Eli had gone to his spot and stood their dutifully. This was probably the third wedding he had been a best man at. The first had been in a realm of fire where two elementals were being wed and Eli was asked to be the officiate. Technically that meant he wasn't the best man but he was also the only man there. Fire elementals had no gender because they were simply fire incarnate. The second had been his father and his mother renewing their vows in Valaria before the war. Now he stood next to one of the few people he considered a friend. Xenon had come a long way since he met Eli and Eli was proud of him for it. It was also amusing to see him this way, fidgety and nervous. You rarely saw Xenon like that. "He will be here. Likely late, probably at a very amusing moment." That was all Eli would provide because he did not know the true answer, only what he could assume from the man's character.

A particularly upset noble had been yelling at Etsuyo for ten minutes over his seating. He was vehemently shouting that his seat was insulting and that because of his wealth he deserved some of 'the best' seating at 'this god-damned wedding'. The entire ordeal was taxing on Etsuyo's ears and yet that damned fox-like grin remained plastered on Etsuyo's face. The noble was redder than Jamarr's hair in the face at this point while he shouted at the grinning Admin. "My children throw more convincing tantrums. You can go to your seat or I can remove you. Either way, this scene and disruption is done. " The noble raised his finger and wagged it in front of Etsuyo's face. Her grin faded as she smelled the aged cheese on his fingers. That is what she hoped it was at least. Despite being blind, the woman deftly grabbed the males finger and rotated it backwards. Surely his shout would've filled the hall had it not been for this admin's particular set of talents. The noble was unconscious by the time he would've registered the pain and equally as quickly carried out by the guards. The kitsune spread her hands out over her simple outfit ensuring to maintain a clean-cut appearance, barring any real combat.
"Now then, things are settling down and this show is set to begin. Speaking of... where is Lacie? I haven't sensed her around. Granted, with that shouting monkey I could barely hear my own thoughts." She mused to herself slipping into the remaining crowd. The sheer number of people was no bother to navigate, not with her 'second sight' as she called it. Her silhouette could be seen shifting throughout the crowd as if it were a shadow dancing among them. Then she heard Lacie's voice loud and clear, well, loud and clear for Etsuyo at least. The woman slipped into a position just behind her. "Aw~ my, my, my you are so lovely Lacie. " She chimed in a low whisper as the wedding was preparing to get underway. "Oh? And who is - - - " The woman paused for a moment. Her foxy grin creasing her lips as she attempted to read Lacies' guest. "Oh! My apologies, is this Kouen? Oh -my- what a cute couple you two are! I hope you two are having fun." She spoke softly to the two her face slowly turning towards Kouen. "Just not too much, after all, too much of anything can be bad for ones health." Etsuyo fixed her blind eyes on Lacies date, offering an unsettling grin. She may not have been related to the girl by blood, but in a sense she had adopted her as a little sister of sorts.
The woman clasped her hands together fora brief moment and turned her attention towards Lacie. "Now," she began, fixing Lacie's bow which had come ever-so-slightly loose, "Have fun, dance the night away, and don't learn -too- much of this Adonis style." Her tone remained quiet but cheerful as she spoke to the two then the tone would shift, she would switch to telepathy and directly address Kouen. "Young Kouen, just remember it is better to drink the weak tea of a friend than the sweet wine of an enemy and I am certain you two will have a -lovely- evening." The womans voice would echo in his mind quietly. A whisper against his own thoughts would be the best comparison. Etsuyo would offer the two some space after getting her littler spiel in, taking the time to survey the surroundings once more. Obviously some powerhouse guests were missing and hopefully they would be fashionably late. After all, its rude to ignore a wedding invitation.

