Day # 17 Theme: Sacrifice  Comments: Tried a scene of all three characters first, but I couldn't do a Hans ;~; So I tried to do Anna from the front, and attempted some foreshortening/perspective... Not really giving it my best shot or anything, but I wanted to doodle it, anyway.

Day # 18 Theme: Witchsona!!  Comments: My spirit animal is a squirrel, and I once dreamed that a squirrel ran up to me in the park, jumped up onto my left shoulder, and said, "Don't worry. I won't hurt you; I'm here to protect you." It was a pretty neat dream to have. As for the cat, that's my boo Pepper. Don't know if anyone remembers last year's "Draw Your Pet" theme, but I painted her for it. So yee, that's her!

Day # 21 Theme: Saturn  Comments: I first started painting Saturn, and then realized the colours were way too bright! So I desaturated it a bit to make it look a bit more accurate. Then I was like, I wanna superimpose Sailor Saturn on here! So I did. It turned out just about how I wanted it to, though I have to leave it as a WIP right now.

Day # 24 Theme: Monster Repellent  Comments: I first thought of the game that my Cavern bit is based on, because there is a part mid-game or so where you're talking to a shady salesman who is selling vulture repellant [sic]. Rocs will be attacking you right outside this city, and those bitches be terrifying... So it sounds great! Then you find another guy who says it doesn't work, lol. But my fiancé suggested this, instead!

Day # 29 Theme: Childhood Memories  Comments: I wanted to do something really good, I really did, but instead I wound up a bit too drunk to function properly? Anyway, so this is what my old dollhouse looked like! God, I loved dollhouses. I had several, actually, but this one was the tried-and-true one! It's probably in the attic at my parents' old place still, but I do have a model version of it, which was the coolest thing ever as a child. I thought it was awesome that there was a version of that exact house, but for your dolls. Anyway, tipsy-me wound up setting the model on my laptop and trying to draw it from very little in the way of guidelines. ...I remember my cat sleeping on the second floor of the dollhouse once. It was the cutest thing ever, and I briefly wondered if that would qualify for "stuff on my cat" or not. Technically the dollhouse roof was on her! ;D
