He followed along easily, slithering smoothly, following the rises and falls of terrain without a hitch. There were some positives to having a serpentine lower-half. When they reached the room, his olive eyes peered about thoroughly, comparing it to his own room. Looks like it was just Chau, no signs of a roommate. It held more than his own room did though... except it lacked a heat lamp, but that was to be expected. When the familiar approached, he curiously watched its movements and reactions, smiling lightly to the creature. He chose to bend and give it a few strokes along the head, speaking to it as well while Chau got cleaned up. Once the other junior was done, Ziya straightened, ready to continue on their way.

 Chauski finished cleaning himself up then he fed his familiar, before turning to Ziya and smiling "Alright let's go." He was curious what cake not made by his mom would taste like. So Chau led the way to the carriage that would take Chau and Ziya to BitterSweet. Chauski had his wallet that had his money in it and he was confident he had enough to get Ziya pretty much anything they wanted within reason. He wasn't rich, but Chauski wasn't poor either. Soon they arrived at the cake place and Chau offered his hand to Ziya to help them down from the carriage.

He followed along, but not without giving the little critter in the dorm a parting pat on its head. Settling in the carriage, his tail curled up beneath the seat, along the ground. As it began to slow to their destination, he gracefully raised up and waited his turn. The offered hand was a pleasant surprise, Ziya gently placing his in acceptance for the assistance, carefully slithering down the high step out the carriage. "Thank you very much ." He gave his appreciation, before looking up at the store they'd made it to. Didn't look too busy. "They have a wonderful raspberry chocolate cake that is divine." He hummed.

Chauski smiled as he helped Ziya down from the carriage and went in with Ziya. "Sounds great let's get that then," Chauski said before they went to the seating host to ask for a table. Chauski waited with Ziya till they were lead to a table. That had a small center piece in the middle of the table. Bittersweet was a charming kinda romantic place. Chauski admired it for its artistic feel. He smiled at the waiter when they arrived at their table. Chau waited for Ziya to order in case they wanted something different than they had suggested.

It was definitely a more high end establishment, and the decor of the place showed as much. He gave a soft thank you as they were escorted to their table, playing with his hair to primp it a little now that they had reached their destination. He only gave a small look along the menu, but ordered just as he'd suggested. A warm vanilla drink was ordered too to pair with the rich cake. And of course, he didn't forget to thank Chau as well for being courteous enough to repay him with such a luxurious treat.
