Xavier found the resolve he had been looking for. Clenching his fist in the handle on his glaive, he gave it a good toss. Soaring through the air, the blades struck the first and second zombies with a resounding crack. As it arched back towards him, the remaining two fell to the ground.
Catching the large bladed weapon, he exhaled slowly as he wiped the sweat from his brow, relieved he had pulled that off. "Hmm.." He frowned, worried about what was ahead of them.

After destroying all the zombies with her party, the tealblood took control and continued down the hallway. Surely there wouldn't be anymore zombies... they had already fought so many. And yet, she was so worried.. so cautious to turn the corner. Where the hell were the doors in this place?

Just as Eilidh was about to bank around the corner, she heard them... the zombies. They groaned and shuffled hungrily as they waited for prey. The tealblood sighed heavily, lifting her weapon. Maybe... there would just be one this time? She could totally hear that there where more... but that couldn't mean that she hoped for there to only be one.

Turning the corner, Eilidh's eyes widened. Not one.... but a couple... not many. The tealblood gripped her weapon and took off towards the zombies, wanting to get a jump on them before they saw any of them. Maybe that way... they can have a better chance at hitting? Or maybe not?

It was probably the slime on the floor, yeah totally the floor, all the slimy, sticky, trip-hazard esk floor. Why wernt the zombies slipping? What was with these space suits that clearly did not have enough grit on the bottom of the shoes. Static must find out who made these and give them a piece of his thought-pan. Maybe he was a little grumpy, who could tell...

"....M..more?!" He couldn't believe this. Why was there SO many daywalkers! Determined not to allow a single one to touch them, storming forward he braced himself by setting up his stance.
Another quick toss of his glaive sent the blade spiraling forward. Surprise showed on the teen's face as the small collection crumpled to the ships ground.

Having successfully taken down another pack of daywalkers, Xavier felt some of the tension leave his shoulders. Practicing with his glaive in real-time battle on the ship had been an unexpected surprise. His gaze moved among his fellow teammates to the corridors ahead.
"Let's try this way maybe?" Xavier suggested with a small shrug. They had no map to speak of, so what could it hurt?

Silence. The sound had never been sweeter.
While still on high alert, Xavier realized much to his relief there truly was not another pack of daywalkers waiting for them. That didn't mean the danger was over. They may have destroyed some of the creatures, but that didn't mean the ship was clear.

Static felt a little.. um, well, incredible unlucky. Here he was, between zombies and trolls he respected, and then in turn, wanted to impress. He had to be brave, he had to fight and show what a good leader he was. The blueblood turned back to the undead monstrosities. Static flinched back, zombies! Again! It was almost as if they lived here, or that plenty of trolls had died here in some freak accident.

Static huffed. Come on, they were getting there, but the zombies were definitely slogging them down. It felt like they were going nowhere fast, and the zombies? Well they were actually going somewhere, right at his squad. He was ready for the zombies to end, and something easy, pleasant even, like a boss fight.

The zombies were taken down fairly quickly which wasn't much of a surprise. EIlidh had two other trolls with her so realistically they could each take out a zombie. She was sure glad that was over. As she followed the others down the series off hallways, she turned down another path and followed onward.

As Eilidh continued going down the hall, she stretched some. It was exhausting fighting all the time. Just as she was about to relax, she heard the groaning of the undead. Seriously? MORE ZOMBIES? With a groan of her own, she gripped her honeycomb weapon and prepared to fight the creatures.

As Eilidh got closer, her pumpbiscuit dropped to her stomach. Not one, not two, nor three or four.... Not even ten zombies... but TWELVE DAMN ZOMBIES? What the actual fluck!? Eilidh ran towards the horde of undead, swinging at them to try and kill some of them before they got the best of them.

Static felt that nice jolt of electric adrenaline. It felt good. It was a little of a mixture of the power he felt when he actually used his power, and the usual jolt of adrenaline he felt when he did his daredevil acts. The adrenaline was what Static lived for, just a little. And tho the Zombies instilled a sense of fear in the blueblood, it also gave him that rush.

These zombies seemed harder than the others... but it was more that there were so many of them. EIlidh watched Static take out a small fraction of them, it was impressive. She then moved to take out some zombies herself, hitting and killing a couple. She wiped sweat from her brow before heading to try for another zombie.
