It sounds like good fun actually, I like the small-count skirmish style and the grenade blow-back just sounds like a blast (hur de hur).

Chances are good nobody locally is going to play it, but I'm down for two core boxes and whatever else they release on the day itself anyway. sweatdrop

Another preview: https://www.warhammer-community.com/2017/09/04/forge-world-preview-art-from-necromunda/ blaugh Quote: It’s been a long time since we last visited the underhive, and the new Necromunda has been a fantastic opportunity for the team to explore this fascinating corner of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. As well as new rules, there’s a detailed history of the Imperium’s most notorious hive world and loads of new art exploring what life is like for the “regular” citizenry of the Imperium of Man. Today, we’re taking a look at some art. We’ll be previewing all of this closer to the release, but today, here’s a glimpse at some new art of an Escher ganger: As you can see, the new Necromunda stays true to the style of the original game – right down to the hairstyles! This particular ganger is holding a needle rifle, just one of the additional weapon options you’ll be able to arm your gang with. While the kits in Necromunda: Underhive are packed with variety, there’s even more on the way in the form of upgrade kits. Let us know what you’re looking forward to in Necromunda on the Forge World Facebook page – whether you’re intending to taking your first steps in the underhive in November, or if you’re dusting off an old gang for a new era.

merydell Can these be used in regular 40k games? ninja As proxies maybe? I doubt they would add rules for these guys in the main-game. Maybe for Shadow Wars: Armaggeddon? surprised Hive-gang vs elite soldiers. cool

Asmondai Notices the Gang War supplement. Redeeming Intensifyes. Dunno if they'll do those, so far they've only mentioned doing the classic gangs. Not sure if they'll be keeping those iconic hoods though if they get redone. sweatdrop
