"I'm alright," she said, pressing a hand to her chest to will her heart to slow back down. The effect wasn't quite the same, with the space suit, but it seemed to work well enough. Giving the yellowblood a smile and a quick hug, she turned to motion down the next corridor. "I think it's clear now.".

Caiden was not a zombie fan, it was pretty easy to see. He flinched, freaked out, and then proceeded to make a fool of himself as he somehow threw his skateboard into the horde of undead. "Nooo!" The brownblood said, almost in slow motion. "Not my skateboard!"" A tear fell from the orangeblood's eye as he precious tool of fun left his hand. Sure, he could probably get it back later, but he wanted it now.

Zombies! Uff Caiden wanted to just RUN from these gross things. They smelled bad! Or, at least Caiden assumed they did if they were not in their big white bags, or, space suits. The brownblood didn't want to touch them one bit! Luckly, he had his wonderful skateboard with him! Everyone had been like "why are you bringing that?" and stuff, but look, his skateboard was awesome!

"It's kind of cute," Lorata said, though it sounded like she was trying awfully hard to convince herself. It did look cute in a way but something about that vacant gaze... She made a face at it. It probably smelled as well, if she'd been outside the spacesuit. But...but this was a gerbil that could conquer all other gerbils. It hadn't let death stop it. It wouldn't be sabotaged, she was sure. "I'll give you a chance but don't you dare disappoint me."
The gerbil didn't make a peep, but there was a muffled groan from around the corner. The seadweller grimaced again. "Movement ahead!"

Two zombies killed!
It was odd to see such a small group leave her squad so off kilter. Maybe these zombies were particularly good at dodging? Lorata couldn't be sure, exactly, but she did know it was high time someone put them down so they could continue their investigation. "Leave these two to me!" More careful with her partisan now after that first disaster of an attempt, she lashed out and took them down with careful, exact slashes.
When she looked back she realized why Scorpa hadn't been able to do it herself. What was so funny...?

Caiden had been in awe of Lorata before, but seeing her again, here, now, killing Zombies with grace and beauty? Well, it made him blush, and stand there stupidly, his mouth just a little agape. He almost went forward, to wrap his arms around the seadweller, like he had done as a kid when they had first met, with joy and excitement!
But, he couldnt...
Caiden frowned at the other girls. He had to keep his disguise on... he couldn't be Caiden and exclaim at how amazing his friend Lorata was. He had to be a good lowblood, he had to be Acrlic Brushe.