================ ☩ ==================
Abryon arrived shortly after the last guest began to fill the Hall, dressed for the occasion as best he could. His presence within the hall shifted the atmosphere drastically, as many had not known he was coming. It was a surprise he silently reveled in. Seeing their hidden dismay, feeling their creeping dread, it truly put a wicked smirk on his face as he took in the sights. His eyes moved across the many faces that adorned the room. He could see many of the Usken & Valarian diplomats mingling among each other. He was the only representative Noskium needed. He was ushered to where his seat was. Soon his eyes fell upon Eli & Xenon. Though he didn't have any animosity towards the two men, he wasn't going to outright say that they were on a chummy level either. Folding his arms across his chest he closed his eyes and focused on the many whispers in the room upon his arrival. Many feared he'd disrupt the ceremony, some thought he was here out of the kindness of his heart to celebrate such a wonderful union, while many, if not the majority saw his presence here as a way to gain some form of recognition. As if he'd be so boring and transparent as to make a power play here of all places. He may be a degenerate but he wasn't a monster. He respected marriage coming to support a man he once called a rival, but now is more of an annoying equal in his eyes. Sitting up straight in his chair he looked over to Eli. The man was that annoying know it all type. Abryon respected him as a ruler for his cunning and intellect, but Abryon saw his non-violent ways as condescending, but who needs to fight when you can see into the future and know the outcome before it even happens? Though he doesn't know much of the man and what his true capabilities are, he knew enough to know that Eli was a threat, in some twisted way. In any case, he relaxed a little as a waitress brought over a glass of brandy, but Abryon took the bottle instead. This better be worth me leaving Noskuim for. He mumbled to himself.
✖The princess couldn't help but be at a lose for words with Kouen statement. Did she accept the compliment or deny it?? I mean it was rude to deny and not give some form of thanks, but would bluntly accepting it make her seem self centered? So many thoughts ran through her head all at once that Lacie had to resist the urge to rub her forehead. One thing was for sure she never had this predicament before. Usually she would put on her formal expression, taught to her at a young age, and give a short thanks before dismissing herself. Upon hearing something like this from her friend made the girl unsure how to answer and her mind go into a panic. Thankfully before her mind could go into a complete panic over it Kouen made a suggestion to ease her stress.
Sighing with relief she gave her date a appreciative smile before raising a eyebrow. Adonis style?? Lacie never heard of it before. The young man never mentioned it or 'danced' that style in front of her or any of there comrades before. If he was comfortable doing it now and even showing her she was more then willing to learn the style.
"Well I wou-WAH!"
The young girl was so caught up in the moment she couldn't sense her older sister approaching. Due to that mistake without realizing it the vail she put on Kouen dropped within seconds without her knowledge. Turning to Etsuyo she gave her a light punch to the arm before speaking completely ditching her proper mannerism's in the process. After all it was Etsu there was no need for them.
"Oh my pandas Etsuyo you nearly gave me a heart attack!! No cool chica."
Lacie started laughing. Even though the woman wasn't related to her by blood Lacie loved her like one and even began to address her as her older sister when she was but a teen. Due to the fact that even though she was going through school and her daily life with a smile on her face. Etsuyo was one of the few that noticed it to be false and was patient with her when she would lash out or close herself off to Etsuyo whenever she tired to cheer her up. Long story short once Lacie took the first step to letting people in Etsuyo was the first on and the best choice for it was a great life changing moment in her life. Etsuyo taught her the basics on how to be a 'killer beauty' as Lacie calls it. Starting with teaching her the proper manners a lady should have, how to address nobles and royals, how to fight with elegance, and how to hide threats in responses.
Speaking of that last one the young princess couldn't help but smile as she watched it in action. The young girl had to hold in her laughter as not only did her older sister threaten her date once but two times! Etsuyo surely wasn't playing around tonight, but of course Lacie couldn't escape her dear sisters threats as well. Unlike the ones to Kouen though her where for playful and that of a teasing nature. Smiling at her Lacie nodded her head.
"Yes ma'am I will make sure not to now I'm sure your more then busy tonight with all the honorable guest, but I am glade you took time to come a see me I do greatly appreciate it. Plus you look lovely as well tonight perhaps find yourself a companion as I have? There is no need to be on guard all night okay dear sister. Don't make me order you to have fun now~"
Letting out a small giggle she watched as Etsu disappeared in the crowd of people. Not before catching Kouen staring at her as well. The young girls smile faltered a little, but she quickly recovered seeing as Kouen was just a friend after all just because they were on a 'date' didn't mean he was obligated to be hers for the rest of her life. 'Then why did it hurt seeing him gaze at her then?' Lacie couldn't help but question, 'Looks like someone fun has arrived girl.'
