He was surprised it had actually worked.
Annabergite hastily rearranged his face into a smirk as the thrown dagger disappeared back into the pocket of Negaspace it had come from. He still had his other one, gloved fingers wrapped around the hilt, and Annabergite could feel the magic beginning to wane.
Wane, and then - disappear.
Annabergite lunged.
"Not so fast without your magic, are you?" he crooned, and took a swipe at her stomach.

"Well---" Sedna wasn't sure why she was feeling a bit cheeky. Maybe it was because she was stressed. You know...pointy knives...versus no pointy knives and magic that honestly didn't feel helpful most days! "It's not that my magic makes me fast---" She hopped back. "It's just that it makes you slow!" The sensei eep'd as she backed into a car. Oops. She felt really bad for what she was about to do next, but her life was kind of on the line. Sedna ripped the side mirror from the vehicle and threw it at the captain as hard as she could.

His eyes widened in surprise and then annoyance at her deliberate cheekiness - especially since it sounded exactly like something Annabergite would have said and this was very vexing, because he wasn't used to fighting someone who was on the same level of sass as he was.
His fingers grazed the senshi's arm only briefly before she ripped the mirror off and threw it at him. Annabergite let out a yelp, throwing up his arms instinctively to block the thing from smacking his beautiful face - keeping himself look this good was a process; he didn't need her ruining that!
It still hurt like the devil. The mirror smacked off of his forearm with a painful thud and Annabergite squawked as it crashed to the ground, automatically moving to grasp his arm with his free hand.
"That hurt!" he said in tones of annoyance. "And it was rude. Rude."
He threw himself forward again, swinging the arm that still had a dagger, aiming for one of her legs.

"You're rude because you won't go ho---" She squealed again as the captain lunged at her. Sedna pushed herself up onto the hood of the car, and let out a hiss as his knife caught one of her legs again. It sliced into her pants, and left another nice red cut. Sedna scooted across the hood of the car, and then grabbed the other side mirror. "GO HOME, CAPTAIN!" She hurled the mirror at him again.

This time the mirror smacked against Annabergite's chest, smack dab against his ribs and completely knocking the wind out of him. He made a wordless gasp and then crumpled, the knife dropping from his hand as his knees hit the ground a little painfully.
"Owwwwwwwwwww."
Maybe he should just teleport out of there right now.

Sedna immediately pushed herself off the hood and onto her feet after she tossed that other mirror. She was kind of surprised to see the captain go to his knees, but...she wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth? The thought that came to mind next had her cringing but...well. He came at her swinging with knives with every intention to harm her so... The senshi launched herself across the hood Dukes of Hazard style, and once she landed, she brought back one of her legs like she was a professional NFL kicker. "Sorry!" She couldn't help but cry though, as she kicked him in the side as hard as she could.

He was still kneeling on the ground, wheezing, when she came over. And he was still kneeling on the ground when she stared at him. And he was still kneeling on the ground when she kicked him in the stomach with her booted foot.
Annabergite toppled over like a bowling pin and lay there gasping, his arms wrapped around his stomach, knees drawing in as he stared.
"That - was - rude - " he managed to choke out.
Well. At least she hadn't kicked his face.

" Stabbing at me was rude." Sedna drew a bit closer, and she looked like she wanted to be doing anything else than what she was about to do. She raised one of her boots into the air, right above his face, threatening to curb stomp it. " Are you going to go home, now?" She asked in the most utmost threatening tone she could muster, which sounded a little squeaky, unfortunately.

Annabergite wanted to protest that it wasn't rude if she was an Order senshi, but he was still too winded to even try and deny it at this point. He had a strong urge to throttle her, but that also required more effort than he was currently capable of expending, so instead he just glared mutinously up at her.
Then said, in a very small yet very annoyed voice,
"Fine."

"FINE!" Annabergite squawked, and then, with a blink, he was gone.
