He looked so much ******** better like this.
Wolfeite gave a breath of relief and pleasure, nothing more than a low, growling throb from deep in his throat. His black and gold eyes raked up and down the corrupted senshi's new form, a feeling of utter satisfaction curling through him at the prospect of finally.
The Finnish wasn't wholly unexpected, though Wolfeite did resist the urge to roll his eyes.
"Better," he said coolly. "Much better."
Not exactly a compliment, but enough of a shred of one. Wolfeite's gaze flickered towards the monstrous cat beast that sat a few feet away; a hideous orange thing that he had no acquaintance with and didn't actually care to, his expression a mixture of hunger and disdain before it moved to Tourmaline.
She was there, of course, though quiet. Wolfeite hissed out a breath at the fondness with which she used to brush his hair back from his face, the over sentimentality of it all nauseatingly grating.
"He's not a child," Wolfeite snapped. "We should finish this."

Tourmaline had stepped forward and spoke at him, words that moved sluggishly through his brain so he had been able to do little but stand there as she tucked some of the ridiculously long hair behind his ear. The Finnish she used was good and caused a sigh; that actually made perfect sense to his scrambled nerves and brain and almost felt like balm, powered or no. Perhaps it was weakness, perhaps not. He was too tired to care, especially now he was powered down. Wolfeite was growling, Lauri turned his head to the half-monster general, his temper was as rotten as ever. Such a poorly trained dog... Lauri inclined his head to each participant in gratitude, then looked to Tourmaline and Wolfeite to leave. They were the ones that would have to do it, he certainly could not. In fact, he was extremely close to falling asleep on his feet, swaying in that punch-drunk sort of unsteady manner that had him leaning on Tourmaline a lot more than he meant to. In Finnish, once more "Go, now." Commands, Wolfeite would recognize, but not given as commands. Requests.

“Thank you, Bob,” Axinite replied easily, grateful the Mauvian was there to get things settled for the Senshi now rather than later. His eyes remained on Aue for a moment; he’d listened to the conversation quietly so far, just observing. He spoke several languages but the words out of Aue’s mouth matched none of them, and he couldn’t identify what it even sounded like. Something European, he supposed, but that did little in the way of narrowing things down. “I think getting him somewhere safe and letting him rest sounds like a good plan. Please give me updates on him, I want to make sure he’s doing all right.” He glanced to the others in the group and then back to Aue. “When you’ve rested and are feeling up to your full strength, I invite you to visit my office any time you like. But tonight has been busy enough.” And he still had so much more to do. “I’ll take my leave if you’re all heading out, but don’t hesitate to call me if something else arises.”

Tourmaline cast a chilled look in Wolfeite's direction, eyes narrowed and lips pressed together. It was General King Axinite speaking that kept her from doing so impulsively, and she looked away from the half-youma general in order to nod in agreement with their superior officer. "We'll see to it that he's taken care of and well rested this evening, Axinite, Sir." She nudged the lethargic man towards General Wolfeite gently, muttering softly beneath her breath. "You're going to break your new toy before you even get a chance to test it out if he doesn't get some rest first-- Please take him back to the warehouse? Unless you'd rather take Bob..." Tourmaline left Pasi-- No. He would have a different name now. He'd told her before but she would have to get him to remind her once he was awake... Whatever his name was, she left him in Wolfeite's care so that she could move away to retrieve the massive orange tom cat. "You're on food and drink duty with me, Bob. Are you more of a pizza cat or a Chinese food cat?" Given enough time she was certain she could coax a bit of information about his favorite beer out of him as well.

He allowed Tourmaline to lift him up, especially when the promise of food arrived in the conversation. Considering the uh, interesting dynamic going on between Fido and the Finn, Bob felt it best to go ahead and take his leave, now that he'd done his job and impressed the head honcho present.
Purring loudly, he turned towards the General holding him, nuzzling his head as well as a beggar cat knew how to.
"Por que no los dos?"
If he was going to get rewarded for his efforts, he damn well was going to get a little of everything available!

He was entirely willing and did work with Tourmaline on a regular basis; but she still received an icy look in return for her chilled one, mostly because he was Wolfeite, and it was next to impossible for him to show any sort of approval at all. But Tourmaline, at least, knew him, and knew how he worked; he had no need to explain himself to her, and never would.
At least his ears - an instinctive, feral thing - were still upright, a clear indication he wasn't going to suddenly leap at any of them to rip their throats out. Wolfeite caught Tourmaline's low mutter and made a derisive noise in the back of his throat.
"No, you can take the mongrel," he said, with a curve of his lips up. "I'll take the other mongrel."
Axinite's words made him stiffen, just a little, but Wolfeite forced himself to give the man a brief nod, if only because he still needed to stay on the good side of the General-Kings, as unwilling as he was to do so. He needed them - or would need them - eventually.
The Finnish commands made his face flush involuntarily. Wolfeite let out a snarl, stalking forward; one clawed hand wrapped around the man's upper arm so that he could drag him forward towards him, turning to leave.
There was no thanks given, but he said, "We're going. Your assistance was appreciated."

"Oooh. Mexican, now there's a thought," was the only response that Bob received to his question as General Tourmaline shifted the massive feline in her arms before teleporting the two of them topside. They'd hash out the dinner details on their way to a restaurant or two. Hopefully Bob didn't mind motorcycles. [ Exit Tourmaline & Bob ]

Lauri reached out to Axinite briefly, taking his hand and clasping it in thanks - if his General was incapable of offering appropriate thanks he could manage, even while ******** up and exhausted. "Kiitos, Axinite. Kiitos." Being handled roughly by Wolfeite was painful, especially as he was no longer magically enhanced; Lauri would bruise from the mistreatment, but he bore it silently, too tired to argue with someone that wouldn't care - nor care to try and understand the flood of Finnish that would come if he tried to say something. Instead he simply allowed the half-youma to handle him however was required to take him home, without complaint. It was fine.
