Wand: A springy yew wand. The length is seven and one-half inches long. The wand's core is unicorn mane.
Wand Hand: RightPERSONALITYGeneral: Generous, humorous, friendly, loyal, open-minded, these are a few of the qualities that can describe Lisirra, qualities which can be found in most Hufflepuffs. She has an easy-going personality, being quite flexible if need be. Being the middle child of her parents, she dislikes fighting, and will often suggest the middle ground.
She will also be the first one to finish her homework. While she acts like someone who would wait until the last minute to get things done, she actually quite likes learning about new things and practicing what she may have trouble with if she can improve. However this can be a detriment as she usually will only hang out with her friends if they also have their homework done. She feels that since it's done, they won't have to worry about it and less stress in one's life is always a good thing.
Habits: She tends to really get into whatever she is reading, so much that it is quite hard to get her attention when she is. And whenever possible, she can be found reading outside while it is warm and sunny. Also she is quite curious about the history of, well almost everything, so if she learns about something new, she tends to go off and thoroughly check out its origins. Can be a bit naggy when it comes to finishing things early.
Hobbies: Reading history books, hanging out with friends, going to the library,
Likes: Sunny days, history, warmth, reading for a few hours every day.
Dislikes: Waking up early, she is not a morning person. Fighting, she will often be the one to stop her sibling's quarrels. Lying is also something she tends to avoid, as usually it only leads to conflict. Relationship with Family: Lisirra gets along well with her family, though she tends to have the usual squabbles with her siblings. Her father helped her to get into history with his job as a journalist. When she could, she would follow him on jobs. She gets along well with her mother too who is a pediatrician. Of her two parents, her father is the magical one being a wizard, and although that caused some fighting between them when her mother first found out, Miriam eventually learned to accept it and allowed her children to be accepted to Hogwarts, should they be invited. However, Lisirra is the only one to have gotten an invitation so far, however because of their good relationships with their parents, she and her sister, who is non-magical still get along well.
During the holidays, she and the rest of her family tend to celebrate together since they all live in England. Her aunt and uncle on her father's side are twins and both magizoologist and although they are quite busy, at least one of them tends to make it to any family celebrations.HISTORYGeneral History: She and her immediate family live in London, England. Her father's side have been mixed blood for quite some time, often choosing muggles as their spouses, believing that one of the best ways to have muggles and magic folk get along is through intimate relationships. So when Emez was on the job, gathering information for an article of his about muggle medicine, falling for Miriam was almost inevitable. However it wasn't until after their first child was born did she learn about her husband's heritage. It was a rocky relationship at first because of it, but eventually once she started to learn more about the magical world she finally forgave Emez and they have been happy ever since.
Emez was sorted into Gryffindor while both of his siblings were put into Ravenclaw. Past magical relatives on her father's side have been in all houses, none more popular than any other, so no matter what house one is sorted in, it's usually encouraged within the family, even Slytherin.
Lisirra grew up learning about both the magical and muggle worlds and had her interests encouraged by her parents. Her father, when allowed, would often take her with him while he was investigating. Even though he never really left Eastern Europe, Lisirra got to travel quite a bit with him, her sister coming along if she so wanted. However once she was invited to Hogwarts, Lisirra started to become more interested in magical history and while no one else in her immediate family, besides her father, is magical she still has a positive relationship with them, usually telling them about what she has learned at Hogwarts ((assuming that muggles in families are allowed to learn about wizarding stuff, I would assume at least)).MISCELLANEOUSThe Sorting: Lisirra impatiently waited at her seat for her name to be called. Sometimes, having a name that was at the lower end of the alphabet was annoying but she couldn't really do anything about it. She was nervous, not that there was any specific house that she wanted to go into, but she hoped that whichever one was picked for her that she would be able to make some friends.
"Lisirra Rayard!" Her name had finally been called, and she quickly got up, almost tripping, and sat on the stool. And then the hat was put on her head. She could hear it sigh as it said, "Oh great, another one of you Rayards. I always have trouble sorting you into houses, your family never gives me anything consistent." It grumbled as it scrunched it's 'face' in concentration. "Well, let's see then... I see friendliness, and loyalty, both good for Gryffindor, but also a interest for learning... Hmm... well, Slytherin probably isn't for you either. With that let's go with... HUFFLEPUFF!!!" The hat finished with a yell and Lis couldn't help but blush at how long it had taken for it to make its decision. She quickly went over to the correct table, where a few other students had made room for her.

