This message could be negative, and in the olden days bad message bearers had their noses chopped off or worse, he brushed those nasty thoughts aside with a firm step forward as they approached the camp."Ha! In this heat though? He doubted anyone would be wearing a large hat."Wait-" Fang stopped. The trees shifted ever so slightly to their left.
There was definitely something there, Fang couldn't tell himself what it was, but the others with sharper senses would notice two sets of eyes staring at them from deep in the canopy of the trees. Spies? Tribe members?"I think we have gone far enough..." Fang said with an arm instinctively put out to cover Frea. He was most afraid of them targeting her.
Vernoth, a large man, nearly seven feet tall was to the rigthtside of the group that approached them. He was behind a large tree, but when he noticed the trio stop he decided it was time. "I see we have some visitors... And an animal..." He rounded the tree to show himself. He was massive. His hair was grey and so he was definitely an older battle hardened veteran of war. In everyway he was more fearsome than Fang. A man born for battle. His eyes looked to Frea with malice."What do scumlovers like you doing here?" He looked at the others only briefly, but his eyes kept on Frea most of all.
"Did you not get the memo? We don't like her kind here..." He found it hard to focus on anything else."Though this one..."His eyes drifted to Fia. "I think my men would enjoy her company."

tabtabFrea raised a brow at Fia suggestion. While the relationship between the two had been neutral, she did not expect the woman to be first to give such suggestion. Well, she was more likely to suggest that idea than Fang. Maybe it was to prevent them from failing the mission or for Frea to not be target for trouble, the thought was appreciated in a strange way.

tabtabWhen the tree shifted in a different way and Fang moved, Frea also slid closer to Fang, using his shadow and presence to cover her. While expected, her attempts to be a wallflower did not hide the appearing man's gaze towards her. That glare did not move at all despite his brief look at the group. Even when he moved his attention to Fia, she did not move from her spot at all, being quiet.

"You must be kidding me..", Fia exhaled in exhaustion when Fang seemed to have brushed off her proposal, it seemed that their little friend here would be a target after all with Fang in charge. As much as she loved him, she just wished she could knock some sense into that beautiful empty vessel he called his skull.
The trio stopped upon Fang's signal. Instinctively, took a step away from the two, mostly to cover more ground in case they would be greeted by more than one of these people, especially would have their throats slit if they tried to attack form the back. As unpleasant as it was to see that woman close to her Fang, it seemed like she'd have to wait it out and be patient for now.
Fia turned towards the movement, watching as the giant of a man approached them but fearless as ever, never took her eyes off of him. Must have been part of the tribe to call Frea an animal, though, she would have called her so too. While they aligned on that front, regardless of who he was, the man managed to stoop down to any other scum when she felt his gaze shift to her and refer to her as if she was some object. "We don't like your kind either, but here we are. Guess sometimes things don't always go the way we planned, princess." Fia stated, seeing how Frea wouldn't speak, her intentions were clearly to irk him and she wasn't going to apologize for it. Maybe it would backfire on them, though, she would never back out of a fight - how ever bad the situation may be.
"I would have put on a show for you and your sad lasses here, but it's just going to be a waste of our time. We are simply here as messengers so we can only have fun once we get what we were promised." the woman would add, crossing her arms across her chest. Wise? Quite unlikely, but she figured they could have attacked rather than even exposing himself like this so maybe, there was a reason to this?

Fang was annoyed at how easily they were surrounded. The Tribe help up to their drifting nomadic ways it seemed. He was impressed with how Frea moved in his shadow though, she was quite smooth at that, maybe they could use that for a special sneak attack someday. He would have to remember to ask her to practice such a move. And Fia, as brave as ever, already taunting the Goliath of a man."Princess. Ha!" he chuckled. But then he made the remark about his men enjoying Fia, and a rage started to burn inside."I will tear your tongue out of your throat, stab a hole through your belly and shove it in there if you say one more word about my companions..." Fang enunciated every word with passion.
The problem was they had a message they needed to deliver. To their leader, Apex. He took a deep breath. "You're with the scumbag tribe right? Where is your leader? Apex. I heard she calls the shots around here. Not some large nitwit." Fang pulled out the orb that contained the message and tossed it to Fia. He would walk closer to put himself between the girls and the man. Ready to fight. Fia, with Frea's support should be able to hold the back line if it came down to a fight.
Vernoth was visibly angered by Fia's sharp tongue, he clearly didn't know how to respond. "I would love to put that tongue of yours to good use lil lady." he said licking his lips."I am not here to fight you, but-" That was when Fang interrupted him and called him a nitwit.
"Princess. Nitwit. You know what I call you all? Dead." he lost his temper. His face turned blood red and he charged at Fang. He slammed Fang at full speed who, while large, was still significantly smaller than Vernoth. Fang held his ground though."Get the girls!"he shouted as the two men from behind attacked. They leaped into the clearing with speed and rushed towards Fia who was closest. They were fast and both wielded daggers. One would leap into the air and toss a dagger at Frea before landing and throwing a spin kick to try and swipe Fia's legs out from under her. The second darted to Fia's right and charged her with a dagger aimed at her gut..

