It was a flitting thought. He couldn't help but wonder if this was even a fraction of what Beringia felt when he went patrolling with his senshi friend. He also briefly wondered if this was partly karma for all the times he verbally punched a hole in Sergei's pride by bringing it up.

Possibly.

"Senshi and knights, and then different levels within that, I'm told." He informed the chibi. "On this side, anyways." He trailed off for a moment, and couldn't help but wonder how Noah---Mimosa---made it this far without using her magic. "If you haven't been using your magic, how have you been fighting youma?"

He resisted the urge to sigh and pinch the bridge of his nose. He hadn't wanted to do that in a very long time. This entire situation wasn't exactly something he had ever planned on happening though, so...

"That's well and good, but you really should know what you're magic does." He thought for a moment, and was resigned to his life now. "Let's go find a manageable youma, Mimosa, and let's go test your magic." With the two of them, it meant it was a better controlled environment. As good as it could be for testing.

This was his life now.

He was resigned.

Now it was time to make the best of it, to make sure Mimosa lived on to see the older years she should.
