He was practically vibrating with excitement as he eagerly waited for their parents to say their goodbyes to each other. He still couldn't honestly believe that they had taken up his suggestion! They were going outside! The real, big, wonderful, dangerous, unknown world!
Jioni joined in the cheerful chorus with his own loud whoop. Darting forward he wasted no time on finding the nearest sitting rock and scrambled to the top. Soulful brown eyes scanned the landscape below as he took in all of the wondrous sights below him.
It was even better than he imagined it would be!
The crisp salty air slightly stinging his nose, the feeling of a real breeze coursing through his fur, the soft rolling sounds of the ocean crashing onto the beach. It was amazing, it was trilling, it was
perfect.Today might have marked the first time they had seen the outside world but it had certainly done a fine job of instilling a grand sense of adventure and eagerness to explore everything the world had to offer in the young cub.
It was going to be quite tough on his parents to get him back to the safety of the den after this little outing.
