Seren nodded, but gasped again at Joy's next hit, her eyes crossing for a moment. She stood, for a long moment, then said "Gotta learn how to use this, sorry if it hurts, Joy..." In a serious voice. She steps back, to just barely in Diwata's range, and the runes on the sword flare up, glowing like bright stars along the blade.

Seren adjusts her grip, and swings, as hard as she can, the blade coming in over handed, aiming for Joy, looking like the classing blurring vision of light in motion.

However, Seren apparently misjudged, because with a resounding 'WHOOOOOOMPH', the sword slams into the dirt next to Joy, possibly causing the earth to shake a little.
