"I had someone pick it out for me, I don't know anything about it." He frowned just a little, head tipped, considering. "I can show it to you, when we get back. It seems like a solid model, though I don't do a whole lot with it..." Optimism bloomed in his phrasing, a complete lack of fear that they'd be stuck here forever. Ever had faith.

"I'm no computer expert myself. I got one that lets me watch movies and play some simple games in addition to reports and spreadsheets. Just the basics, really. I'll probably get a similar model again. Wouldn't mind seeing what you've got, though." Jordan nodded. He, too, was going to assume that they would be rescued, be that sooner or later, and hopefully sooner.

"Room 204." He offered it unprompted, unhesitating, though maybe his eyes flicked away just a little as if to make sure no one was listening in on them. Absently, he shifted his hands in his pockets, taking about half a step closer. "Soon as we get back. It's a bit of a disaster, but who knows, maybe it'll be cleaned up by the time we get there."

"Room 204," Jordan repeated it so that he'd remember, and nodded. He seemed at ease, unworried. "Everything's a bit of a disaster still," he said. "But here's hoping somebody else gets around to fixing the windows. That part's a pain in the a**."

With a grin, then, Ever finally tugged a hand free to offer toward Jordan -- a shake, like it was a deal, and something relaxed just slightly in the set of his shoulders as he looked the other man over. It was possible, perhaps, that Jordan made Ever nervous. Or had made him nervous. "Nice to meet you, finally."

Jordan accepted the handshake, his grip firm but friendly. If he noticed the slight relaxation, he showed no particular reaction, just giving Ever a friendly smile. "Likewise," he agreed.
