But she couldn't just stare forever. Lorata reached up and pulled her goggles down over her eyes with the practiced motion of a warrior applying war paint. Luckily the others were keeping the evil dead cook busy so all she had to do was wait for an opening to be highlighted and...stab!

It was a food versus drink stand off! The two grabbed from the random utensils in the room, pot versus pan! Fork versus cup! The battle was as silly as it was gruesome with both opponents sporting some stupid injuries in their determination.

"Stay down!" Amonee rushed the boss from behind and began to beat it aggressively with his club. As Lightseekers, they were supposed to keep violence at a minimum but it didn't apply in the case of self-defense. At least, that was how he was interpreting things. After enough blows, it stopped moving and he looked back towards the others, breathing hard.
"Phew. How was that?" He looked to see if Punkie or Lorata would praise him. He was trying really hard to keep up with the fierce fabulous ladies of the military after all!

"Very well done!" Lorata beamed at Amonee, resting her partisan in her elbow to free her hands to clap for his showing. Such a brave attack! This also had the added benefit of keeping her hands free for coffee, which she accepted eagerly. "Oh my Glub, I love this one." She was definitely going to have to start buying from Nucleo's shop more often.

The clown's bright personality and colorful language always hyped him up. He wrapped an arm around her and gave her a hug. Oops, he hoped that hadn't messed up her bodypaint any.
"Alright, I'm feeling better now. We can keep moving!" He followed Lorata's lead. She hadn't lead them astray yet.

Lorata advances! No doors to be found
Lorata nodded determinedly, returning her now empty cup to Nucleo so he could store it away again for the next time. It really was time to move along! And she had a good feeling about this next corridor, she was just sure of it. Something good for the mission was dead ahead!

"Aieee! From the sky?! No, the ceiling!" Amonee shrieked and babbled incoherently as the ninja daywalkers dropped down upon their targets. He grabbed a hold of Nucleo tightly and sobbed. He didn't like this at all. He thought he'd seen everything horrible these ships had to offer but somehow, something new always managed to surprise him! Nucleo's arms made him feel a bit better and he just kind of held on, frozen in panic.

Oh. Dead ahead. Maybe she should have taken the feeling more literally. Lorata shook the odd thought off, backing away as daywalkers began spilling out of the overhead vents. "I don't understand! Why are they there!?" Why had they crawled through that? Had the crew members been trying to hide when they died? Were they aware enough after death to set an ambush?

Lorata was in front of the juggalo, and so when the zombies came, the juggalo lunged forward. Propelled by her own mirth she landed upon the unholy things and cut them to ribbons, honking loudly as she went. The air was filled with the honks of the juggalo, the sparkles of her glitter infused daggers, and her ungodly rage.
