"That's not a horrible thing." Tytus replied quietly, "It just means you are not attracted to Zakeel in that way. No one can be considered strange for that since it's a personal preference. It's like a Xaraan. Not all of them want to be tamed and others can only stand to be around certain people." His gaze glimmered with faint amusement, "Not that I'm calling you a Xaraan, but I do deal with them constantly so it's easier to compare their behavior to certain situations. So stay strong because it sounds like Zakeel isn't the one for you." He wanted to say more about how perhaps she would find someone one day who was different that she could be at ease with but her next words took him by complete surprise.
Tytus closed his eyes as he debated his next actions. He wanted to behave and had told himself to behave but hearing those words from Seziah like that stirred him. Perhaps it was not her who was like the Xaraan but instead it was him. Had he finally found someone that he didn't mind to be tamed by? It was crazy to think how one strange woman, lovely with her quirks and honesty, could have stirred him so much. The longer they stayed close to each other like this and the more she disregarded Zakeel to instead appreciate him made Tytus all the more aware of how that knot in his chest kept twisting. Twisting and twisting until a slow spreading heat filled his chest and he decided to finally be honest, "Yes Seziah.if you are comfortable with it I would like to do more with you..." His cheeks flushed as he moved so that he could study her, "I'm afraid of scaring you off to be honest. It's strange but I really don't know how I would react if you find me too intrusive." She had in her own way made his life interesting again and he felt a sense of purpose in that desire to protect her.

Fluff
She still didn't understand why some things transpired as they did or why her feelings developed more in favor of one person rather than another when neither had done her any wrong and- But it wasn't just that Tytus hadn't harmed her, was it? Seziah could tell that Zakeel wanted, maybe even expected more from her, while it didn't feel as though Ty expected her to be anything except what she was. She'd admitted to him that she thought she might be abnormal, that she was an unwanted creature in her homeland, that even her parents didn't want to associate fully with her...
And he'd accepted it with little more than a wave of his hand. The influences of others didn't deter him, and while she had told many of the same things to Zakeel, he did not seem interested in her past so much as he was her face and her body. When he asked about her it was because it was 'expected' to gain her trust and companionship, but it wasn't what he wanted.
Seziah didn't know if she was comfortable with all that 'more' could entail. She knew that she hadn't enjoyed it the last time she'd unintentionally lain with a man, though that had been no choice of her own. She also knew that Keyla had spoken highly of her experiences with her husband, and she seemed very attached to him. There could be good experiences; it just happened that Seziah had yet to be part of them. But she did think she wanted to be... If the time and place seemed appropriate.
"I admit that I would be uncertain with how to proceed making... 'more' happen between us. I do not know how to perform adequately in such a way that would be pleasing to us both." Her gaze flicked to the sun. It felt unnaturally warm. Or was it just the flush in her cheeks? Burning so hot that she was nearly dizzy. What if he did scare her off? Even if she said it was okay now, there still seemed like so much that could happen that would be unappealing.
He was her only friend.
"You are fortunate I am not so easy to scare off," she murmured. "If- If I find anything terribly unappealing, I will let you know before it gets to the point where I would find you too intrusive to be irredeemable. I do trust you," Seziah told him.

It felt like an eternity for her answer and despite both of their hesitation it seemed that they were in agreement, "I'll teach you." Tytus replied quietly as he gently reached out to poke at the tip of her nose, "You shouldn't always have to worry about pleasing others, Seziah. Instead just relax and let me please you." His whole body felt warm and despite his gentle and slow movement the man was tense. It was hard to hold back but he truly didn't want to scare her off or think that he just wanted this from her. Truly the woman had something already managed to get under his skin in a way that no one else had and he wanted to deepen that feeling. It was scary and crazy to think that if he had to be with someone, to be finally dedicated to one person that Seziah may be that woman. But how would they know for certain unless they tried?
Her response brought a smile to his lips, "I'm holding you to that because I wont scare so easily either. As long as you'll have me I'll try to stick with you and maybe we can both start this new chapter together." He teased with a low whisper before his sincere gaze found hers once more, "Please know I would never want to hurt you Seziah, but I would very much like to try this..." Tytus leaned forward so that he could place a hand carefully on the back of Seziah's neck. Through the soft curls that he had always found so lovely so that he could gently move her head forward towards his own. And ever so slowly and ever so carefully Tytus tilted his head so that their lips could meet. This he knew was something that he would not regret, he just hoped Seziah would feel the same.

Fluff
Despite her experiences, she couldn't recall ever being kissed before. Perhaps her mother and father had pecked her on the forehead when she was still very young. Sami and Litanu had been biters, so their mouths had been more occupied with that whenever they came into contact with her, but it was a different experience altogether when Tytus kissed her.
He seemed as wary as she felt, with his fingers gently at the nape of her neck, coaxing her forward, lips soft on hers. Tytus had said she ought to not be so concerned with pleasing others, and she didn't think she usually was, but that didn't change the thought that she should do something to aid in the progress of these activities. Seziah eased forward slowly, her finger reaching to lay delicately across his chest. She'd said she trusted him, and she did, and she expected he must feel something in a similar vein toward her. "I would also like to be part of the experience," she murmured. "So please guide me."
Sez's fingers bunched gently in the fabric of his vest, and she eased with slow deliberacy down to lay on her back on the blanket, carefully tugging as she did. At least she didn't anticipate he would hurt her, certainly not in any way she couldn't recover from.
Her assurances meant little though. There was still a stinging sort of anticipation that thrummed in her heart. She was not a quivery girl, and that remained true even now, but as she glanced up at him, she couldn't help but feel a certain anxiety. Not negative, Seziah decided. Just... expectant and hesitant and uncertain. "If we could... go slowly. I do want to better understand, and I think that will be easiest and perhaps even most rewarding with you, but because I am so unfamiliar with the practice, if we could proceed... carefully, I would appreciate it."

Tytus smiled against Seziah's lips as he trailed a hand down her back, "Don't worry, I'll do my best." If anything he wanted to see how she would guide him through her reactions. Tytus was prepared to alter anything that he was doing just to make certain she was comfortable and feeling just as good as he was about it. For someone who had thought he was going to become a hermit it seemed that it had only taken this one mysterious woman from across the ocean to change his decision. For once he wasn't worried about consequences or commitment because it just felt so right to be here with Seziah in his arms. He was glad, so glad that Zakeel hadn't gotten his hands on her and Tytus was determined to keep the noble's hands away from this woman who had caught his attention. And while he was afraid of completely confessing those rising feelings in his chest the Oban knew one thing for certain - this woman who was allowing him to be with her, who was opening herself up so much to him definitely was a treasure.
"I will go as slowly as you need." He replied as he moved so that he hovered over her. He would go slowly and make certain to try his best to make her understand many things about this moment, including those feelings that he couldn't express with words just yet but instead he could express with how gently he handled her. Even his gaze was warm and appreciative as he bent his head in for another kiss on the sands. If he could he would use every kiss that he trailed across her body to erase anything bad that had ever occurred to Seziah and if he couldn't erase them then he would simply flood her with other feelings and things to make her look forward to a much brighter future in which he hoped that he could be deeply involved. For it was true that somehow this woman was starting to tame the Oban who was once so carefree but now had turned his youthful energy into deeper desires for protection and more.