tabtabA fight was inevitable with these humans, Frea supposed. Even if it was normal situation where she was not a faunus and human, the way the stranger spoke would rile Fang up and got taunt from Fia, without fail. With the way Vernoth changed face color, Frea prepared to fight. Purple eyes glanced around, analyzing the situation. With Fang standing before the two of them, he should be the obvious opponent for Vernoth. In that case, the men behind would be her and Fia opponent as they rushed forward. Judging from the daggers, their specialty should be agility and may deception if needed. Assassin types, likely.
tabtabUsing her Solaris Moon in lance form, she parry the dagger thrown at her and moved farther from the fighting scene to change her weapon to a sniper rifle. She ensured her spot was safe to shoot from and target the men's leg. A good shot to the leg would slow the men down. If they turned attention to her instead, the distance would allow her to change her weapon form, or worst, use her poison powder at them.

"The only thing I'd deem as good use would be licking your blood off of my blade once I'm done with you." she hissed back at him. It didn't take too long for him to get mad though, like a raging bull he had charged to Fang but it only made her chuckle. Men like him were so predictable. None the less, it seemed like they had a little bit of a fight on their hands. Nothing Fia would shy away from. She hid the orb on her, though wiser would be tossing it to Frea considering she was less of a target, but alas, what was done was done.
The woman quickly snapped her own leg to the one who landed and blocked his attempt to bring her down. If he'd try to use the dagger on her, she'd grab his arm and the retractable blade on her wrist would puncture through it, though not cutting it off all the way. Thankfully she didn't have to worry about Sheepy, who managed to slow the other man down by shooting at his leg. "So pathetic, two against one and you still lost." she mumbled, kicking his head to knock him out.
Fia watched if there were any more to attack either of her companions, including herself. Her hands glowed a bright shade of turquoise as a glyph appeared behind the big man with her darling Fang and rained down daggers against his back. If he managed to dodge it somehow, it would disappear right after as she reverted her attention to any attacks directed towards her or Frea. She tried them closer to herself so Sheepy could take them down from her distance.

Fang had little time to think, but that wasn't what he did best anyways! He took on Vernoth head first. This seemed to surprise the man greatly as he was larger. Fang held up his staff and blocked both of the man's hands. He felt his feet slide in the ground about two feet as the force was neutralized and they were in a stand still."You picked the wrong team to mess with!" he said through gritted teeth. "Don't think you'll be forgiven!" Fang said as he twisted his staff to cause the man to hopefully tumble to his left, which would place the burly man on the opposite side of his companions with him in the middle.
He breathed heavily from the effort but took his defensive stance to prepare for the net attack. "You girls okay?" Fang shouted without looking. He asked this, but deep down knew they didn't need his help. "Regardless, I may need some help myself..." he said with no shame.
The assassin goons were quickly dealt with. One screaming as his arm was pierced by Fia. The other gave a sharp yelp as his leg was shot out from underneath him. Both alive, but on the ground hugging their wounds. From behind Frea another dagger wielding foe appeared at close range. The man had a face covering, but an obvious scar over his left eye. He would slash vertically down at her, his dagger lodging itself into her gun so she couldn't twist it. He would then attempt to slam his knee into her stomach as he kept tight grip on her weapon.
The man who had been stabbed by Fia started to crawl away pathetically. He would make it to their base if not stopped.
Vernoth was seething from Fia's remarks, but he was blocked by Fang who used a staff to intercept him. Strangely the man didn't try to hit him with the staff. Just blocked. Vernoth pushed Fang back a few feet but then was twisted off. He felt the immediate rain of dagger descend upon him, and being so big he couldn't dodge. Ge grunted with each impact. "RAAAAAAAAA!" he roared, the pain only fueling his strength."You'll pay for that." He charged again, but just before impact with Fang he would twist around to smash into Fang with his back which was bleeding. Except his blood was no longer blood. It was rock hard like a crystal and shark as hell.
"Take this!" he slammed into Fang and knocked the man over. Rolling over him and popping up right net to Fia where he would slap her backhanded and send her flying.
"I reckon I got a few more allies in this forest!"he belted out. He followed it up with a dark laugh..
