she needed a more effective leader. She would sell her General down the river and all of his useless lackeys with him. This... what they were... it was more than a quota. More than lazing around doing ******** all with even less to show for it.
The last of the illusions fading into mist, Cybele looked around. This was a madhouse, all Order and Chaos alike. Strange, but not so strange. At least nothing was on fire, and the body count didn't seem so high. The strangest was that a lot of the Negaverse agents also seemed to be swarming the man in red at the center of all this, the man who had a very distinct Chaos aura himself. A General. All right.
Cybele sprinted a bit closer, but stayed near the edge of the throng of people. He was outnumbered. He didn't stand a chance. She kept an eye out for anyone nearby who looked like they might need help, instead, or waited for a chance to strike.
Corrupt Sailor Noctua 3 HP / 1d8-2 attack (a 0 is a miss) - 4 - 2 = 2 | 1 - 2 = 0 | 1 - 2 = 0 Ringmaster: 28 / 100
Another miss. Noctua panted, taking her place beside the General again but refusing to lose her balance. She had tried. Was that enough? It had to have been enough. She didn't have anything left to give.
Would Cinnabar have been proud of her?
Noctua's breathing heaved, coming in great pants that pushed her bird-cage ribs out and deflated them back into her core. She could feel her heart pounding against the bones, feel the rhythm in her head...
Another perfect hit, this time with a balled up fist. Acubens could feel her second wind howling through her with vicious ferocity. She would get them both out yet. Her and Mithra. Right to a hospital. Get her checked out. Take her out to eat because Acubens was so damned proud of that woman she could barely speak. But first, she had to beat this ******** face in. And that was what she intended to do, even without her magic to back her up. She didn't need it. She had two good legs, two good fists, and a good head on her shoulders. And she had a good boxing tutor. She could do this. If only for a moment, kock him over and get out.
She could do this.
"We can do this," she hollered at Mithra next to her.
Sailor Naos HP: 15/20 dealing 5 damage to ringmaster while taking 4, final hp is 11/20
Ringmaster: took two damage from Naos punching him, final tally is 13/100
Naos woke from his (frightening, he can't believe he did that) doze to see that elephant was finally down and that some ringmaster looking guy was there instead, and that all factions alike, even the regular people, were going at him. He felt as if he had the energy to let loose one more good punch, and, ignoring that searing pain from the tusks of the elephant, thats just what he did. Clumsily moving past enemy and ally alike, Naos landed one good punch into that monsters stomach with one good left hook, and despite his own nature and attitude , because did he ever want to let loose more, he fell back, retreating to the sidelines once again knowing he really wasn't in the best condition to continue, all out brawls coming soon or not.
Not as good a hit as before... just it was something. And Acubens still had energy to spare. She'd hit the ground fighting if he needed to. Still, she couldn't fight the wave of shame that washed over her as her attack failed, dealing pitifully little damage. She could still do this. She could still do this. She still had to do this.
White Trickster Rabbit rolled 1 10-sided dice:
3Total: 3 (1-10)
Sailor Altais: 19/30 Lace: 26/30 First dice is Altais, Second dice is Lace.
Altais didn't like where things were going. Lace was tucked into his jacket, even though she was a chaos kitten. He couldn't leave another friend behind to die. He couldn't leave....her behind to be trampled on!
Metis was moving away from him and Altais instinctively reached out, "No...No don't go. I can't lose you guys." She was moving away and Lace's head was popping out. "Wa...wait Metis!" The kitten climbed all over Altais's jacket, wishing she could get free to make sure the senshi didn't hurt herself.
Metis had been her closest friend for the circus...that meant something to the kitten.
"Wait, Wait please." Altais called out even as she disappeared and he was let standing with Lace and himself. He couldn't even see Zach or Melody, and he wasn't sure if they were around. Themisto...He needed to look for Themisto.
"Lace, Can you stand here?" Altais was going to set the kitten down but she clambered up to his shoulder, clinging to it. "NO DON'T LEAVE ME!!!" The kitten cried out, "I'll help the fight! I'll help you fight!"
Altais shook his head, complying with the kitten's wish as he moved to attack the ringmaster. He threw a punch out, smacking the ringmaster.
With his arm outstretched, the small black kitten set her self up, her star glowing.
"I...I'm really sorry general!" She apologized, but she no longer wanted to be stuck in the illusions he offered. She needed to go HOME to Sera and to others! The beam flew out, smacking the ringmaster square in the chest.

Super DMS Mithra HP: 18/30
Mithra's attack had pretty much taken out all of the energy she had left in her to be able to do anything, and was happy to let Acubens take over the beating of the a**face for her. The pain had started up again, and while Mithra knew that she could heal a little faster now, she knew that it couldn't do everything, and she would have to go to the hospital, again, after this. She would have gone straight to Tom, but she was pretty sure he would just take her to the hospital, so might as well just skip a step and go herself, if Acubens was willing to help her get there.
She watched as the other continued to attack, so, so glad that she had an ally in this fight. She hated to admit it, but she had felt quite afraid before. Knowing that Acubens, and other Dark Mirror allies would be willing to help her... she hadn't experienced anything like that yet. She had grown up in a dog-eat-dog world, trusting no one, only looking out for oneself. But now... she felt like she could relax a little bit.
Or maybe that was the blood loss finally kicking in.
She fell down, on one knee once again, trying to save her energy. It didn't feel like this battle was over. There was something in the back of her mind, some fear that had intensified as she attacked the General. This wasn't over.