Alarmed upon hearing that 'voice' in her head Lacie quickly turned away from her date. To avoid him seeing her alarmed expression. Why now? 'it' had been asleep the whole day let alone Lacie took extra procedures to make sure 'it' didn't and yet 'it' still was able to speak. Perhaps the walls she had put up for the evening fell when she was startled earlier? No she would've sensed it. Right? Trying to find the actual solution the princess searched the room trying to see who could've caught the her 'other' self's attention. It didn't take long for her to find said person thanks to the guest attitudes and postures changed upon seeing the gentleman. Narrowing her eyes she recognized the man to be no other then no other then Noskium's ruler Abryon. Unlike King Eli Lacie hadn't really meet the ruler face to face nor visited his kingdome only hearing about him through word of mouth and seeing his face in books, but from his presence she was thankful she never did. For he didn't look like someone you would want to meet on the opposite side of the battlefield. Thankfully though despite how others where acting it seemed he was here to enjoy the festivities versus disrupt them. ✖
❖❖Raising his eyebrows slightly in surprise, the Divine Soldier felt an odd sense of dread settle on his chest once Lacie was snatched from his grasp. While unable to place it, the weight of his nerves that refused to settle a few hours ago returned in great supply. But it just wasn't the butterflies flapping their wings against his stomach that worried Kouen, but the grin on his face slowly faded as the small doubts began to creep through his subconscious. The doubts that were unknowingly suppressed and smoothed out by Lacie's emphatic abilities were now free to run amok. 'You don't deserve to be here. You came from the dirt. A disgraceful display for someone to pretend they're something they're not. A peasant among lords.' While maintaining a neutral expression that implied a certain type of friendliness as the two women conversed, it took great effort for the Adonis to push back the pain deep within his chest. Looking at the truth was far more agonizing and his thoughts simply wouldn't allow him one evening to savor being alongside his comrades in great celebration for their revered king. 'Pull it together,' Kouen silently scolded himself. 'Lacie's relying on you to liven up tonight. Throw yourself a pity party other time, you idiot.' Fortunately, Etsuyo did an excellent job snapping the young soldier from his thoughts and back to the present. Her unsettling grin, combined with her seemingly innocent disposition, caused Kouen to compare her to a bear protecting its cubs. Gentle and passionate towards those underneath its razor-sharp eye, but absolutely ruthless towards those who would dare wander into its territory. Her veiled threats didn't go unnoticed and he flashed an easy-going smile in order to try and alleviate some of the intense pressure she was sending his way. For all he knew, she could've been a sister that his date never went on about, so remaining respectful as a step of caution was the wisest decision. ❖❖
❖❖"You have nothing to worry about. Treating our lovely princess here to a good time was my first and only intention. Besides, there's no need to express jealousy. After all, my style isn't exclusi--...Eh?"❖❖
❖❖'Don't take advantage of or even think about putting your hands on her.' While the way it was delivered was much more elegant, the threatening undertones behind the telepathic message was clear. A comical look of fear slipped onto Kouen's face as he watched Etsuyo sashay away in order to join the rest of the invitees. She truly was a scary woman, wasn't she? Shaking his head with a slow chuckle, Kouen crossed his arms with a smirk.. It was impressive just how many people within the kingdom truly cared and worried about the royal heirs to the throne. Knowing that, no matter what, Lacie could surround herself with people that loved and only wanted the best for her was comforting. The desire to protect and watch over somebody else, no matter the difficulty or pressure...was this the bond of familial ties that he heard so much about? Something to muse over later. Glancing over to his date, Kouen began to offer her a smile.❖❖
❖❖"It seems that our dance will have to come later. Looks like things are preparing to get underway. What do you say we go find the others and--?"❖❖
