Why was she getting so upset? Rigel could only stare in a bit of bewildered wonder at this, trying to scramble back a few steps once on his feet. "I swear it's nothing personal, just the nature of the fight," he tried to assure her, even pressing at the air with his palms down as one might to gesture to someone something's alright or to calm down.
But well, this was a fight.
When she made another burst towards him, Rigel waited and--with luck that astounded him--managed to move at the right time to try and trip her. She wasn't the only senshi with magic though, obviously. "Beyond the Body!" At least his magic he didn't feel sorry about using, as it didn't seem to actually hurt people.
Well, thus far anyways.

Skye Starrfyre
Holding his hand up towards a target, Rigel speaks the name of the attack and an inky substance forms as it out of his hand, falling to the floor. The substance stretches out towards the target, regardless of whatever obstacles might be on the floor, and latches onto the target's legs, pulling down on them. The target then begins to sink into the inky substance up to mid-calf, with the inky tendrils rising higher to about their hips, as if aiming to pull them lower. Beneath the dark surface, the target can feel things slithering and moving beneath them, and will continue to until the magic ends after 30 seconds. Once the magic is up, the target is back above ground and no trace remains, on them or the ground, of the unearthly material. Rigel can only use this against a target within eye-sight and within a range of six feet, and can only use his magic three times per day. A target can struggle to get free of the material, though difficult for anyone of Rigel's rank.