Wand Hand: leftPERSONALITYGeneral: Carter is one who you can say is nice to everyone, but has an underlying motive, that is to have people buy from him. That does not mean he cannot have actual friends, just that when he first meets you he will think of you as a customer rather than "potential friend". He's quite neutral to all the houses, not caring where a student is from. He doesn't care about bloodline either, with money being the bottom line. As long as you can pay, he likes you. He doesn't really mind if one is poor, just because you may not be able to buy from him doesn't mean you are somehow beneath him.
Habits: He tends to tap his pen on something while he's thinking and puts his glasses on his head when he is counting money or recording/dealing with sales, but this tends to make him think that he has lost them. He also will tend to get a bit annoyed if one interrupts him while he is thinking or working. However, if he can, he tries to help his friends if they need it or need something, of course at a discounted price. He also tends to get provoked if his friends are being bullied in some way. He also tends to be quite stingy with his money, tending to go the cheapest route if at all possible when buying something, and will often barter to get items at a discount.
Hobbies: Selling items, they usually aren't scams, but that doesn't mean he can't come up with schemes. He spends his time being a hustler ((one that hawks [see definition #2] items/sells them)) like his older brothers.
Likes: Money, cash, dough, bling, green stuff, etc. He also has a passion for giving others what they want.

Relationship with Family: Carter was especially close to his grandfather, Price who taught him much about muggle businesses, since he had been a muggle banker. He doesn't think much about his maternal grandparents as he doesn't see them often since they live in Greece. He gets along well enough with his parents and has a normal relationship with them, but being the youngest child he was raised more by his brothers, as his parents were usually working. He is closer to both of his brothers, often looking up to them as role models and wanting to join them in their businesses as hustlers at Hogwarts. He's less acquainted with his Uncle, who often is traveling because of muggle business around the world.HISTORYGeneral History: Conroy Hawklight was the first in his family to be invited to go to Hogwarts in his family. It was the first time his parents had even heard of it. However they allowed him to go anyway, as they believed it would be good for him. He often had found school boring, so hopefully something like this would gain his interest.
There Conroy met Addison as they were both assigned to Slytherin. She however was more familiar with the wizarding world, but she had been the first to be put in Slytherin so she didn't have any prejudice against any other houses. And eventually friendship turned into dating, and marriage after graduation. Afterwards they eventually moved to Bath, where Conroy's parents lived. At this time Addison's parents moved to Greece, so their children were more familiar with Conroy's parents than hers.
While his parents were busy, they would often let Conroy's parents look after the kids, which is where the three brothers learned about the business world of muggles and other such ventures. However, at about age 7, Price Hawklight took a turn for the worst and eventually died. By that time though, the Hawklights figured their kids could take care of themselves while they were gone, and so left them to their devices as they worked most of the day. Unfortunately while his siblings were at Hogwarts, Carter was alone and his grandfather's death had effected him greatly, eventually causing him to lose interest in school and just about everything else. He was okay once his brother's were home for breaks, but otherwise he could only be found reading books, never going out with friends, not enjoying a normal childhood due to his unaddressed feelings.
His parents noticed this and tried to get him interested in something, signing him up for many programs, but eventually they all fell through, and the only place they could get him to go was the library. When he was around 10, Carter eventually started to get anxious as to whether or not he would get an invitation to Hogwarts, worrying that he might not be accepted. However his fears were quelled when he finally turned 11 and was able to go with his brother's to Hogwarts with them.MISCELLANEOUSThe Sorting: Carter looked around the Great Hall as he waited for his name to be called. He knew he would be put in either Ravenclaw or Slytherin, he just wasn't sure which one. His eldest brother was in Slytherin, but his other brother was in Ravenclaw. He wasn't sure what the difference was that had caused them to be in different houses, but he didn't mind either one. Even though both of his parents had been in Slytherin, they were not ones to dwell on it's bad reputation or care if one had mixed blood, though perhaps that was more because of his father's side, since he was the first wizard in their family.
"Carter Hawklight!" He uncrossed his arms and walked up to the chair and sat down, waiting for the hat to do its work. He could hear it chuckle a bit. "Well now, it seems we have a young entrepreneur of sorts, or at least you want to be. Cleverness, cunning, resourceful... seems you learned something from your brothers, though the last one was interested more in how business worked. Well, it's decided, SLYTHERIN!" The hat ended with a yell, Carter smirking a bit as it was taken off and he joined his brother at the Slytherin table.