❖❖The strong presence that abruptly interrupted the flow of the gathering hit Kouen like a ton of bricks. Glancing towards the entrance, the Adonis's eyes widened slightly in surprise as one of the stragglers finally decided to reveal himself. While the divine soldier held no grudge against the him, it was almost insulting how brazenly he waltzed right into the interior halls. No escort, gifts, or even a damn greeting towards his fellow rulers beyond a glance. Lounging in the chair as if it were a throne and looking down on everyone else within the room as if he were an emperor. It didn't sit well with him, but to openly voice his concerns or show too much displeasure would be an ignorant act that could get him or others hurt. While he didn't have the privilege to venture into the territory of Noskium, everything about its ruler radiated a sense of power. A man who stood above all others in terms of strength and freedom; looking down on the rest of the world from a position that few others could hope to attain. Xenon, Abryon, and those like them were the pinnacle of strength in their world and the ultimate goal for many aspiring soldiers within the army. But even if this was the case, Kouen hated seeing what his presence did to the civilians and the general fear that started to move like an incoming tidal wave. The nervous glances and anxious whispers were impossible to ignore, though noticing his date's eyes locked on the unexpected guest caused him to reconsider. While he sometimes had trouble reading Princess Mirai's true thoughts underneath what she put out to the public, he could get a general sense of when she was worried or nervous and soothing those nerves was his first priority. This would have to be something he discussed with the others when he gained the chance. Surely Derek or Isuma could provide some insight from a perspective that he lacked. Reaching out, Kouen gently took Lacie's hand into his and gave a soft squeeze in order to get her attention. Even if it would've been a vain attempt to help her relax, he offered another smile. Though it was clear he seemed a bit more troubled and cautious, most of this would've been hidden through his warm tone and affectionate gaze. He started to tug her towards their seats where the others must've been conversing.❖❖
❖❖"Yo, Princess? Keep staring at every dashing man who steps through that door and I just might have to up my game to deal with the competition! I'm sure if your sister had to sneak around to find us, the others must be wondering where we've disappeared off to. Let's say we go and see what they're up to. I could brag about almost getting a dance with you all to myself and talk about how I'm on a date with someone eight tiers out of my league. Sound good?"❖❖

۩۞۩ Zasalamir had been within the hall of the extravagant party for a while now, absorbing the cornucopia of information at his disposal. Be it from the mingling guest or from what he could read from some of the books adorning the shelves. In any case he was simply here at the request of his lord. After surfacing from the see of faces he found his way onto the second level of the hall, overlooking the party from above. These type of settings never suited him in the first place. He rather stay to himself and observe rather than drown in the ocean of people. As he scanned over the room he found a familiar face. The daughter of lord Xenon, Lacie. Opening his palm, a beautiful flower of blue & pink hues appeared in his hand, and he sent it forth, floating toward the girl. Once it got to her it would simply dance around her till she plucked it from the air, causing it to forever shift between the blue & pink hues. ۩۞۩
Azrael had stumbled into the building a little late, clearly under the influence of something but exactly what it was was a little unclear. What he was made him resistant to many things, alcohol and other conventional illicit substances being the primary points of this note, but Azrael was always one willing to try unconventional methods of enhancing the time. In this particular situation he found himself influenced by some herbal remedy that he had Valarian scientists work up for him. He hadn't intended to use it before the wedding but he had gotten his dates mixed up because he had been under the influence of a different herb the weeks in which he planned to test the one he was affected by now. He avoided making a commotion and came in through the side door one of his prior acquaintances had told him about. He had certainly had other reasons for wanting a side door to the lobby then. Regardless, Azrael was lucky to find that most focus was drawn to the entering ruler of Noskium. He made his way, oddly paced and slightly unbalanced, to where he believed he was supposed to sit. However, before he could fully take his seat, he felt a firm hand grip his arm and pull him away from the crowd and towards the back wall. It was Eli. His king. He looked slightly amused but also irritated.
"Don't sit on the food tables." Eli advised him with a stern look. Azrael had not known that he was going to sit on the food, but he certainly preferred that thought to the following ones as Eli sat him down in his true spot. The chair was much less comfortable than he would have liked but it was appropriate. Azrael said nothing and Eli walked back to his own place. Then Azrael sat, ignorantly awaiting the rest of the event. He knew his thoughts were scattered but it was not something he could focus on. He tried to just pay attention to the main events.

