In the manga for it when Yusuke asks Hiei to shake his hand he hands him the tape and says"Consiter yourself served I'm off."
Also when Kurama (the same manga book) tosses a rose and says, "Just call me texcido man."
mrgreen ... neutral ... sad ...I tried at least i tried.

The part where Hiei got kicked in the face...me and my friends just couldn't stop laughing at the great Hiei "getting the boot."
also the part where the little Hiei bats appeared behind botan...don't remeber what was said but I know that it was funny

Ok lets see I can't remember who Yusuke was tracking with his demon compass I think it was Hiei. Anyway while he runs he looks at his compass and say "I think my compass went stupid no matter how far I run it says one mile."
Another one was at the dark tournament final round with Yusuke and Toguro. Anyway Toguro is powering up to full strength the stadium goes black and suddenly Kuwabara says, "Hey who turned the lights out? I can't even see myself think." How in the heck can you see yourself think? Is that even possile.
Here's another while at Maze castle Kuwabara Kurama and Hiei are fighting of the cultivated humans Suzaku sent after them. Anyway after Kuwbara is running and extends his spirit sword and Yusuke grabs on him. Yusuke grabs onto the window and climbs in and poor Kuwabara smacks face first into the wall.

The part that had me laughing the hardest was near the end of the series, right after the Makai Tournament. Hiei tosses a hiruiseki to Kurama, and Kurama says "Hiei, I'm glad you feel that way, but I can't accept this... I'm not interested in you that way." rofl (Note that the dub and the sub are, as always, slightly different, but FUNimation kept the lines pretty much as is for the dub.)
Another moment is in the last episode, when a couple of girls who know Kuwabara come over to talk to him and they mistake Kurama for a girl. Kuwabara yells that Kurama is "all man" and the girls are all like, "we didn't know you were like that, Kazuma." Hilarious!
And let's not forget the newspaper article about "the alien" (actually Hiei) in the last episode.

Alika-chan I like the part in Tournament's end, after Yuusuke defeats Toguro. He's crying that he let Kuwabara down and all and Kuwabara gets up and laughs at Yuusuke. Then they all say they lied to get Yuusuke to use his full power on Toguro and Yuusuke beats up Kuwabara. Thats the first time I saw a weird face on Hiei and a sweatdrop and I just started to crack up.^^ oh man...me too...It's was sooo out of character it was awesome.

Ohh...I like the time where Yusuke is getting used to his demon heart and Youko Kurama and Hiei just start laughing. I mean HIEI. LAUGHING!

their are so many funny parts but my top to are any kuwabara-hiei fights and when hiei fell out of that tree. I laughed so hard at that.

well there was a few in the voice director commentary that had me going pretty well XD
Chris Sabbat ((Kuwabara)): Who opened..the uh..can of beans and made you ugly?
Chuck Huber ((Hiei)): I was watching cartoon network cause there was an episode of YYH on and I got my wife and kids to settle down and watch the show and Hiei was in the whole episode and the only thing he said was "hn" My wife was like, "They paid you for that?"
Justin Cook ((Yusuke)): *screams* -takes a breath- *screams*
in the anime
((Yusuke makes first hit on Yomi and Yusuke gets pissed))
Yusuke ((read in the subtitles)): Hey! If you do that again, I'll kick you in the nuts!

When they tease Yusuke about cute little Puu, all the Hiei and Kuwabara fights. But the best moment was when Suzuka appeared in the semifinals, he made such a fool out of himself. I laugh in ten minutes. rofl

um, one part i thought was funny was when kuwabara tried to imagine what hiei's sister looked like. that image was hilarious... blaugh

I love whenever Kuwabara brings something up about finding Hiei's long lost sister and everyone gets those sweatdrop faces and is like yeah we'll get right on that. And Hiei always looks funny then too.
The rock, paper, scissors clip was classic.
Kuwabara: Geeze man you really didn't have a childhood did you?
Hiei: I don't have time for your foolish games, I persure strength!
Or something along that line. xd