Yuroichi was soon her way to the wedding when one of her heels snapped. Really? She literally just bought it, and they snapped. Reaching into her purse, she sat down to fix it. Her fingers pressed against a test tube filled with some type of substance, and when she poured some of it onto her broken heel, the item ended up piecing itself back together. Yuu knew something like this would come in handy, especially when things like this happened occasionally. The female tucked the black part of her hair behind her ear, running her fingers through the white part to make sure she was presentable.
” Oh my goodness… I spent way too much money for tonight to have a broken heel stop me.”
She muttered to herself, making sure everything was right before continuing to walk to the double doors. The guards stopped her, asking for identification simply because she was unknown. Yuu gave them the same look some would if they were agitated and tired of bullshit. She already had her ID card in her hand in case something like this were to happen. She handed it over, and after awhile, they let her in, apologizing to her for the delay. Of course, Yuu was okay, she was playing on an electronic device the entire time, just standing in her platformed heels. She ended up staying in the foyer for a few minutes, signing in and checking the security system of the place for the royal family. Of course, she was not employed by them at all, but out of the goodness of her heart, she did this for them. Who knows? Criminals could try to do something, and even with so many strong personnels in a building, anything can happen. Yuroichi then went to the bathroom to check her make-up, and herself just one more time, before returning to the foyer. She stood in front of the closed double doors, breathing in deeply. This was such a large event. She did not know anyone, but she hoped that being who she was, no one would look at her strange.
“ Initiate protocol 1.”
She said to something that responded with a chirp. The doors opened, and in walked the scientist. Almost immediately, something hovered close to the female, very small, very slender, but had a light blue LED light that signify it was not a combative device. She was still walking whilst this happened, the unknown device scanning the room. It took notice of Lacie’s minor injury, and notified Yuu about it. The female shook her head. Everyone knows that when you buy heels, there should be a little bit of space behind the ankle to prevent such injuries. It was being covered by a band-aid, so it would be fine for now. The slit of her dress showed off her wonderful legs, and the way she walked would have given off a friendly aura. No, she was not strutting, she was simply walking, slowly if anything. Her eyes looked about at the few faces who were looking at her out of curiosity. Yuroichi, not knowing anyone that was there, but who was still invited, took a seat near Abryon’s table, unfazed by his appearance. If anything, he didn’t really instill any type of emotion in her, except for the thought in her mind that sparked when their eyes met for a brief second. Quite a handsome young man, it was too bad he didn’t have a wife yet, someone to help him rule his kingdom. Yuu was busy applying to multiple tech companies that she was not too involved in politics, so she was not caught up in any way.
☪ xxxxWith several minutes gone, everyone was escorted to their seats. Derek alongside his mother sat at one of the tables that was reserved for the soldiers. Sitting there, eyeing around the lobby at the decor looking away from all the annoying males eyeing his mother. Resting his chin on his palm which rested on the table. Lord Fourth and Lord Eli walk forward to the center with the bridesmaid walk forward, reflecting the males identically. It seems the moment the music start ringing, the wedding will be set into motion.
☪ xxxx"Hard to believe its been two years since Lord Fourth has actually gained such happiness. Much better than those dark days, that's for sure..." Stating to himself, remembering to how Xenon was, you could literally mistake him for someone evil. But this woman who's about to walk this aisle changed that. Derek then remembered the brief stories that his mother would tell him about his father. Saying how his father was kind of the same way before she entered his life, changing him to. Could the influence of a female's love and passion towards the man she truly loves really change him? Such an eccentric thesis it was to him. Waiting some more, Derek heard the doors open frequently, thinking each time to be the bride but no avail. First it was Etsuyo, one of Xenon's trusted admins and a very scary woman in her own right. If anyone besides his mother, he never wanted to be on the opposing side of her. With her came some random civilian who complained about his seating until he was...umm well 'attended' to.
☪ xxxxThe next entrance was a male who's entire aura was chilling. Fierce yet vibrant when it came to commanding attention. It was very similar to Lord Fourth's and Lord Eli's. A bit darker but calm at the same time. Derek could see it was the King of Noskium. There was no way it would be any other figure. All eyes were literally on him. Amazing how figures like those three can literally demand attention and silence when just walking in the vicinity. Yet the next that caught Derek's attention was a female. A female who seemed to have walked the lines of both of good and evil by the shades of her alluring hair. The eyes, cold and calm as the ocean with the peaceful icy blue color, taking each step forward, one leg after the other. A gulp flowed down his throat, smooth like the river, serene. Derek caught himself looking at her several minutes too much to his taste, looking away to regain his composure only to turn back to his side, seeing the girl he made a date with sitting beside him smiling to him. Caught surprised, he leaned back a bit before giving a generous grin...only to eye away for a bit, back to the door wondering if the next person arrive was the wife to be.

✖Lacie wanted so badly to go up to Abryon, but the new warmth that engulfed her hand stopped her. Turning her gaze to the source she found her fingers had involuntarily be intertwined with Kouens. The young princess raised her eye brow at the motion, was he not interested in woman like Etsuyo?? Let alone there where other ways to get her attention why the hand holding?? The princess was feeling something she hadn't ever felt towards Kouen since the first day they met in school. Irritation. A leathel feeling for the young girl at the moment with her current mental state. For at the moment she wanted to rip her hand out of his own and smack him, but refrained seeing as one it wasn't lady like and two the girl was unsure if it was her own irritations or 'its' for distracting her from Abryon. Due to this mental fighting going on in her at with herself she couldn't hide her facial expression. If looks could kill Kouen would've been more then six feet under. Her eyes had went from there sky blue to a dark menacing sapphire, that hide her pupils, making it seem like she was almost detached from the world around her. Her face was blank and void of any expression almost as if all emotion had been sucked out of her. This new persona stared at Kouen has she was about to speak a flower shinning brightly with the prettiest of blue and pink shades began to dance around her.
Blinking a few times not only did Lacies eyes change back, but her 'original' persona came back as well. It was as if the girl herself was unaware of what just happened. The young princess with a now aw expression watched the dancing flower even going as far as twirling around once just to watch it. Before she could reach for it Lacie lightly tugged her hand from Kouens and slowly brought both hands up to the mesmerizing flower. A childish laughter escaped her lips as the flower stopped its dance and sat still in the center of her hands.
"Did you see that Kouen! That was truly something amazing was it not!!......I wonder who could've done this!"
Holding the flower closer to her Lacie had this sudden urge to turn around. As she did her blue eyes caught a hold of two falmilier yellow ones. Mr. Fellasan!! He made it. The princess couldn't help but give her new comrade and possibly new teacher the biggest brightest grin she could muster. Unfortunatly she could not return the gesture, but to show her appreciation she added his gift to her outfit. Untying her ribbon slightly she stuck the stem of the flower in the center of her bow before softly tightening it. Lace didn't care if it was flashy or made her stand out more for it was one a gift and two something you couldn't help but show off. Waving at Fellasan one more time she turned back to Kouen still wearing her toothy grin from before wearing a embarrassed expression upon realizing she had completely ignored Kouen this whole time she blushed and went on to a complete spaz attack.
"O-o-oh my gosh I'm s-o-o-o sorry Kouen! I just....you don't just......it was just something I couldn't help, but admirer please forgive my rudeness I promise the rest of the night my attention is on you!"
Lacie hadn't realized how loud she had said that until some people smirk, giggled, and stated 'lucky guy.' Even redder now the princess quickly grabbed her dates hand and pulled him over to there assigned table. Lacie hoped they would be the first sitting, but to her luck Derek was already sitting there with his mother. Trying to hide herself she allowed Kouen to go ahead of her so she could use his body as a shield as she took her seat quickly as possible without anyone noticing her presence before she could calm down the redness in her cheeks.
Once she was settled she went ahead and addressed her table mates and asked a all to routine question.
"Evening Derek and Mrs. Diviner you both are looking very lovely this evening I must say. By any chance would you know where my brother is at the moment? I'm scared he might sleep through such a exciting and life changing event."✖
☯ Falling into his snooze, Isuma failed to catch glimpse of people coming in to take their seats. That boy was still on the balcony edge getting his sleep. The spot he was one, had no attendants or member seatings so he couldn't be bothered. The ringing of bells didn't necessarily help either since Isuma was a tough sleeper to begin with. "Zzzzzz. Zzzzzz." ☯
Left to herself, the Zisi was forced to follow the crowds as they maneuvered to their seating. She wasn't sure where to go, and she had no idea the reason for it, but she saw that there were tables, and where there were tables, there was food. There was simply no way around that understanding for the maiden.
Nevertheless, she was moved, and when an open seat was found, she took it. Where had the lady she met earlier gone to? What was going to happen next? Was there anyone here she knew? Well, then what?
There was someone asleep not too far away.... But how did one sleep in so noisy an area? Any one of these people could have a weapon and be dangerous. A sleepy person was a weak person.
To test this, she moved from the seat just enough to touch the black-haired male's sleeve.

XXXThe light chatter among the room would come to a halt as the sound of "shhh" carried across the room, followed by the opening of the lobby door. Light music would begin playing and the light clicking of heels against the floor would make its way towards the door. After a brief pause -clearly from nervousness- Lafolia would make her way into the main lobby; followed by a few women holding the back of her dress, whom made sure it didn't drag or get caught on anything on the way. The dress was simple yet elegant in it's own way; something that suited Lafolia's not overly exotic, but stoic face. Normally her hair was down and she lacked any makeup, however for this occasion she felt that she needed to "prep" up a bit. Cheeks hot with nervousness, Lafolia made her way down the isle towards her to be husband. Glancing around the room nervously she would attempt a smile of sorts, consciously making note of all the familiar faces in the room as her mind wandered in attempt to quell her anxiety.
After a few moments of walking, Lafolia made it to the front of the room as she stood in front of Xenon and the man who would wed them legally. Not totally sure if she was suppose to speak or not -as the customs of the world often eluded her- she would attempt a bit of conversation to "break the ice". "Y-You look nice." she murmured quietly so that only Xenon and the offical could hear her speak. Her eyes glancing nervously towards the ground as her naturally reclusive nature made it harder for her to keep focused.
☯ Isuma almost tipped over before catching himself, still soundly sleeping. The bells rang a bit more but much louder causing him to wake up from the ruckus but only slightly. "Zzz-wha wha. Is it time now?" Rubbing his eyes a bit before a smooth transition to a yawn, he caught sight of the woman that was about to marry his father. My she looked absolutely stunning. Who'd thought all the time spent into this one event, yes it may be sacred but it's still one event. But all in all, he couldn't help but be proud of his father for pushing forward like this. He did contemplate moving to his appropriate table, but staying where he was was just fine. If he needed to, he'll catch up on some more slumber. ☯
☯ Isuma suddenly caught sight of a girl seemingly reaching out to his sleeve. Looking towards her surprised, he leaned it a bit towards her with a soft voice so it wouldn't interrupt the wedding. "Hm? Were you trying to get my attention or something?" ☯
❉xxThe light chatter among the room would come to a halt as the sound of "shhh" carried across the room, followed by the opening of the lobby door. Light music would begin playing and the light clicking of heels against the floor would make its way towards the door. With only a brief moment of silence immediately brought up the tension for Xenon. Seeing his wife to be walk her way into the main lobby immediately caused Xenon to lift his hand and quickly turned over slightly to hide any tears that may be showing. Looking back to her getting closer forced his heart to go insane at such beauty.
❉xxHolding himself together as Lafolia stepped forward to face him. His body trembling fighting the tears before resulting in a comfortable legitimate smile. She saw him and spoke out giving a compliment. "But you-you're divine." The wedding had finally commenced. The official went through his entire segment only leaving the last part left in the ceremony. Leaving the question left to be asked. Is there anyone who feels these two should not be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace. Xenon, holding onto Lafolia's hands as he awaited for the official to give the official marry. Staring into her eyes brought him strength and warmth. Nothing could ruin this moment that's meant solely for the both of them.
